I have an old carpet that I was given by my parents. I love this carpet very much but it got dark and it didn’t look respectable. A said I should use Wilson Upholstery & Carpet Cleaning as they cleaned his old carpet too and he was very satisfied. So I called them. They did an amazing job. My old carpet got younger. I am so happy now and I can keep it. My parents would have been happy also if they could see it. I forward my friends recommendation on this fine company.

My fiancé was quoted 100-150 dollars over the phone for a couch cleaning. Wilson Upholstery sent a sub contractor to our home. The subcontractor quoted us 450ish dollars for the cleaning. He then reduced the quote to 250 dollars if cash was paid. My fiancé became uncomfortable with the technician after such bizarre pricing and wanted him out of our house. The technician then demanded 45 dollars for a service call. Wanting the technician out of our home she gave him the credit card. I could not be mere disappointed with this. I have contacted Wilson Cleaning and was told that this is the way they operate. They do not even have a voicemail set up. It really does not seem to be a very legitimate business. I have attached a copy of the quote. Which also shows that the technician did not work for Wilson and that if you do a google search of the company he did it is no where to be found. PLEASE DO NOT USE WILSON. There are many more legitimate companies that can be contacted.

10/10 rating! This company absolutely provides a great service for their clients. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Servicemen who came to clean my carpet were especially nice, courteous, and did a great job!

They are great professional carpet and upholstery cleaning company. I had them come out to my loft to take a look at some rough carpeting when I moved in. They told me that they could save it and make it look like new and that is exactly what they did.
