We’re moving from Raleigh and last weekend I was able to go and tour some apartment complexes. Hawthorne at the Peak was the last one of the day and as soon as I pulled in and met with Rachael and Brady, I knew this was going to be the right place. They are both wonderful and have answered any questions we’ve had. We’re happily moving in 3 weeks from today and we cannot wait. This seems to be the perfect location with a wonderful community. This property is the best Weaverville has to offer. It is in such a convenient location. On top of that, the staff is wonderful! They are attentive, hospitable, and make you feel right at home. I would definitely recommend!

My family and I went to view an apartment at Hawthorne at the Peak this past weekend and absolutely loved it! Brady showed us around the place, and he was wonderful. There was a strong since of community, he new everyone we passed as we walked around the complex and greeted them all with a wave and a smile. We felt instantly comfortable. My husband and I are looking for apartments in the area. I spoke with Brady on the phone yesterday. He was awesome! He truly went out of his way to make us feel welcome and we dont even live there yet! He asked us our professions and suggested places to apply too. I just thought that was so nice and above and beyond. We just did a virtual tour with him; he was just as friendly and warm as the first time we spoke. We are excited to see the property in person. A wonderful place with amazing views. The iceing on the cake is the wonderful office staff and the Maintenance team that will go over and beyond to make sure you always taken care of. Did I mention the Starbucks Machine in the club house? #chilatte

Hawthorne at the Peak truly has it all-great mountain views, spacious floor plans, and is close to everything Asheville has to offer. The office staff is amazing and maintenance is always prompt. If youre looking for a community that has it all definitely check out Hawthorne at the Peak you wont be disappointed.

Hawthorne at the Peak is an amazing apartment complex. They have friendly staff, a clean complex, breathtaking views, and an amazing dog park! It is also conveniently located North of downtown. Shopping, dining and recreation are all around! I can walk to my favorite grocery store, Ingles! And my favorite restaurant is across the street, Grannys Restaurant! Youll love to call this place home!

Trying to find a place to live in Asheville was nightmarish until we tried Hawthorne at the Peak. Brady was extremely helpful every time I called, put up with my bad jokes, and most of all, is getting us into a great apartment just in time for my boyfriend to start his job. We are so beyond grateful that words would not do it justice. Thank you so much!!

Amazing apartments in an amazing place. If you decide to chack these out you will be treated like family as soon as you walk through the door. The staff are extremely pleasant. Shoutout to Brady Greathouse for being such a great tour guide and welcoming us into the community.

Have really enjoyed the activities organized for the residents.Residents are friendly and respectful.My apt. is spacious, in excellent repair, and very comfortable and quiet.My kitties love it here, too!

Great staff with friendly service.

I have lived here for 4 years in a corporate apartment and it has been wonderful. I have had many parties and friends to the grill/pool and covered pavilion. The complex is also within walking distance to Ingles if you need an extra 6 pack. Im sad to say I am moving out in a few months to travel the USA and see more of this great country, but who knows I may come back!

Everyone is so polite!

Its a special place to be. Kind of nestled up a bit on Baird mountain, but not too far. The location is convenient. Walking to Ingles is a real treat. The landscaping is nice. I doubt anyone but Ali is bothered by the very friendly Mexicans.
