The staff here is friendly when I show up in person. Great service and speedy. Im never in line for long but no one answers the phone when I call. Their voicemail box also doesnt work so I can never leave a voicemail. Please fix your phones

The only two cons true with this post office as well as most government operations is that the building is older (and it’s a PO, so who cares) and they are typically understaffed making for consistent lines.The pros, however, outweigh the cons. The staff is typically pleasant and want to take care of you as efficiently as possible, while still delivering excellent service. This is my go to PO when I have the option.

Lost my packages twice in the last couple months and the most recent they lost once then put on the wrong persons route the second time so now my package is sitting at the post office for “pickup” which I can’t do because of their hours and the fact I work all day everyday that they are open.... god forbid you try to get a hold of them on the phone either...

HORRIBLE! They will lie to you leaving a note saying your post is at the post office. Then it not be there and refuse to allow you to wait for it to be picked up. Pay the extra for UPS the USPS is flawed and broken.

Came her specifically to support the Post Office. I bought a box to ship something and they didnt offer any way to tape up the box. You have to guy a roll of tape! Then I had to write everything on the box? What is that? Every where else prints a label and offers tape.

24/7 lobby hours, but dont loiter. The staff are always friendly and diverse. Greeting and gift cards are available for purchasing. PO box rental process is not complex; just remember when your renewal time is in case you do not receive the notice in various ways it may be provided to you.

I have been trying to speak to a real person for like 3 days now about my package that was supposed to be delivered but was a failed delivery even though there was NO KNOCK AT MY DOOR!! I just want to know when it is going to be delivered as it is my new pair of work shoes since mine are falling apart. The machine constantly hangs up on me or doesnt even give me the option to attempt to speak to someone. Im sick of this! I just want my stupid package

AMAZING. Its sad that most people only post reviews on here to complain, because I have nothing to complain about. I brought in 6 big, heavy boxes and was worried I would get a fuss about it, but Karen was very positive and helpful. They brought out a cart to help me carry everything in, and we got it all shipped out within 10 minutes! A great experience. I always go to this post office for that reason :)

I had a issue with EBay in which they sent something of mine to a address that I no longer live. I was a little worried as you can imagine with having something sent to the wrong address during the busiest mail season and Im pretty sure the last day to mail for Christmas so it was crazy busy. They took the time to check for my package and didnt see it so they took my info and checked with the carrier which I believe his name is Gary, anyway they tracked my package down for me and called me the next day to pick it up. Treating people with respect including your colleagues like the janitor should be the bare minimum. CHASE, I feel sorry for you. If the first customer of the day walks in at 8:57am hesitantly, you can simply say “I’ll be with you in a few minutes” versus treating the customers and janitor (for unlocking the door 3 min early) with such horrible disrespect.Karma.

Came in today to witness the postal employee(CHASE) chew out the janitor for attempting to open the door a minute early for customers in line. His language was foul and he raised his voice not only to the janitor but to us customers. He was arguing back and forth with customers defending his poor behavior and proceeded with awful customer service.

Had to come down here because the mail carrier decided to mark my Amazon package as undeliverable and that per customer request asked to have it held at the post office. I never asked that and I was home waiting for the package. The mail carrier managed to deliver quite a large box to the door so why they couldn’t deliver a smaller package with it is beyond me. I called to confirm the package was there and the guy on the phone was extremely nice and apologetic for them screwing up, which is why he gave an extra star. Anyway, I get to the front of the line at the post office, tell the guy my tracking number and address. He goes back, comes back a few mins later and asks me to show him the tracking again. I said I had called and confirmed it was here. He then snapped at me that I should have told him that to begin with. How I was supposed to know that would help is anyone’s guess. He comes back with the package then yells at me saying I need to specify if it’s mail that I asked to be held because that’s in a different location in the back. I replied that I never asked to have it held, that their employee is the one that screwed up so please don’t talk at me like I did something wrong. I asked him to apologize, but obviously that didn’t happen. If they decide for some reason I want my mail held at their location instead of my mail box again, I will just have them send it back to Amazon because there is no way I am dealing with their BS again.

Pretty good location though I dont mail packages. Usually short lines and quick service. I have to come here because the Hidden Lake Post Office has been closed forever.It use to take 1 day for a letter to go from Westminster/Arvada and now it takes 3 days. 3 days to go 10 miles. USPS will be out if business soon.

