Seriously the service here is either amazing or absolutely terrible. This morning I stood in line for 10 minutes while somebody got explained details on how Comcast works with their returns and what to look for on the bill. I had a drop off. My transaction took maybe 10 seconds. There was only one person working the counter and I was the only person in line. Maybe my expectation for how I do work is too high compared to how people here to work but I I’m always frustrated when I sit and wait for absolutely no reason. To top it off, when the lady was done helping the man she said “I can help who’s ever next in line”. Admittedly this is a first world problem, but it is still not great service.

Never use UPS I ordered an item next day air it is taking 4 days for delivery and the UPS Store can not help you with anything an asks you to call the online number which simply hangs up on you. Why even bother having a physical store if they cant help with a simple thing like address changes. DHL is far better.

Where is the manager? Why do employees act like they are being inconvenienced when helping a customer? Consistently and routinely bad service. I think I will take the extra 10 minutes to drive anywhere else where I might be greeted politely and thanked for my business. There are a lot of options in this market, if you want to keep customers at least minimal customer service is required.

My wife had dropped off a package for me and I had neglected to tell her to send overnight. I called and was greeted with the best customer service I have received for some time now. Christine made the process seemless and painless.

Very indifferent employees and even worse manager. Pricing on services is different every time you come in even when services are the same and manager Kristine does not up train employees on errors and is rude and unhelpful. Not a terrible business, but I do not recommend this specific location.

Terribly unhelpful staff, only willing to help because they were closing. After they werent able to help I was hurried out the door because sir, we closed a couple minutes ago. I asked if they cared and the reply was let me open the door for you.I want to apologize to the owner of the store for keeping all 3 employees (all were just standing there) an extra 3 minutes

This place is horrible and a scam. They tried to significantly overcharge me. I went to a different UPS store that’s next to my house and they offered the same shipping at half the price this store wanted. Do yourself a favor and go to a different store....Edit: The owner is now lying on their response. If what they are saying was true, I wouldn’t have been able to go to a different location hours later and pay half the price. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.

I was at the ups store at the 52nd and Wadsworth in Arvada Colorado. I had multiple returns that required a great deal of attention and time. I was incredibly impressed with the patience and professionalism the people there showed to me and want anyone who reads this to know what an exceptional experience i had in what could have been a nightmare situation. Thank you ups women.

Very quick and easy service. I came in about an hour before closing and there were no other customers. Kristine helped me promptly and she was friendly throughout the process of packaging up a return to Amazon. What is nice that even though I got there on the later side, UPS will pick up later this evening. This means I don’t have to wait until Monday.

I am sorry to have to write this review. I called in to see if your store would be able to stay open a few minutes past close time. I was told I dont know, and was hung up upon. I arrived at the locked door 2 minutes past the close time. I called the store and was hung up on again! Many companies are wanting to work with their customers and not hang up on them and turn them away.

Made a specific trip to send a fax and the manager said they couldnt fax because she just threw my fax machine in the trash. It was 24 yrs old. Poor management that you let your equipment get so old so that you cant serve your costumers when it finally breaks.

Employees didnt explain options, didnt tell me how to have my package sent, or the differences. First time shipping these kind of packages. One package arrived no problem, second one is now lost, and i was provided 0 information. Spoke to them, was told that i was INDEED provided with additional information, and chose against it and yet i clearly recall the girl unsure of how to even mark the package, and how to send it. She didnt even know what kind of package it qualified under. I can distinctly remember her asking for 3 papers with signatures, mixing them up, having to ask for help on which one goes where on what package, measuring my packages, but oddly i dont remember her asking about tracking the package to make sure it actually arrives. I wasnt told that there wasnt tracking provided, or that i wouldnt be provided with ANY information in regards to the packages. I could take this a step further, and say that another employee arrived, claiming she had to work, and yet just sat at the computer and played on her phone, telling me she wasnt working. Or that the girl who helped me told me that its better to not write on the packages cause handwriting is hard to read. That Triple A members get a discount, or that two ladies brought in packages to return and the UPS store just handles them, no need to wait in line.So its not a matter of my memory being off, its clear failed customer service.On a side note, owner of the place gave herself a 5 star review.

I had an excellent experience with Ashley! I came to the UPS 15 minutes before closing with a lot of packages today. Ashley was kind and provided great customer service to me the entire time I was there. I recommend this UPS store!

