Time Zone has a very nice selection of watches and offer great service. There was a problem with the winding rotor on my beloved Japanese Seiko SARB035 that he was able to quickly repair, at very reasonable rates. It was a real pleasure and I will go back for my watch needs.

Fixed my watch in about 10 minutes. The price was half of what another shop quoted me at Pentagon City mall.

Amazing shop that had my customization request done in under 30 min. I wanted to switch out subdials, date, and logo to transform them into panda and reverse panda dials and Time Zone did it perfect with extremely awesome prices!!!! Super nice guys too! I will def go back for any work on my other time pieces!

I had a great experience here. The fellow in the store quickly replaced a defective battery in my girlfriends quartz watch for $15. He also took about two hours to repair a problem with the dial of my mechanical watch, and the price was reasonable. He did not sell anything hard and helped me examine options for a new leather band as well. The service experience was excellent--he was patient, calm, accommodating, and efficient. I highly recommend Time Zone!

Great place for all your watch needs. I’ve had a couple of services and overhauls for my watches and they have been done with precision. Better value than sending back to the manufacturer for service and they stand by their work. If you have any questions they will addressed quickly and followed up with great customer service.

The service was fast and friendly. I needed new batteries in two good watches. Took less than 10 minutes. I will tell everyone about Time Zone.

Fantastic place, very friendly customer service! I literally went to 3 different watch places to get my Movado band fixed and was told I needed a new band and it couldnt be done. I suggested forcing in a new pin and he agreed to try unlike the others... After a short wait the band was good as new without having to fork out $200 for a new band. Definitely try this place before others.

Brought in two watches (Omega and Tag Heuer) that have special meaning to me and he fixed them within 30 minutes even though I expected to pick them up in a few days. Outstanding service and you cant beat the price either if you want quality and great service! Im definitely recommending this shop!

Walked in and about 20 minutes later my watch problem was fixed. Have an older watch that needs special battery replacement which many jewelry shops and Lord & Taylor, where watch was purchased, can not replace.

Fixed the bracelet on my watch in 5 minutes. They are a small store but can order just about anything that you might be looking for.
