Marco was great to work with! Our very large dog had an accident on our carpet that soaked through to the carpet pad and ended up smelling terrible. Nothing I did could get it out. He talked me through several options he could try. We picked one and he did an amazing job! The smell was gone immediately after and hasn’t come back. I was worried would have to replace the carpet. We would definitely recommend Marco for any of your carpet cleaning needs and will use him again if ever needed!

We had used Bermon Carpet Cleaning last year when our son moved out of an apartment and into his new place. With COVID taking place, our son was able to move back to Florida and out of the apartment so I quickly contacted Mr. Bermon again and although late notice, he was able to rearrange the schedule in order for the carpet to get cleaned right before turning over the apartment and heading out of town. Marco was fabulous! I was in a pinch and needed services quickly due to an unexpected job transfer out of state. He was able to fit me in on a Friday afternoon, communicated well throughout the process as I coordinated movers and his arrival, and was expedient throughout the entire process. They dont do a very thorough deep cleaning. If your carpet has no stain, maybe their carpet cleaning seems ok. However, if you have stain, they only do a shallow clean, which makes the carpet look clean at first; but once the carpet is dry, the stain resurfaced. When you contact them again afterwards, they simply say there is nothing they can do about and dont care about helping you to remove the stain ...… Its very disappointing.

I recently sold my condo in S. Arlington. The carpets needed a deep cleaning. I went on line to find a reputable carpet cleaning service in my area. Marco and his team showed up right on time to clean our carpets. Once here, they were professional and worked hard to complete the job. They were able to remove almost all of the major stains we had on our off-white carpets, and the ones they couldn’t remove completely they significantly diminished their appearance and made them much less noticeable. Having off-white carpets was not our best choice, but having Bermon Carpet Cleaning come to clean them was!
