I have gotten my oil changed here on two separate cars multiple times now and they have always quoted me an accurate wait-time, and have always completed the services with no problem. The staff are very helpful with questions as well. I have had issues with other service centers all over the metro area, but never at this particular auto center. They always do a great job and they’re pretty quick too, I definitely recommend their services.

Great service 15 minutes for a oil change these boys have stepped up there game and the auto manger is awesome at explaining any issues with the vehicles defantly taking may car to this location for now on.

I came here to change oil in my car and after Ive changed it i have to go to the mechanic because they cracked some staff in it. The oil they put ran away in 1 day! It was terrible experience Ill never come back to this shop. Because i have to pay $160 and the whole day trying to solve the problem they made me. Of course, noone in that awful shop is responsible, and claim department decided that my car is old. Dont make my mistake cause they do not back up their work!

I have been getting my oil changes and tires here for the past few years. Thier prices are reasonable, Geneva at the checkout is always informative, acurate, and friendly, and they honor thier warranties. Thanks for being a great service center.

This is the worst auto care ever. Spend more money and go somewhere else. It’s not worth the money you save.

Absolutely the worst oil change and service I have ever received fast lube. The would not allow me to provide my own oil additive. I leave to shop the store and come back to pick up my vehicle. For them to notify me they dont have my oil filter. I request my keys to my vehicle and they refuse twice likely because they had already drain my oil before realizing they did not have the appropriate parts to do so. I return with said oil filter you and give it to them to replace. They will take a oil filter you brought but not an additive. The would not even credit me how much I paid for they oil filter. Please think again before taking your vehicle here.

I have been here three times over the last two months to get a simple tire rotation. The first time, none of the staff showed up for work. Second time, only one person was at work, so did not wait. Today, they have two certified staff, but by 9:00, were not at work yet, so I left. I will not be returning, since it is not worth the effort.

Went in super early because something was dragging on the bottom of my car. The team had not yet arrived but Marilyn was working the counter. She was so quick to jump in and get her hands dirty and fix the front of my car for me! She is excellent thank you!

We took advantage of the Black Friday Tire sale on Friday. We purchased our tires, they held onto them for us and scheduled us an appointment on Sunday morning. I was there 10 minutes early and they were done within the hour timeframe the service manager gave me. Each experience was pleasant and they did a wonderful job on our tires. I didnt catch their names but I think 2 were techs and 2 were associates that assisted us. My only complaint is that there werent visable name tags, I would like to have been able to give proper credit to those who help us. We prefer to shop at this Walmart even though we have one 3 blocks from our home. Great job and keep up the great customer service!

Waited in line at auto center 20 minutes just to be told Id have to wait 2 hours for an oil change. Neither oil change stall was in use the entire time I was there and if counter guy was any slower hed be standing still. Someone who knows how to type would be great. Wont be coming back here.

Just tried calling twice... normal store operator answers but no one ever picks up at the auto center -- obviously no one is at the desk when they should be during normal hours. Sat on hold for about 10 minutes before hanging up. Get your act together guys! Taking my business elsewhere...

Great service for oil change and tire rotation. As fast as the other guys and almost half price.

First off the phone # that is posted on the internet is the wrong # so it took me 3 or 4 tries before I could get through. I called the tire dept to try and obtain info on replacing the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensors). The guy that answered the phone said that the replacement cost off the top of his head was around $65 per tire which was a much higher quote then the $30 per tire quote that I got from the Evergreen store. The guy said he wasnt sure if they had the right sensor for my vehicle. I asked him if he could look it up and he said he didnt know how to read the manual. I wont be taking my car anywhere near the Evergreen ,store, the Arvada store, or any of the Walmart garages for that matter.

I purchased the warranty for my tires and received a screw to a brand new tire and wanted it replaced not patched. I was not only verbally assaulted by the manager but he agreed to replace. Said it would take 20 minutes as there is no one here its been an hour and everyone is so rude to me.

Went in first thing in the morning to see about getting new tires. Oops. Was greeted by a rude little person who informed me that though the center had opened a half hour earlier, they would not have any technicians in for at least another half hour, and even then, they could not count on their technicians to show up for work (so why they were there getting paid when no services could be done is beyond me). I then asked if they had tires in my size. Oops. Extremely burdened by my request that they do their job, the rude little person does a quick search and pleasantly (ha) lets me know that they have nothing in my size, at which point I do believe I became a ghost to them. Im not sure why this little person has a job, but this location should seriously reevaluate it employees (at least in the auto care center) because theres no way this is good for their business. Poor inventory, poor service, the worst experience. I went to discount tire, they hooked me up with a pretty nice deal and didnt treat me like garbage once, amazing!

So I am waiting for an hour and I see that my car hasnt been pulled in for service when someone comes to tell me that my car has been pushed back because there was someone else with an appointment so I have no idea how much longer I have to wait. 😠

Ordered a total of 6 tires from walmart online, 4 for one of my trucks 2 for my other truck. Received 1st set on time went to pick up & put on at walmart tire. I was greeted by nice older lady. The younger lady who was supposed to put tires on has no customer service experience.. rude as hell! By the way Im still waiting for second set .. only have gotten an email saying sorry for delay.. 4 days ago. Will not be ordering from walmart again... or any service!

Geneva is wonderful. She takes exceptional care of her customers and makes sure they need everything taken care of before they leave the store.

Very affordable. I was turned away twice before getting in as they closed early due to short-staffing.

Helpful. Clean. Got a nice set of inexpensive tires for our older vehicle.

Most crappy tire service of my life. Went and paid for two brand new tires to sit and wait 2 hours! And no body has any idea of whats going on!

I had screw/nail one tire and screw in the other one so my tires only needed to be plug. I was there 2 hours and when I got there they took my car right in. I didnt understand why I was there that long!! Then they misplaced my special Tire Valve Caps!! Not Happy about that!!!
