The ladies at the post office are amazing, they are very polite. Due to my work schedule. There are times I come in a few minutes before closing time and they take time and explain shipping rates and recommend the best method of shipping to save you money. They are not trying to rush me out! I’ve noticed that some clients are more impatient. If you had a bad experience with these ladies, you must’ve really been rude. They are the best!

I went yesterday to get a passport and Angie helped me. Angie obviously hates her job and has no business working with the general public. She was crabby from the get go, making us wait because she said she needed a break cause she’s been doing passports all day. I’m sorry Angie, but that’s your job. I’m sure you get paid well enough to at least be a decent human being and treat others with respect. If I could give 0 stars for this location I would, instead I’ll just give the 1 star to the nice older lady who was pleasant and actually helpful.

I never have any issue here! With my small business, I am in usually a few times a week and the staff is always friendly and willing to help. They can’t control if stuff gets lost so I don’t know why people are mad at them for that! They always get me in and out quickly!

At least they deliver my junk mail to the right place. If you have a problem with your mail, it better be a package, and be lucky enough not to live where the mail boxes are grouped. If your check went to anyone but you theyll never tell.

I was supposed to get package today. I sit here and watched mail truck at my box. Then he said there was no access to my address. That’s a lie. I need that order today. I think you need to hire some reliable people to deliver the packages on Sunday.

Donna at the front desk was wonderful and accommodating. I went in not knowing how to do what I was doing and she helped me while also striking up conversation because there was no one else behind me. It has been a good while since I have seen someone in a customer service role that had her kidness and speed and I believe she deserves recognition and reward.

The letter carrier literally got out of her vehicle and threatened me! (I posted pics if you don’t believe me). Said she wouldn’t deliver my mail if she didn’t like how my vehicle was parked on a public street!This makes sense why I don’t get my mail half the time. Apparently, there are allowed to pick and choose who gets their mail and who doesn’t. Unbelievable. 🙄EDIT: After making this post I was contacted by the post master, Dawn. She was amazing and took care of the problem. She even inspected the street to help improve the routes. Above and beyond is an understatement. Thanks again.

Incredibly rude staff member that I spoke with on the phone..Answered the phone with a mouthful of food and was not listening the entire phone call. He kept acting like it was my fault and blamed me for my phone echoing (which is was not given I had just gotten off of the phone afterwards to call someone to check if it was me echoing so I wouldnt write a bunk review)..Before I was transferred to this local post office the other staff (from USPS 1-800 #) was very cordial and professional and understood that I needed to call my local post office..The local staff member was also unwilling to provide any advice as to what should be done given the issue I was presenting to him with my shipment and just told me that the USPS site is wrong and that Im not reading the delivery message saying that its Out for delivery and hes right and its not being delivered today regardless of whatever I think or the USPS tracking site says.All that and not to mention that he would not let me finish what I was saying the entire call due to him interrupting me.. I didnt ask for a manager or anything, what is going to happen? Nothing.. Its a government job after all.Just writing this so other people who read this dont waste their time on the phone or in person trying to argue with stupid trying to resolve something.

No mail for two days now Feb 16, 17 street is clear I have been driving all over Arnold and the post office hasn’t delivered my mail, when you call you decide who to talk to and all you get are recorded messages, due to COVID-19. This is not good service.

Every time I come here, Im rushed. I like email receipts, so I wait for the prompt to click which type of recipt I would like. The lady who was working today seemed extremely rude and was click to hit print before I could even select email. She acted like that would have taken up too much of her time. Why have an option for email receipts if your not going to let your customers get them. Im just frustrated at the whole experience of going to the post office today. Fenton is not much further and they are much nicer. I will be taking my mail there from now on.

