I visit this location twice weekly for nearly five years. Nicest and most professional gas station attendants I have ever seen. I assume the people complaining are methheads (Ryan) who cant take advantage of the employees.

I worked here for a month, but ended up having to quit over personal problems ... I went in there recently to buy some pop and the employee named Nick cussed me out and didnt give me any service because they held a grudge over my personal stuff they didnt understand .... Very rude.... Will never be back there ever again ...

Very friendly staff .hard to find great customer service nowadays .even harder to find the whole staff with great customer service skills .

Some of the nicest ppl ever . From the morning shift till the night folks .Im in more in the evenings and the guy who is always there around 4 -10 is very friendly and funny ..and the bathrooms are always cleaned the whole store really .I skip the store up the road to come here .and I live across the street .

I went in to purchase a drink on Friday 18 June 2021 around 5:30 pm. Three ladies at check out counter talking amongst themselves , not busy. They did not acknowledge me, no hello, no thank you , no have a good day . They all three were unfriendly. I would advise some customer service training. I will not be back to this gas station … ever .

I was in there on October 22nd at around 5:40 pm. A gentleman I see working there often was at the register. I picked out a 3.00 on (on sale) wine box they had along with a $2 scratcher. I man behind the counter told me the total was $11 something. I said before I placed my debit card in the machine that I didn’t think the total was correct. He then double checked and told me it was just the tax. $6.00 in tax for a $5 purchase? There was someone behind me so I didn’t argue I said I’d like my receipt then. I looked at receipt and it clearly showed he charged me an extra $5.99 the original price of the wine. He quickly said as I went back in and confronted him with the numbers he knew what he did and tried to explain. I was fed up because he double checked it before I paid and still tried to steal from me. I told him I don’t care what happened I just want my money. He then told me then he wants the products back that I bought!? I said that’s illegal you owe me the $6 you overcharged me and I get to keep my product. I then said I’ll call his manager and he said that was fine so I assume this while gas station staff is shady like him. He was clearly trying to rip me off and it was completely inappropriate of him to ask for the product back all because I caught him scamming me. Will never come back.

So I went there tonight to cash in my 2 dollar lottery ticket and use the Missouri lottery coupon that I had to purchase four more dollar lottery and a polar pop but some how i end not receiveing the two dollars I won on the lottery ticket and not using the two dollar coupon on what I wanted to use for. I try explaining to her where the two dollar winning ticket is at and she just smile at me so she is going to be over 2 dollar in her drawer tonight I was there.

You need to educate some of your employees on customer service skills.

Waited for a good 5 minutes inside with no one in sight before I gave up. Could have easily robbed the place.
