I took to Fons Clockworks and was educated about the clock, showed me how to wind, set, etc., and was charged $12.00 for a key. I was quoted one thing and received another. I took two identical Fossel gold tone watches for repair. I get one back with a small stem than the other and also clasp on one is silver while the original is gold. Can’t be trusted with your jewelry.

I called several clock shops in the area and they were either too busy or did not return my call in a timely manner. I contacted Fons Clockworks and he was willing to come out after hours to the house and fix it for me. Worth every penny to hear it chime again!
