I have been taking my car here regularly for scheduled maintenance and miscellaneous repairs for the last 4 years. I am beyond grateful to have a mechanic I trust and respect.They can be a little busy at times which can make scheduling a challenge but that goes to show people trust Arvada Automotive to get the job done right, and so should you if you have need for a professional mechanic and are looking for an honest shop.

Zack is incredible!!! Our son is moving to NYC in a couple of days and had unexpected car problems and Zack and mechanic JD were amazing and got us in at the last minute and made sure his car was repaired and safe to take to NYC!!! Earlier this summer I took my car in thinking I had major problems, and these guys are so honest they told me that the problem could be cured with a simple re- alignment. They even replaced a tail light bulb without being asked. I cannot say enough good things about these guys!!! They are honest, conscientious, and they care about their customers!!! This car repair shop has the kind of customer service that is rare these days!!! I highly recommend them!!!

They did a nice job of fixing the problem and gave us discounts when we paid upon asking. They got us in quickly for an appointment when other shops had weeks-long wait lists. Our van wasnt filthy when we picked it up like it sometimes is after going to the shop. We were pleased with Arvada Automotive, with the exception of parking, which was very limited when trying to get in to deliver the keys when dropping it off.

I had a great experience. I needed an oil pan replacement due to a dent in it caused a leak after a change (done by a different place). The mechanic was extremely professional and precise in the way they explained the problem as well as a fair assessment of what the other oil change place should or shouldnt have been responsible for. The replacement itself was quick and the repair price was spot on what I researched average for the work was. Overall, Arvada Automatoive Center is a place you can trust with your vehicle and your wallet. 😊

I was halfway through a cross country move with my family in my 09 Honda Pilot, when the engine started to make a horrible knocking sound. I called right before close and Zach got me in the very next morning.They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and propose a solution.Considering they had to take the serpentine belt off and replace some pulleys, the price was MUCH less than I had expected and my car was done within a couple hours.I cannot recommend Arvada Automotive Center enough. They gave a very straightforward diagnosis including alternative solutions, everyone I dealt with was super friendly, communication was exceptional, and the price couldnt be beat.

Called in and spoke with Zack - while they didn’t provide emissions testing, he referred me to the right place AND recommended I ask for a VIN verification form. Something the dmv required for registration but I hadn’t thought of; thus, saving me from the hassle of having to rebook an appointment (30days out). This place is honest, credible, and proactive. I will be returning for any vehicle repairs in the future.

I think everyone feels hesitant going to the mechanic and wondering if they will be taken advantage of or end up dropping a fortune. The first time I went there I had been quoted $400-$600 from another place. I was skeptical so I brought my car to Arvada Automotive for a second opinion. They told me that it could potentially cost me $400 but most likely they had a very common way of fixing the problem which would cost $45. That afternoon they called me and said they had indeed fixed it for $45. We have now been bringing both our vehicles there for about 7 years and always leave happy. They always explain things and help us understand what needs to be done right now, and what can wait. One time we dropped off our vehicle for a strange noise which happened sometimes when driving. They spent half a day trying to make it happen but couldnt. So they made arrangements to drive over and pick one of us up and have us drive around until the sound happened. I have now referred them to several friends and workmates and they have all thanked me. Zach and the gang are just great to work with. They are friendly, understanding, caring and most importantly fair. Look no further for a great mechanic who will treat you well.

Walking into Arvada Automotive Center I was greeted with a smile and an attentive, “How can we help you?” After handing over my keys for my oil change appointment I was very comfortable waiting in their clean and well themed waiting room. Coffee is available and plenty of magazines. Bathroom was impeccably clean as well.Finding an honest and reliable Auto shop when your a female can be a challenge. I love that the employees here are so honest and trustworthy. Their prices are also more affordable than most shops for a conventional oil change. I can’t wait to be back!

Incredibly reliable with top notch service. I was referred to them by my fiancé who was with them since over a decade ago and she has many stories to tell of when they saved her money and told her she didn’t need some work done that she thought she needed. Also, I brought my car in during the COVID shut down and in brief conversation it came up that I’m a nurse so they didn’t even charge me!!!

I took my vehicle in for a pre-purchase screening, Zack (a mechanic on staff) had quoted the screening at $40. He found a small oil leak, told me the repair would be $150 and that the screening would be free for it. I ended up repairing the leak with a friend and called the shop hoping to at least pay them for the screening. The team insisted that they had offered the service free, so I bought Zack a 12 pack for his time and called it square. Quality service and an honest crew. will return for needed repairs.

I recently took my 2001 Ford crown Victoria to Arvada Auto Center because I had no heat. I spoke with Zach, who was very informative and patient with me. I have been taking my car to the dealership for all of my scheduled maintenance and repairs. Arvada Autos price was much lower then what the dealership wanted to charge me. They got the car in and out very quick and they did an excellent job. Their facility is clean, well run and I plan to take my car in for all future maintenance needs. This place is great. I showed up on a Friday evening at 4:45. I didn’t realize they close at 5. They took my car anyways for an oil change and I was out in 20 mins. Very skeptical about auto shops that I am new too. However, I did do a Google search and found this one. I needed a front brake job and fast. I got to the shop before it was open and waited, because I had a new employer that I had to show up to later in the day. I received terrific service at a very fair price. The work was done in a timely manner. I would very highly recommend this auto shop to anyone. They do very good work. I will take my vehicle back to this shop in the future for repairs, as they appear. And we all know that they do appear.

