I broke the face of my watch, rendering it unusable. I found this company through google searching. I was very satisfied with the quality of work and speed (~2 hrs) with which it was completed. The price (~$60) was also fair for the price of the watch. I’m really glad this was such an easy process and happy that I’m able to wear/enjoy my watch again.

Resized the ring very fast and looked , but a little pricey

I had a ring that was damaged because it was lost in the laundry- stuck in the dryer for a year and a half, finally it showed up in the lint trap. I took it here without much hope, but when I got it back it looked better than the day we bought it. I could not be happier.

Too expensive to fix the clasps on 2 necklaces. Was 129.00 for them.

I have them size my wife watch, I took all the pins out already , all they do just put it back, most of the pins and other still there, because I was doing it by myself but....., they told me missing something and overcharged , they rip me off, for something they do just around 10 minutes, don’t go there , find another store people , even they are Vietnamese like me, money hunger ......

They were professional, quick and reasonably priced. My watch works well now!

Great Place, Great Service, Great People.Got my watch serviced once, took it in and got it back looking and working perfectI broke a link a while later, took it back here and he remembered me and gave me the same service within an hour. He even cleaned it and polished it. When I came to pick it up, he greeted me with a smile and got me taken care of right away. I love this place lolThey service all watches wellId probably bring in an apple watch to service if I had one lol

Charge 45 dollars for a battery

I brought in an oldish watch for repair and battery replacement. They were efficient and professional diagnosing my problem. They replaced battery at reasonable price and have honored their warranty no-questions-asked.

This place is the best repair place I’ve ever been they make thing look like they come right out the box the. price is great concidering your at the mall and they fix it while you go shopping!! It is sooo worth it!

I would highly recommended this place to any avid watch lovers who have either accidentally scratched the face of their watch or just simply need a battery replacement. Fast-fix jewelry and watch repairs have proved to me that quality will always triumph over quantity.

HORRIBLE PLACE and poor customer service. I will not recommend to anyone.If you want to pay WAY TOO MUCH money to fix your jewelry, go to this store and fix your stuff.I got a metal wrist band adjustment. However, the band was too tight.I visited this store and asked them to add one link.The guy told me I need to pay ANOTHER $15 to add one link.This is really ridiculous.

Did a great job fixing my glasses. They were pretty pricey though so probably wouldn’t go back unless it was another emergency.

Only place that would cut my wedding ring off when I had swollen fingers during my pregnancy thanks so much! Will come back later to get my ring repaired once my fingers are normal again!

Money Hungry with Poor Customer Service!I took my Invicta Watch here because my crown is missing. The lady was on her cell phone. I asked her much to replace my crown. She took my watch to I guess the manager (no she didnt respond). She immediately bought my watch back and said it would be $65 and it would be a generic crown. (lol) I only paid $55 for the watch. I told her no thank you. I understand because of the location, I would pay more but that was ridiculous. Poor customer service and expensive, Naw. I wont get screwed without liking it.

These guys are a true rip off! I wish I had read the reviews before going to there store! I brought a original Cartier jewelry piece to there store for cleaning that was damaged by these incompetent idiots and they refused to correct there mistake! I dont recommend ANYONE bring their jewelry here because its a good chance itll be damaged and the customer service is none existenct!

Came in to ask a question, the employee laughed at me. Never had an experience like that.

Ridiculously expensive. They wanted $70 to size a sterling silver ring down half a size.

Went there to add links to my watch. I only had 3 links to a fossil watch to add and they wanted to charge around $17.00. Felt they were really ripping me off. Called 2 other places after which were half the price. Wouldnt advise coming here based on them overcharging.
