As a senior citizen who has been wary of being taken advantsge of, I made a blind call to Kristopher and he came out the next day and gave me an estimate. His crew showed up early the next day to trim my (out of code) trees. They trimmed exactly as we had discussed and they cleaned up every last leaf. The crew was polite and friendly. It is such a pleasure to do business with a small locally owned company. They are honest and reliable, and if I could give more than 5 stars I would! I highly recommend this company!!

These guys k now what theyre doing. Very professional, they did everything we expected of them & more. They cut down 3 trees & trimmed up a lot, plus they stacked the logs as we asked. They really cleaned up the yard afterwards too. We would definitely call them again. Thanks so much guys.

I had two 80 ft cottonwoods with 12 ft circumference trunks, very large trees, only a professional could remove safely. They both were diseased and posed a threat to the buildings by them(my home).I had several companies out to quote the job and ultimately had Image Tree Co perform the work.From the initial bid up to the final day communication was top notch, once they began work I was very satisfied with the decision to hire them. They performed the work safely and in a timely manner, cleaning up when they finished.Image Tree Co. knows how to handle the largest of jobs and they have definitely proven that. Amazing experience with this company! Kristopher came on Thursday around noon to give me an estimate. He was very professional and knowledgeable. His crew came 24 hours later to take trim the trees! They stayed for about 5.5 hours and were extremely friendly and nice. They cleaned up everything they trimmed and hauled it all away. They did a wonderful job! 5+ stars!

Absolutely great service, value and final product. Every member of the team working on our trees was very professional! We have 6 large live oaks and a magnolia and I am very picky! They exceeded my expectations! When there was a questionable branch they asked. They took the time to clean up the yard better then when they started and checked with me prior to the completion of the project to make sure I was good with the result. On my neighbors yard, they took out a tree that was 4’ in diameter and fell the tree artfully. Best tree service in FW!

What a great customer service experience! Kristopher was knowledgeable, informing my decisions about trimming each tree. After removing several mature yucca and rose bushes, they removed stumps with a stump remover. They hauled off 2 loads of tree cuttings and brush to be recycled as mulch, which was important to me. When all the clean up was done, my yard was cleaner than when they arrived. I will recommend Image Tree and use them again!

Following the recent storms I had a lot of downed limbs and others that needed taking down. The guys were nothing short of awesome. Above and beyond my expectations. They were friendly, efficient and professional. They did an exceptional job and really cleaned up all the leaves and small branches which I wasn’t expecting!! Fabulous work. I highly recommend!

Kristopher and his crew did a phenomenal job on our front and back yard. He came first and gave us a film quote explaining in detail what it would cover. He also offered professional advice on why certain things would not be good or healthy for certain trees.Kris and his crew were prompt, on time and professional in their behavior and in their language. Having small children outside watching them as they worked the language part mattered. We hadn’t asked them to but they were so polite and go examples to our kiddos. They worked tirelessly and consistently even in the heat.When they job was through they thoroughly cleaned up the job site including, cleaning out leaves from the pool, blowing the leaves out of the grass, raking up leaves and removing all branches that might of been missed. I appreciated the attention to detail but also the communication from the owner as the process went.Without a doubt we will be using them again and referring them to others.

Image Tree Co. did beautiful work on trees at a house down the street, so my two neighbors and I had Kristopher come out last week to give us quotes and he and his crew came today and trimmed many trees at all three of our houses.
