Been waiting for almost an hour with no service. I just need to pick up the keys to a truck! Also, they have the parking lot fenced off for some reason, making the place look trashy and its a big space to have closed off.

Jay and Lee are the best. They definitely provided me with exceptional customer service today.

Uber rental service are only for credit card holders. They will let you make the reservation and waste money to get a ride there. The Uber app offers to pay for your ride to the location but they deny you the service so I spent $60 of my hard earned money as a wasted investment. Thanks Avis/Budget for nothing.

Customer service was excellent and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a positive experience. Highly recommend this location!

Horrible Customer Service, unwillingly to help you, Attitude issues, the staff should take a Customer Service Course, I guess if they don’t like their job then why are they there. They speak to you as if they own the company, only if they knew the customers pay their salary, plus their trucks are dirty, unsafe for long trips,

Terrible service here. I walked in and waited in line, was told I would be helped next so I sat down and the customer service desk representative completely ignored me and served others instead of helping me after I waited for several minutes. They certainly aren’t getting my business. I will gladly drive to another location even if it’s 15+ miles away if it means I can avoid going to this one. Clearly they do not care about customers. Good luck getting help if you’re going here.

Horrible service I made a reservation two weeks prior to my reservation then 4 days before pick up they cancelled it without a legitimate reason. I called a few times and they never answered. Dont rent here unless you have a back up. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Why do customer service people that have attitudes work with the public. I DONT GET IT!!! You do not have to be so rude. And it doesnt take much to smile.

Good price on truck rental but they try and upsell you a bunch of insurance you dont need.

The absolute worst experience with a truck rental ive ever had. Arrived Sunday for a reservation i made three weeks prior to my pick up date. As the guy opened the gate i explained we were there to pick up my 16 foot box truck. He immediately replies dont have any. There is a fleet of trucks parked behind him so I think hes just making an off color joke. He wasnt. He claims all the trucks we see are out of service. I have movers showing up in 30 minutes. I ask him how we can go about finding another truck. He replies that its not his job to find me another but hed do me a favor. He proceeds to call some friends from other stores. Hes only asking for 16 foot trucks even though i reiterated twice that it didnt matter what size it was. I just desperately needed a truck since i had prepaid my movers. Eventually he just stops trying and its up to me to find my own replacement vehicle. I find one on the other side of dallas(coincidentally the first place i tried calling because i knew id rented trucks from them before.) As im giving all my previous booking information to the lady on the phone the guy from the arlington branch decided he hadnt done enough to incovenience me that day so he cancels my reservation. Im disgusted with this place and highly recommend you use literally ANY branch but this one.

Mileage scam

Worst experience! I should have went to uhaul or Penske for my truck rental. We reserved a 16 truck rental online for the date of use 12-23-17 and the next day received a call from the office stating they would not have that size it would be a 26. We still went ahead and proceeded with the rental and when we went there the service was just ok one gentleman was nice the other was rude. We gave them the 150.00 deposit as it is required we left the office building around 840am on 12-23-17 and brought the truck back the same day around 2pm. The gentleman at the counter were arguing about something and I asked them if there is anything we need to do before we leave and what about our deposit the gentleman said he would take care of it and we will receive an email and the difference would be taking out of the deposit (I was okay with that) it is now 12-24-17 and no refund!!!!!!!!! I know we did less that $50.00 in mileage and truck rental. I was a good customer who provided the money upfront, brought the truck filled up with gas, did not damage anything! Now on 12-26-17 I am going to have time of from work to figure out why I never received any money back. Im so disappointed and I will never use Avis or Budget ever again!!!!!!!!

Twice my husband and I have attempted to rent a truck from this location more than once. Both experiences were sub-par if that. Beware that their site allows you to make a reservation even if they have NO availability. Youll get a phone call that day telling you they have no trucks. This happened to us 2/x. Will not use budget again, choose uhaul on pioneer parkway and 360, their rates are similar and they typically have trucks available...

I wish i could give no stars! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. I rented a truck from them on the 27th through to the 29th. Total came out to be $565. The lady told me if I bring it back before then I would be able to get the rest of my money back along with my deposit. I hadnlt even left the budget place good before i saw i had an email for overdue truck. So I called them they tell me its a problem in the computer. The very next day I get the same email stating the same thing. This time I didnt call. I brought the trucj back the very next day gas full, no truck damage or nothing. So I go to check my account for my deposit back and some if my money and its not there. I call they tell me i have to give it 5-7 business day ok. I checked that Fri because my account was saying it was in overdraft. Not only did they not give my deposit back they took out 798.29 . I called and I got transferred about 5 times before I talked to someone about my money. She tells me that I cant get a refund of hing and about all the damn fees I didnt even know about. Then she tells me to call the business I got the truck from and thats gow I was talking to her was thought the same number. All together they took $1363.29 for 1 day! I havent hurd anything or got in touch with anyone yet. I am behind on my bills because if them ripping ne off. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM GO TO ENTERPRISE!

I mistakenly made 2 reservations but within 24 hours i picked up the truck and let them know i only needed the one reservation and was still charged a no show on the second reservation.