They only give numerous automated options. Not helpful! Not sure what to do at this point! Very frustrating.

Katherine the mail lady will not deliver packages to my house. She crunches all of my mail into my box so that it is always crinkled. She bent my daughter’s school photos that were clearly marked “do not bend.” I have begged USPS management and customer service for assistance and they will not help me in any way. Today she told me she doesn’t even load my packages on her truck because she knows she won’t be delivering them. It is not a MAIL SERVICE if I have to drive to the post office myself to get my mail. She is a disgusting excuse for an employee and I am irate that USPS will not do anything to rectify. The fact that she could tell me to my face with a smug smile that she will not deliver anything to me with no repercussions is outrageous.

I had what I expected to be a bad experience turn into a very good one through the solid customer service this post office provided. I had a package suppose to arrive one day and it did not. The tracking said there was a problem with the address. So I went through the automated system and selected to have it held at the post office for pickup. When I went, it was not there, but now said it was listed for redelivery. It did not arrive again, so I called and Amy said she would look into it. After a couple hours I got a phone call and she had found the package. Turns out the address was off 1 number on the label, so that was the issue but they found it and got it to me, so I am very happy!

Was notified by post office and by ETSY that package was delivered today at 728pm in or at my mail box. We have a locking mail box where you cannot remove mail - no package from ETSY according to post office scan it was delivered why is it the post office cannot get their deliveries right - this is the 4th time in 6 months that packages have either been mis-delivered or not delivered at all. They cannot get a regular carrier for our route on 78th Circle and it is just stupid to have mail delivered at 730 at night

I cannot comprehend how a mailman from this location would intentionally put an item that strictly states DO NOT BEND in a bright red sticker with bold letters to do the exact opposite. Thank you ass hat for jamming a circle peg into a square hole. Please take some pride in your work and do your simple task well. And to make matters worse, I confronted both the supervisor and manager of this office and I was instructed to basically take matters into my own hands by calling customer service or going online to resolve the issue. Great customer service. Thanks team. Carry on with your fine work and contributions to society.

Do you like to be nickel-and-dimed? Then DEFINITELY head to this post office.Example below - I have shipped around fifty 4-oz padded envelopes with the same product since January 1, all shipped first-class for about $3.50. On ALL, I have used the label on the right. Today I was told at this post office - its still a Priority label and has to ship Priority for ~$9, even though it does not say Priority - anywhere. Even though the previous 49 have all shipped First Class with the non-Priority label. The only option I was given was to peel off the label and write the address on the lumpy envelope while I hold my daughter in the other arm. How awesome is that!!I want to use this Post Office, but this lapse of judgement on their part, and the Kiosk being down 100% of the time I want to use it, have made it an easy choice to keep driving down to 58th & Allison.

I have had multiple issues with deliveries, or rather lack there of although online says delivered, from this post office. When you call to get help NOONE answers the phone. If I get lucky and get an answer, they are polite but seldom have I had any follow through on what they said they would do. If I could I would use any other post office.

Shirley is EXTREMELY rude! LITERALLY MY WORST USPS EXPERIENCE EVER! Im literally baffled by how completely unnecessarily rude this person was to me! I called yesterday morning looking for a package and was immediately met with contempt - I called and just said Hi Im calling to see if I have a package at your location and she was immediately rude to me and seemed annoyed and put off by my calling and even had the audacity to ask me how I got this number (like how dare I be calling) and I had to explain I received it from the main office. I literally had to ask her if everything was ok because I was so blown away by the attitude I was getting, I was dumbfounded as to why this woman would be so rude to me for no reason, I was simply just checking if my package was there. I felt from there she was just trying to get off the phone with me, and when she couldnt find my package by my tracking number (which Im not confident she even checked) and just tried to be done with me she told me to call FedEx. I knew she had other ways to check, so I kindly asked her if she could look it up by my name or address then (no she did not offer to help with that, I HAD TO ASK her to do her job, but I simply wanted to find out if my package was there so I could go pick it up if so). She gave me more attitude and said shed take my number and call me back. I knew she wasnt going to based on that attitude, and she didnt. So I called back this morning and spoke with her again, I asked her why she hadnt called me back and she said because she couldnt call long distance (USPS cannot call long distance? Ummm, since when? NO I did not ask her this, but I wish I had.), and she had even WORSE of an attitude with me then, un-be-lievable! She tried telling me that the carrier left me a note in my mailbox, but I actually had to ask her to repeat herself several times because she was sooo hostile with me that she couldnt even speak clearly. Im assuming my asking why she didnt call me back really sent her over the edge, tho I have no idea why. Even if Shirley couldnt call me back, WHY SUCH ATTITUDE FOR NO REASON?!?! I mean, dont customers normally call there looking for packages? So, I let her know then that Id be writing this review, and speaking with her supervisor about her piss poor attitude, and reminded her that she works in customer service and should really should be mindful of how she treats people, that she was rude to me for zero reason and she should not treat her customers that way. Im not sure if Shirley is going through some hard times or is just a generally angry, rude, mean person, but either way I really feel sorry for anyone else who has to deal with her!!! YIKES!! I mean, if Shirley cant handle a normal/basic customer service phone call, I HATE to see how she treats her customers under any kind of pressure!