Everyone that works here is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The BEST service I’ve ever had!! They are completely transparent, honest, and open when it comes to telling you what’s wrong with your vehicle. Excellent automotive service. I was called 1hr half after dropping off my vehicle and quoted a price. I was initially told it wouldnt be done until the next day. I received a call the same day my vehicle was done. When I went to pay, they told me I didnt need a part I was first told I needed so I didnt have to pay for that second part.... honesty! Its hard to find honesty in automotive service, thanks Arvada Automotive!

Was recommended to go here and talk to Zack. Well Zack was out til Monday so I figured Id trust his employees. Took them 3 days to diagnose my van and wanted to charge me nearly 800 for a new radiator and a headlight relay. Will not be coming back and will not be recommending to anyone.

I love this place. I have had nothing but great experiences here. Zack is the man. I have a mini Cooper and most places dont have the right filter to do an oil change on the spot. After coming in once, Zack offered to stock my filter for whenever I need an oil change. The whole team here has done great work on my car (which is not easy) and always provided explanations for what happened and what they are doing to fix it. They are always on top of getting parts quick, and the turnaround on repairs is always fast. This last repair they even offered me a ride home if they didnt finish in time (I live close by) Nothing but great service. Thanks guys.

My sixteen-year-old American sedan is *ahem* very temperamental and probably nearing the end of its life. Arvada Automotive has provided excellent care that keeps it running. These guys are honest, fairly priced, they know what theyre talking about, and they are good to their customers.

Honest and dependable are how I would describe Arvada Automotive. Ive been going there for about 9 years and have always got honest (and low) estimates, great service and great pricing! One example is when they ordered a part, it came with a connecting hose that was still good on my car, so they removed the new hose, used my old one and saved me $125.00. Most shops would simply have not told me and kept the money - and I would have been none the wiser. These guys are GREAT!!

Have been taking all of our vehicles to Arvada Auto for years and have ALWAYS experienced fast, friendly, and trustworthy service. Recently had engine trouble coming home from a business meeting in Evergreen. Despite it being late in the day, Arvada Auto got me in, diagnosed the problem (bad engine coil) and had us back on the road by 5! Also followed up with a text to ensure car was performing as it should. Best shop for auto repairs bar none!

We thought our 2002 Ford Explorer was on its last legs and wanted to see if there was anything Zach and the guys could do to give us some more miles. Zach gave us a quote to do the brakes and check the spark plugs etc. The total price was less than what the original quote came in at and the car was done quicker than we were told. The car drives like it lost hundreds of pounds, and is quitter than it has been in a while. Thank you very much!

I am the owner of a 2003 Honda Civic and my belts were squeaking very badly. I set up an appointment with Zack. He was very friendly and quoted me a couple of different prices based on the outcome and the auto staff adjust the belts. They sounded a lot better but they started to periodically squeak when it got cold. Called the shop and Zack told me to bring it in and they would try to make it right. My belts are humming as they should and I really appreciate the fact that Zack and the rest of the staff were willing to follow up with me so that my issue could be resolved. Thank you

I love how its walk-in first come first serve, because of same day service where Im can usually be out in less than an hour. They replace my left view mirror for cheaper than other places. I get oil changes here, and its quicker than places where even with an appointment, I have to be there for at least an hour or more if they are backed up. Arvada Auto also patched up my tires very quickly when they get deflated by those darn nails that are lying around.

Twice I was sent away without any need for repairs, something that has never happened to me before! This shop and its staff are honest and hardworking. They were always willing to get me in last minute when I was desperate and thoroughly explained everything, even having me test a new product for free! This shop treats you like they would treat their family and friends which is a breath of fresh air in the industry.

Took my 05 highlander in for front struts strut mounts and sway bar linkage. One of the brake caliper bolts broke off in the sleeve the day after the service, probably due to driving with failing struts for so long, could have been due to over torquing. Doesn’t matter boss man replaced the part same day no charge to me. Would recommend

To me there is no where else I would take my vehicle. The staff is up front, professional, and honest when it comes to working on my vehicle. They are all truly skilled at what they do. Its not an easy task to find a trustworthy and competent auto body shop, I would recommend Arvada Auto to anyone. I needed to get exhaust work done and they werent able to do it (need to have the right set up for welding) and they recommended me to a shop in Lakewood. Took my vehicle there today and had it done in an hour, I was legitimately quoted 10 times the price I paid from a dealership, go figure! Anyways they are awesome, take your vehicle there and they will take care of you. Many thanks and will definitely be back for any automotive needs! Honestly and integrity from an auto repair shop. We had an emergency cracked radiator on a busy Friday for them and they were able to accommodate us by end of the day so we could have our car for the weekend and not miss work on Monday.They are very friendly and at a fair price point also. This will be my go-to when I have a car problem too big to handle at home.

It is refreshing to know that I can trust them. Greay service. If something is wrong with their work / service, they want you to let them know so they can remedy.

I took in my van because we hit a curb and broke a tie rod. They fixed that quickly, but didnt notice that the wheel was also bent. I took it back to get the wheel fixed, and they didnt check that there was additional problems, and so I still have an unfixed van and Im not going back.
