The technician was very professional and well versed in his knowledge of the appliance.However! It took 3 weeks to get someone to come out and check out the appliance. Fortunately for us, we had another refrigerator to use. Had we not had one, I would have lost over $500 worth of food and frozen items.This is not an acceptable time period. If your company is so far behind in your work orders, then you need to hire more people.

Sears is Very unreliable my system was down since September.got it repaired in November. They Cancel appointments without noticing me on several occasions. Caused me much inconvenience. However the serviceman Kevin was very knowledgeable of his job but Sears overall was a big disaster.

We were not pleased with Sears as far as setting up appointments. We pay a lot of money for extended warranties on all our Sears products & we expect good customer service! We wanted M&M to check out the freezer & do the repair work because Sears had sent them out to us in the past & we were very pleased. The Sears rep on the phone, was difficult. I kept asking for the supervisor & finally got the results I needed. Its been my experience the past few years that Sears customer service doesnt make the customer a priority. However, we were very pleased with M&Ms service.

Service provider was very knowledgeable & courteous.The only complaint is the time frame for appointment. We were given an 8 hour window, then an update of the last part of day from 3pm-5:30pm. The technician did call when he was on his way. He arrived about 5:40.Everyones time should be respected & Sears should offer a more narrow time frame for service.

Jake was our repair tech who serviced our lawn tractor. He did an amazing job, going above and beyond what he had to address to get our lawn tractor running again. The carburetor had to be replaced, but he also checked the belt that drives the blades and discovered it was about to break; that wouldve been another service call & time we couldnt use the tractor! Yes, it was a few hundred $ repair, but cheaper than having to replace the tractor and prevented us from having to push mow our yard, again!

The serviceman was great. The communication between Sears and us was very confusing. We waited from November until February for repair parts to be located, and repairs to be made. We received several appointments once the parts were found, only to be told our appointments had been rescheduled because they had no record of the appointment. We may think long and hard before buying another Sears product.

The technician was very cordial and professional. However the pricing was high. For example, the so called diagnostic fee of $99 was less than diagnostic, since the repairman looked only at the model & serial number and said we needed a new ice maker... no testing performed. Also, the charge for the replacement ice maker was about $210, but the same ice maker that could be ordered from Sears Direct was $50 less. The service was ok, but the pricing was too high.

We had a Samsung and waited for supposed parts for over a month. We eventually found out the parts arent made any more but these people kept us going week after week until we had to give up. We bought another frig not at Sears and are happy with it.

I have a LG dryer. Apparently no one that contracts with Lowes or HHGregg knows how to service this machine. I was out of ideas until someone referred me to Sears Home Service. Scheduling the appointment was easy and the guy was prompt and professional. My dryer was fixed and thirty or forty minutes and the cost was more than reasonable. Honestly, I dont know where I would have gone to fix this machine has I not had Sears.

The job was originally canceled due to weather. I had to call and find this out. i was very disappointed by this. It was rescheduled for 5 days later. The 2nd attempt to fix my dishwasher went much better. The technician was both polite and professional.

I ordered a Whirlpool washer/dryer front load, Samsung refrigerator, Maytag oven and microwave, Kenmore stove top, Bosch dishwasher, and Bosch vent hood in 2013. I have had service calls for my Washer and dryer a few times, but Sears has fixed the issue every time. My warranty has been one of the smartest moves ever. Sears warranty is a beautiful thing, because they never charge anything and are responsive and efficient. Most recently I called because my dishwasher rack wheels came off and I had to lift the entire rack to use it. Sears ordered me a new rack at no cost and it was mailed to the house in 3 days. I also called because a few shelves in my refrigerator came off and they ordered my shelves as well and they arrived in 3 days.

Fixed the main problem but made us schedule another appointment to ORDER a gasket retainer that broke during the first repair. Not to put the new one on but just to have someone ELSE come and order the part!

Over priced. Repairman did a diagnostic evaluation and the problem corrected itself. No reason for the problem. Charged me diagnostic fee of $59 and $100 to RESET my dishwasher??!!

After 6 appointments for 1 dish washer it is fixed, 3 canceled app. 2 wrong pairs app. and 1 fixed app, but i still had to go to Lowes not (Sears) to buy a water supply line before i could use my dishwasher, You would think after a whole month of February without a working dishwasher Sears tech would have fixed the water supply line that was not leaking before he turned the water off on the line and before the tech pulled the washer out. The tech keep telling me how much i would have had to pay it i did not have Sears warranty will after a month of there warranty I did not gave a Dam!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never buy one again.
