Employee had very little knowledge of phones and services and details regarding account functions. She stopped my transaction several times to make personal calls/texts. She seemed generally annoyed by having to tend to customers. I was very disappointed by this visit. Im considering switching cell providers now. Either way i will not be visiting this location again. Ridiculous.
Why is it every time I go to a boost mobile store that there is no one here? This is becoming very inconvenient for me and other customers. As of next week, I am so glad that we do not have to deal with this situation anymore. Changing service providers.
