Everyone there is very friendly and helpful, I must say that Joanne is exceptional!!!! She is very knowledgeable, always trying to assist customers!!! I She is simply wonderful!!!

While I expected a line they worked efficiently to help customers. However my package is now 5 days later than expected. I understand that there might be a delay with the holidays but then appropriately update predicted delivery times. I will update when and if my package arrives. I should have gone to UPS.Package never arrived as on March 23,2021

You all have said my packages have been delivered they have not been waiting on 300 child tax credit that was supposed to show up today and was also said was delivered was not this is the second time I am going to have to make a trip to the post office to figure out whats going on get it together stop marking things delivered when they have not and do your job correctly now I have to miss work to come there to correct this for the second time in one month terrible service I expect to talk to a super visor Monday

The Arnold USPS office is incredibly thoughtful, and genuinely care for their community. I recently lost a beloved pet due to unexpected and aggressive cancer. The package from the Pet Loss Center required a signature, but given everything going on I kept messing up and did not get the signed form in on time. I received the final notice and resolved myself that the last physical memory of my dog was lost forever, and convinced myself that I was okay with that. Imagine my surprise when I got a letter from the post office themselves explaining that they saw who the package was from and didnt want to return to sender even though technically it should have been because clearly. The package got sorted out and successfully delivered because of that letter. To Michelle and the other workers there, from the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Each person I spoke with at the Arnold Post Office on the phone was SUPER nice and helpful. Dawn, Tim and Dave couldnt have been anymore pleasant to speak with and had updates for my questions RIGHT AWAY! Im a property manager so Ive had to call multiple post offices in Maryland, and by far this one has been the best! Thanks guys!

Made a passport appointment a month ago. Came to the appointment at the time directed and the people inside just said they were closed and did not even help me at all and just kept saying they were closed. Wondering why they even had that time slot available on their website.

Terrible. They consistently lose my mail and cant give me any answers to why they dont deliver stuff. You would think official election mail is important but not to the Arnold Post Office.

Not a good post office at all. Every time I go in I seem to run into some kind of problem. The staff is rude and condescending. I had such difficulty getting a passport that I went to another post office and it was done quicker and by friendlier staff. Avoid this place if you can.

I was surprised at how close I am to this location. The service was fast, efficient and friendly. The look and feel of this PO is very modern and up to date.

They provide great service. Always a pleasant experience.

Staff were efficient and helpful, but slightly condescending once they realized I wasn’t exactly sure of what I was doing. I feel like that’s kind of the norm for most POs though.

Quick in and out had my flat rate box packaged and ready went in paid by debit card was a little difficult to read credit card/ prompts thru sheeted plastic but could manage.

Someone working at this facility opened my mothers package and stole the contents inside it and then had the audacity to reseal it and send it off to the sorting facility.