All I want is to know where the piece of mail that I sent with tracking is. The last destination is Arvada post office . It was never delivered. I was on hold for 60 minutes calling from Oregon. For days the tracking says out for delivery . NEVER DELIVERED I dont know what to do at this point

This post office doesnt even deserve a star at all. They are very rude and unprofessional of clerks using profanity cuss words and stated they hate doing international mail. And one clerk, Magnolia, very unprofessional and makes you feel more dumb than herself. She thinks what address on the packages are not the correct addresses and when you tell her you know for a fact they are correct she rolls her eyes. The clerks move so slow lines are always getting longer. I try to avoid dealing with the clerks every time I go and its maybe 2-3 times a week.

I have ordered several items, and every time I track each package, our mail courier marks the package delivered, however he doesnt deliver the package until the following day, after calling the store to file a missing delivery claim, then call them again the next day to cancel, I started to get very frustrated from the repeated situation. I stopped by the post office to complain, with no results.

As a small business owner, this is the worst USPS post office I have ever dealt with. They lost 2 out of my first 3 packages I received shipped to me. Luckily, they found the second package after I called them 4 times.You see when I did call to complain, two USPS female employees hung up on me when I became assertive. I called a third time and nobody answered the phone. When I called a fourth time a less emotional woman spoke to me and filed my grievance.The two USPS employees that hung up on me should be FIRED. I rarely order items from the Internet that are shipped via USPS because I am afraid they will get lost. My story gets worse.I mailed my rent payment for my office to my landlord in November of 2017. These overpaid incompetent bureaucrats lost my rent payment. Luckily my landlord did NOT charge me a late fee.Now I always hand deliver my business rent payment to my landlord. I do NOT trust these people at this post office. I avoid using USPS at my office, unless I absolutely have to, because they have lost 3 items in about a year.I rarely use USPS and they still lost 3 items.

FedEx dropped a package off to them and they deliver it to my house or so they said. When I inquired as to why I didnt get my package SUPERVISOR KRISTI told me they dont have any information about the delivery and I have to contact FedEx and track down my own package. SUPERVISOR KRISTI said it happens all the time. Maybe you should fix the problem and not pawn it aff on your customers. Thanks for nothing KRISTI.

I have had problems with this post office on and off for 4 years now. They are lazy, unprofessional, and rude. If I could give them no stars I would. When I have expected packages they dont even attempt to bring them to my door if they dont fit in the parcel lockers. When I request redelivery to my door they leave a slip and expect me to go pick it up from their office when i dont have a way to get over there. Now after calling them personally several times to get the issue resolved they are saying I need a medical reason to have my package delivered to my door. When I asked for proof of these rules and regulations the postal women was rude and said she wants proof I am medically incompasitated to get my packages delivered to my door. I never said that I was medically inconpasiated I just requested to have a package delivered to my door because I have 2 small Children and my husband uses the car for work. All this hassle just to have my packages deliverd to my door is ludicrous. They have lost mail of mine that I was expecting for my daughter from my mother in the past and they have mis delivered my mail to my neighbors before.

They delivered my package to the wrong box, couldnt find it and informed me they are not responsible and because it was bound printed material (a book) they dont have to refund it. This is the second time theyve lost a package and our mail is notoriously delivered to our neighbors, sometimes blocks from us. My company credit card was never delivered and has never been recovered. How extremely disappointing!!!!