I arrived at 4:30 in search of a quick notarization and I was pleased to see I was the only patron in the shop. It was a snowy night and I had difficulty getting from work any earlier and their phone was out of service. The employee behind the desk pointed to a sign on the wall indicating notarization between 8 and 4 PM. The website suggests making an appointment or just stop by. Nowhere does it mention the notary hours. I asked politely for an exception the the posted hours, particularly since there were 3 employees in the shop and the driving was treacherous. To no avail. The notary was taping some boxes and indicated she was too busy to assist in the 2 minute service and I would need to return during notary hours. Not even a consideration. I can say with certainty that I will not provide business to this UPS store in the future, and I would suggest you do the same. I am a business owner and they should no better than to treat their customers with such disrespect.

This is a response to our viewers in regards to MICHAEL H. poor review!While public media is awesome to our Customers.......Honesty must always be used.In regards to Michael H. and his review:Yes, he waited in line for a notary. When he came up to the counter he was told the notary was busy and asked if he could come back. He immediately became loud and said, so you are refusing me service?. The associate explained to him that the notary was with another customer . Michael then repeated, so you are refusing me service. I, the notary, and the owner had to step away from my customer and explain that we were not denying him service, only asking him to come back at a later time. I had been helping my customer trying to locate his cell phone that he left in another country and this was taking an extremely long time. Michael became very rude so I had to escort him out of the store and also told him I would call the police if he came back.I have owned my Franchise for 25 years and I could count on one hand how many times I have had to ask customers to leave the store.The customer I was helping could not believe how Michael carried on and has left his name and phone number if anyone would like to talk to him in regards to the events.While I am truly sorry for not being able to assist Michael at that moment, he was not the only one that needed service.Honesty is a Virtue

This store has been outstanding every time I am in there. They are always so efficient and willing to help with whatever they can. I love that they have so many services like copies, tons of packing materials, designing things for me and not to mention them packing stuff for me when I need something packed and want it done so I know nothing will get damaged. If you have to go to UPS, use this location and I guarantee you will not be disappointed!!!! :)

Judging by other reviews, this place is competent and helpful sometimes, which is why Im not giving them one star.However, since they charge $2.50 to print a shipping label (*in addition to the shipping cost*), I will never return. That might be a fair price for an over-the-top luxury service, -- but printing a label at a UPS store is basic and routine. It might seem like a small amount of money, but in the shipping world, $2.50 will ship a bulky padded envelope across the whole continent, and theyll throw in the label for free. So paying $2.50 for the label alone blows the whole budget.

This store goes above and beyond everytime I am in there. Whether I am in to make copies and they help me, ship a package, or needing something designed, they are just awesome and are the sweetest people. I love the variety that they have of all of the box sizes and all of the packing materials I would ever need! If you want something done right, this is the store to go to! The cost of shipping comes directly from UPS so I know I am getting the best deal as well!

I print here regularly. This location has the best customer service, the best prices, and the friendliest staff of many of the other UPS Stores in the area. Come here - your gas will pay for itself with the prices. 12 cents on basic prints, as compared to $1+ at the Wadsworth location.

The old blonde womans approach was very rude and somewhat racist. Still kept talking with her co-worker while i was there waiting for her help on what to do with my package. She did not offer any help or assistance and really gave me a hard time. That particular woman always treat people badly. She should be given disciplinary actions.

I have a lot of return items that I mail from here. The employees are always welcoming and helpful. Most of the time I do not have to tell them what I need - They ask me if I have a return when I walk in the door! Always excellent service!

Recently updated, the staff is friendly and very helpful. Their services are not as quick as the compitetion. This is the only reason I didnt go for 4 stars. Things I need done in a day might take a week here. Simple fix is to train the staff to use all of the equipmemt. That way if one person is out of town there is still someone that can fill in.

Im surprised by the previous review about bad service when using a prepaid label. Ive sent close to a dozen items back with prepaid labels... In fact Ive only paid for service one time there... But Ive always gotten excellent service either way.

I went in with a prepaid label for UPS and was told I would have to pay them to tape the label on since they were not making any money off me. I didnt have my purse on me so the lady pushed my box away from her towards me. I left without being able to get my boxed mailed on time.
