This company was great. They were all very professional and quick. They installed a new system and used our existing duct work and vents. After not having a working unit in over 10 yrs, the house was cool by 6 pm. Wewill be recommending them to all our friends and family. Thank you for having great customer service!

This company has very rude service personnel. Luke advised he wasnt taking the vaccination for covid and said it was stupid. These people dont even return a phone call. When Kenny answered the phone he at that point didnt advise that they were not going to to business with me. I had to call back and was told this by Cory the receptionist. Didnt have the nerve to tell me when he was on the phone i.had.to.call back to find this out via someone else. So I guess you would say Kenny was 2 faced and Luke was a liar too. Do not recommend them at all.

Got everything up and running quickly. Technian was a pro and taught me a few things. Will definitely use this company again if my hvac acts up again.

My husband and I decided to remodel our sunroom. We had a difficult time trying to decide where to install a mini-split system that would heat and air the space efficiently. Jordan Heating and Air worked with us to remedy our situation providing a unit that did not interfere with the tiled wall but was attached to a brick wall under the windows. We are completely satisfied with the installation, the ability of the unit to do the job it was intended to do and to do so in a very quiet way. We could not be happier!!!!

My heating system stopped working on Friday Christmas night. Called Jordan Heating and Air on Saturday am and Luke came within 30 minutes. He fixed my problem and explained the cause of the issue. If all the contractors in Asheboro were as good as Jordan Heating & Cooling Id have less grey hair. Kenny and Keith have a great organization. They provide accurate estimates and do exactly what they say they will. Jordan suggested a gas furnace and an air conditioner to replace two heat pumps so that I could use a smaller generator when the power fails. It saved me several thousand dollars. The staff is polite and they clean up after themselves. Im a Jordan customer for life!

Jordan Heating and air replaced my aging electric HVAC units with brand new units. It included converting the lower unit from electric to gas - which was a lot of work - routing new gas lines and a vent. The team did a great job and we love the new programmable thermostats that we can access over the web. Overall, they did a fantastic job!
