My daughter & I went through 6 different therapist & going on 7th. Therapist come & go. The only consistent thing was there ability to keep things inconsistent. Sometimes we didnt know if a therapist was gonna sho or not, leaving alot to be desired in the field of communication. My 15yr. old daughter has 1 therapist now & is living at her girlfriends house thanks to there wonderful staff of therapist. I havent spoken to her in several months(4) & she now posses the loving nature to cuss me out & mess w/my accounts on the internet & wants nothing to do with me. Personaly, I strongly, strongly suggest exploring another option, any other option. Its not a place that HELP families get back together!!!! Ive bin fighting to get back to my daughter ever since. I cant find help for myself but I can do my best to warn the public so hopefully I can prevent this from happening to another family... Thnx for your time in reading this & good luck w/your situation.

Upon first arriving no one greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. The place is dingy, outdated and not in the least bit welcoming. My appointment was in a small ran down room, video conferencing on an I pad with the person next door, IMO a video conference could be done at home. Further into the appointment I was informed that 1) a therapist wasn’t even able to see me that day & 2) you can not even. See a dr without attending 2 GROUP SESSIONS. This place wasn’t for me & I definitely don’t recommend to anyone else. Very ran down. Unprofessional.

Do not trust this organization or its staff - **especially with your child’s well being**- I can not emphasize this enough.-Our experience was over 5 months where they were repeatedly unhelpful, victim blaming, gave us horrible advice that caused extremely negative consequences, zero follow through from staff or therapists, & unbelievably incredibly unprofessional.Pretty sure they are guilty of Medicaid fraud as well.I’ve left like 2 negative reviews in my entire life and thought about this for two months before I decided I needed to write & post this warning/review.If you need services please try All Souls Counseling, MAHEC, WNCHS, 211, October Road, RHA… ANYONE else before this organization.

Ive been waiting for my medicine for 2 months now. I am going through withdrawals and am more depressed than I ever was. They dont seem to care. Ive been having to use samples, but those run out quickly. And Ive been off and on this medication because of it.

I will never forget this old therapist lady doing my assessment who was rude and basically was calling me some sort of criminal just because of a medicine I always took. Some people are not medicine seeking, was always prescribed this. Glad I left that day and never came back if this is how they treat people

This place is despicable. They convince you to take medications, but they clearly dont have the resources, and fail to offer patients enough prescribers, so youre stuck waiting for appointments, which in turn leaves you without medications. Depression isnt to be taken lightly, but they treat it as such.

I was in precrisis and called to make an appointment. The closest available appointment was on April 16th (over a month away) I made the appointment and then ended up in inpatient care for a week. Once I was released I got my physician to prescribe a months worth of meds but ended up going to a different prescribed because it wasn’t working. Medicaid wouldn’t fill my prescription from that prescriber. I went to Family Preservation where I am an active client in the system and asked if I could be informed of there was a cancellation before the 16th. The old woman at the front desk was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful and basically refused to try to speak with me about what I was requesting. I ended up leaving and making a sooner appointment with another provider. I tried to callback to family preservation and CANCEL my standing appointment only to be told they couldn’t find record of any appointment coming up for me. Wanted to put me on hold. So not only are the first faces you see here unwelcoming, they’re also unorganized. Really sad considering their clientele. I’m highly unhappy with this place. I would give zero stars if that was an option.

This place is a joke. I wouldnt recommend my dogs hind-end to receive treatment here. They cannot get their stuff together, and when they are in the wrong, they blame the patient. The old lady that answers the phone is super rude and unhelpful. If you didnt already need therapy, you will after dealing with these clowns.
