I contacted the company, told them that my Brother MFC9340CDW control panel had gone dark and may need to be replaced. I was told it would cost $230 and that a tech would arrive the following day, that I had a 2 hour window between 1 & 3 PM, Tech arrived at about 2:45. I had called and notified them at about 2:30 that no tech, to be told by them that this was the window to expect him, but I would still get 2 hours of service from the tech. So far so good...I had let the company know that there was another Zebra label printer I had not been able to install and had a BrotherMFC 2700DL that needed to be serviced/checked over to make sure all was well (figuring, a 2 hour slot Im paying for, should get my moneys worth and have all printers fixed).Tech arrived without the replacement part that Id told the person on the phone that I needed.Tech spent 2 hours total, charged $230Was unable to get the label printer working--its being returned to AmazonWasted a bunch of thermal print labels in the process. When I was unable to install that printer and it would spit out a bunch of labels Id just rewind the spool and start from scratch, not wanting to waste labels. He didnt care much about the labels.When he left 2 hours after arrival, nothing had been accomplished.Uninstalled printerColor printer with burnt out control panel--he told me to contact Brother to order the replacement and he thought he could install it.No thanks, will bring it to a local printer repair facility which is what I should have done initiallyWill never use Geeks on Site again.
