These guys are awesome to work with. Its a bit of trek to get my car to them, but its well worth it.I appreciate how much they enjoy the cars they work with, and that they dont try to sell me on this or that. They worked hard alongside me to help come up with solutions, and talked me out of doing more than necessary.

Black Canyon is an excellent place to take your German automobiles. The waiting area is very nice, with a large window overlooking a very clean and well kept shop space. The staff were friendly knowledgeable, and professional, and even more importantly they were able to help me with an odd ball project that nobody else would take. Not only did he answer the multiple questions I had for him but got my car done much faster than I had expected. I have been bringing my Tacoma to BCP since my initial service contract was up at the dealership. They have been awesome. Punctual service at a good value. I just got it back yesterday, in fact. I needed an alignment as I was seeing very uneven tire wear in the front and they took extra time to get it dialed in perfect. Truck is tracking straight again and no shimmy when getting hwy speeds. Id definitely recommend them to anyone with a Euro car or Toyota 4x4.

I brought my Audi to these guys to have my rear end aligned on a audi. I specifically told them that for some reason the car kept having problems with the rear alignment and that I needed to know why it was a issue so it could be dealt with. I considered going to a frame shop BUT the guys convinced me that they would find the issue.A week later I was notified that the car was ready for pick up, the issue had been found and fixed. I paid 3 times the average cost for the alignment.After leaving the shop I purchased all new tires for the car which set me back another $1000.2 months later the rear tire was completely bald.I contacted Jace and sent pictures. He replied I am out of town, email his partner and it would be taken care of.I follower his instructions and emailed his partner. I got a reply a few days later saying we were unable to get the rear wheels aligned and that they are not responsibleJace told me there is obviously some communication issues going on and that He would contact me asap to fix the issueThat was 18 months ago. I never heard from this shop again.My experience with these guys was expensive, frustrating and the guys did not follow through on ANYTHING that they said they would do. Zero integrity and would never recomend to anyone.

They paid close attention to minor things going on with my car other then what I brought it in for and instead of just making a fix without my okay they sent me pictures of what was wrong and explained what was going on for me to okay it first. The guys at Black Canyon are detail oriented, communicate very well, have fair prices, complete work in a timely fashion and if it cant be done within the specified time they will keep you in the loop!! Long story short, I had a secondary air injection issue on a new to me 2011 Audi s4 it was diagnosed in a timely fashion and they reached out to a dealer and found out there was a warranty extension on my exact issue!! The honesty and integrity here is second to none! I swear these guys are changing the face of the automotive service industry with attitude, ethic and a servants heart! So glad I found this shop! I was traveling through Denver when my BMW 335IS had an issue with the charge pipe.I spoke with Jace from Black Canyon Performance and he was very accommodating and totally understood the urgency of my car problem. He offered to clear up a space in the shop just so they can take care of my car at that moment.His mechanic - Peter was very knowledgeable and honest. Great shop that wont overcharge and does honest work. Dropped by here for an ac service in my 2004 Audi S4 and they diagnosed my problem in less than 20 minutes. They were very clear when explaining where my issue was and took the time to make sure I understood what was up. There was no hassle and they ordered me my part for a really good price. After fixing the issue I had them flush my AC system and recharge it which only took 10 minutes! The techs are very knowledgeable and do excellent work. I wont hesitate to come back to BCP the next time my car starts acting up.!
