Very honest and friendly staff that are hardworking and get you in and out fast I almost always go to this location.

I went about a week and half ago, they got me in quickly as usual, which is why I usually frequent this location. But this past time I went, when I got back in my car there were dirty hand prints on my dash, glove compartment, windows, and door handles. My passenger seat was laid all the way back, and things were taken out of my glove box and left on the floor of my car. Never have I experienced this amount of haste when getting a routine oil change. I dont even know why my glove box needed to be opened, or the seat moved. It was just distasteful and annoying. I had just cleaned my car, and ended up having to clean it all over again to get their black hand prints off of the interior. I enjoy the quickness, but when that overcomes the quality, I will not return to this location. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Great place to get youre oil changed. The staff was helpful and very courteous. They were not pushy on upgrades and went out of their way to make sure I was happy and walked me through every line item so their wasnt nay surprises. Will definitely bring my Cadillac back to them.

Good place for a quick oil change, but there job here is sell you as much other stuff while youre here too. So far, they have tried to sell me on a cabin filter, and external air filter, upgrading to synthetic oil, and wiper blades. Kinda frustrating when I just wanted a simple oil change. Nice people though and not too pushy.

Always a quick in and out with the car. I typically go there during the middle of a work day. Everyone I have encountered there has been very nice. The location is also really easy to get to. They also have coffee and some snacks. The one thing I wish they had though was WiFi.

Hannah is super awesome! I recommend this location 100 percent! Always super helpful! They tell you what needs to be done, but arent pushy about it. Just an awesome experience!!!

The guy in the shop, very professional and came right out. Asked if I needed a mask and said I would just stay outside, he said yes. Walking toward the bench the manager says Cant come in my office without a mask! I asked if was ok to just stay outside, he gave me a mean look and said nothing. They did the oil change, this So called man manager came and took my card and left it in the truck! NEVER AGAIN, lost 4 cars!!! Learn respect!

Good, quick service.Made me search for a coupon online despite staff knowing the code by heart. Thats a little wonky just to make $7-$10. Was a little off-putting.Put on my windshield wipers for me.Good job all around. I found the coupon. They accepted it. Ugh.

Went to get my oil changed on Friday 6/19/2021. Oil change was ok but they recommended a rear differential fluid change. Went to get it changed by someone else, the fluid was fine and did not need to be changed. Waste of my money. They also indicated that the tire pressure was checked. The front tire was literally at 15 psi not the recommended 35 after leaving the shop. They usually vacuum as well but that was not performed, but they did at least indicate that it was not. This is not the first time I have had issues at this specific shop. They have also in the past spilled oil all over my engine causing it to smoke and decided not to clean it up or even warn me that the engine might start to smoke because of it. They have also have before said that they have performed checks that they have not.

First time here, but wont be the last. Good service and friendly staff.

Super nice guys /s. To be clear Im being sarcastic. They lied to me, told me their lift was broken, then told me they dont have insurance for anything related to tire work. The Grease Monkey website lists tire rotation and other tire services as things they do. The employee started getting short and talking down in tone to me. No problem though, RZ Tire took care of me quickly and I bought them all pizza for lunch.

Always great and today no exceptions. Basic oil change on my good ol Honda and they found my headlight out and offered to change it. So after taking and it being in the 20’s he said maybe come back on a warm day, hate to break cold plastic parts. Just smart advice and appreciate him thinking things out and just not going through the motions. Thank you. Loyal customer.

I went in to get an oil change and the next day 100% of my power steering fluid had leaked out. Ive never had problems with it before. I looked under the hood and the hose could have easily been bumped when replacing the oil filter. I called and asked if they could look at it. The guy i talked to was rude and told me even if there was something wrong theres nothing they would do about it. How about take responsibility?? That would have gone a long way with me.Lesson: if you get work done there and something goes wrong, they will be rude, not take responsibility, and wont do anything about it.

Never had such a positive experience ! They bailed me out of a problem I had. They did it quick and went above and beyond what I expected. The assistant manager Chris and was extremely helpful I can tell he is going places! Take your car in so you can have the same positive experience I did.

The service is exceptional, the gal at the front desk was super cheery and one of the service techs gave me great advice on where to get my carburetor adjusted for the Colorado altitude. Awesome place.

I was REALLY impressed with the service that I received last week. No longer will I drive to a dealership or any other auto shop when Im in need of an oil change. They finished my oil change, vacuumed my car, cleaned my windshield and even replaced my air stem caps....all in less than an hour. I was truly a happy customer.

This team is great! Everyone who works at this location is friendly and they are not pushy in their sales. They clearly explain what my car needs and leave the decision up to me. They work quickly and get me back on the road.

I go in with a light on. I leave with three more on. Yeah never coming here again. As for the light that was on. Air bag light manufactures defect. New lights are: brake, engine, and traction control. Not sure what happened to mess these up but seriously!

Quick and easy

I use synthetic oil. Why didnt they tell me I do not have to change every 3000 miles? Where can I go to have computer set to more than 3000 miles?

I have been going here for a while and thought I could trust them, but I caught them in a lie so I am done. Brought car in for oil change and they tell me I need to change tran fluid, that it is brown. The guy has his little color chart to show you and says it will cost $170. I hesitate and say I will do it next time. I bring car home and my wife reminds me that we had that service done just 2k miles ago. I call back to ask whats going on. First, I am told they did not know because the last time they entered license plate in computer wrong and did not see that it was done before. I feel somewhat better but ask why after 2k miles it is brown again. I am told that sometimes even after a trans flush that the fluid can get dirty looking again due to crude on side walls of transmission. They say, we will redo it at no charge. Then, the asst. Mgr. John brings me out to car and shows me that the trans fluid is pink and says it is fine and he is sorry for confusion. I ask, why did your guy say it was brown then? He says, he was just going off miles. But, I remind him that he was saying it was brown and showed me the chart. I say so he is telling customers a lie. He blows smoke up my butt and starts telling me how trustworthy he is - worked at dealerships for 30 years, etc. But, the lie and action is still there. He says, I wont blow this off, Ill talk to the mechanic. BUT BUT BUT.....YOU STILL DID NOT ANSWER THE ACTION OF HIS LIE. LIARS!!!As a consumer, I am not dumb and when I go to a Grease Monkey I expect they will upsell me, but I also expect they will upsell me something as serious as my transmission fluid ONLY if needed. Face it John, the mechanic lied and then you tried to gloss it over. You just lost 2 cars on your bays and hopefully more as I share this story with others online and off.

I was in the shop on a Tuesday morning and they just grabbed my truck and started working on it without my permission..I wanted more information about other services I needed done..These people wanted to get the oil out of my car so I would have to pay for the oil change and then got rude because I didnt want them to work on my truck...I was very upset with the lack of communication and audacity of the people who run this store..I will never use Grease Monkey again...