Here I am again giving this post office a 1 star Rating and a reminder of why I never go here. AGAIN THE SAME LADY wanted to charge way more to send out an envelop than what I already had sent some out for at another post office. I called to file a formal complaint, got explained everything and then hung up on when I said thank you for your time. I wish this place would honestly get an entirely new staff. Makes me sick how they treat people

The customer service is TERRIBLE! The lady turned away 4 customers in a row by informing them that all they do is “mail stuff.” If it isn’t already addressed, or the package isn’t taped well enough, or if your birth certificate for your passport has a crease..... get out of line. They aren’t there to help or answer questions. The heavy-set, short haired lady clearly hates her job, and she has no business working with customers. I don’t know how she still has a job.

I havent had the best of luck and I havent had the worst of luck visiting this post office but I know the parking lot/dropbox lanes are pretty tight and hard to get around if there are more than just a few people at the post office. Its best just to have your mail ready and drop it in the mail dropoff!!!

Two different times, my whole family was home, and no one knocked at my door to deliver a package. I received a final notice for this package and they never knocked to let me know it or they were even at my home!!!! disappointed in the business!

They lost my package and keep telling me it was “delivered”. the supervisor Matthew Frank closed out my support case so now I must go through the Postmaster General, and repeal him closing my case.

This occured 2/1/18 at about 3:30pm - I paid for 2 Day Priority Delivery, however it took FIVE days to get to the destination. I just went into the USPS store located at 1314 Jeffco Blvd, Arnold, MO 63010. I was told by the lady behind the counter, that 2 days was not guaranteed. She stated however long it could take (even up to 30 days), that was alright. It didnt matter that I paid more for priority mail. I asked to speak with a manager. After waiting a while and he not coming out, I knocked on the door several times, and he refused to come out and talk to me. Ill be using UPS from now on. Your ad should state, We always deliver.... when we feel like getting around to it.

Wouldn’t even give me tape to use after the last time I was there a man walked up and just grabbed it off the counter to borrow. Also wouldn’t ship it out because I use prepaid shipping labels for my business and have two days to send it out after it’s printed but it didn’t have today’s date so she said she couldn’t send it and I had to purchase tape. The lady always right by the door could not have been more unpleasant. I went to south county and had zero problems. Never going to Arnold again even tho it’s convenient for me.

Rude and disrespectful staff. Claimed they delivered my packages and left them by my door. After 45 min of arguing with the postmaster who was extreamly rude he magicly found my packages in back. He proceeded to toss my packages so hard on the counter they bounced off the front. It took everything I had not to reach across the counter and pop him.

This is the most run down post office I have ever been too. To start with, entrance to this area is a complete maze. Once you are able to find your way in, the interior is dirty with this dread of disappear. Only two people were on shift during this time of the year. This Post Office is divided between mail boxes and the service area by a door. This door does not stay open easily, so while in line with 17 other people, the guest were having to use there boxes to keep this door open. After waiting, I finally get to the front to find out that tape is not “free” there. My package was to be sent to another country, so inspection of the box should of takes place, as that was my reason to leave it open. I have never had to pay for tape at a USPS. I was frustrated with the overall experience at this place that I chose to leave the building. Choose a different Post Office, and while your at it move out of this fly over state.

Worst post office Ive had to use. They fail to deliver packages at least 50% of the time despite marking them as delivered via the tracking system, and it took weeks to get them to remove the hold on my mail when I moved in. Clerks tend to be rude too. Short, inconvenient hours.

Blows big time. It takes longer than usual for me to get my mail. They cant sort it right bcuz things dated last week I wont get for a couple weeks. Do not mail anything off here bcuz it will not arrive where it needs to be on time

Had a package sent from Texas here to Arnold and made it the entire way here, but somehow while here on town they cant figure out the delivery address or the senders information due to damage (his words) during shipping. I call the so called post master who can barely speak two words and he tells me its being sent to a dead mail recovery center in Atlanta and that at the recovery center they will open the package to see if they can find out who it should go to. Thats all great, I dont mind that however I told him that when they open the package its not going to give them any information on who sent it and who it should go to. Since I have the tracking number and can see that its my package if he can have it sent. Hes says no I basically will never get my package. He refused to give me his supervisors number and cannot speak to anyone else. I have never had a worse experiace with anything but I guess this is what you get for ppl who have government job.
