I was NOT getting any trees cut. They parked in my yard and were sleeping under my trees. They absolutely trenched up my yard. I called into the company and got an attitude from a lady up there, like it was my fault. LOOK HOW MUCH LEGAL PARKING IS THERE ON THE ROAD!

They were hired by either the city of Azle or the electric company to trim trees that were in power lines. A) they trimmed a tree that was not in the power lines by any means, this tree is no more that 5 feet from the front door of the house! B) destroyed a beautiful tree that was just professionally trimmed no more than 6 weeks ago, and C) got permission from a 13 year old to trim the tree.... a 13 year old!!! Do NOT let these people on your property!!!

Thank You SO SO MUCH TO THE WRIGHT TREE Company employees who were across the street in the neighbors back yard working when they heard me screaming because 2 dogs were charging , barking and biting at me while I was at my mail box and one of them came to see if he could help and make sure I was ok. Thank You to Wright Tree Service for caring about the people you serve. Ironically these dogs did the same thing yesterday to the person across the street.

Never got any work by them, but I do pass through them cutting trees along the roads, back from power lines, etc. All I got to say is TREE BUTCHERS! If you saw their work, you would assume a tornado has come through the area, not that you paid for tree cutting service. I will add pics next time I go that way.

Company did not have adequate traffic control in place on a one lane two way road. They have one lane completely blocked and no one flagging?? The road has two curves on both ends? I called and they said they were on lunch…..if thats the case they need to move out of the lane! Seems like they want to self perform the traffic control…cheap companies are the most dangerous.

Wright Tree Services cut the branches off two of the trees in my backyard due to the recent power outage. Two days later after the weather cleared up, they returned to finish up and cleaned up all the mess. Really appreciate the professionalism, especially after reading some of the reviews here about similar situations and having a mess left behind.This was done in the alleys on Encore Wire Corporation property.

They took down only part of a tree they were supposed to remove. They left all of the limbs and branches on our property. They are awful, horrid people to do that to seniors ,one who is a disabled veteran. We are having to make a formal complaint and possibly hire legal counsel. The pictures show the mess they left, what you cant see is the dead tree that they were hired to remove was merely chopped in half.

Oncore sent this company to cut trees on our property. The workers were extremely kind and thoughtful. They chipped, raked, cleaned up all the branches, leaves and wood shavings leaving the property as it was before leaving.

Horrible company.Entered my back yard without permission. Cut down neighbors tree and left all limbs in my back yard. We dont even have a tree.They left all the mud off of their boots on our deck.We are having a pool built and there is orange caution fencing up to keep people out . They entered anyway, and then didnt put the fencing back up creating a hazard.

Why are you inconsiderate Neanderthals outside cutting up trees at 11pm at night in the middle of the neighborhood during a work week????

Wright Tree Service was hired by AEP (the electric company) to trim the trees in the power lines throughout our neighborhood after an ice storm. They worked from 2-6 pm on a Friday afternoon and NEVER returned to pickup or haul off the branches. Our neighborhood is predominantly elderly residents who are not physically capable of clearing the branches themselves or able to afford a lawn service to do it for them. The piles of branches remain stacked along the property fence lines and within the alley ways.I attempted to call Wright Tree Service directly. The woman I spoke with did not speak good English, was rude and unhelpful. She claimed our area is serviced by the Austin division but the Austin phone number listed is disconnected.

Left all there tree branches in my yard the last at the front desk said oh sorry we have a lot to do we’re busy. So they come cut trees and left it all in my yard for us to clean up. Worst company ever worthless....

They were hired by the power company to trim some trees. While I was not home they burglarized my home. I caught them on video taking my security camera and disabling. The company will not admit any wrongdoing.....Dont hire this company

Can I post 0 stars? This is the worst tree trimming company in the country. Do NOT use this company for anything. If you ever see them in your neighborhood, call the police immediately because their workers will steal from you. They stole from me and will steal from you as well. Well I just wanted to say Thank You for trimming trees at Morris ditto and Bond Ranch in Saginaw today as a school bus driver I had a hard time seeing that North bound traffic. Have a Blessed Thanksgiving.

This is not a tree service. They care nothing about trees. My beautiful oaks are destroyed thanks to this company and their contract with Oncor in Dallas proper. Do not hire them for anything unless you want your trees destroyed. Horrible.

Absolutely pathetic service. We’ve been without power for going on 10 hours. Their horrible contracted tree service left mountains of limbs and ruined our trees. We still don’t have power. They tore up all of our outside furniture. They left the gate open so our dogs could get out. They were here all night long with chainsaws and loud conversation with about 8 people, yet we still don’t have power and they left a disaster. This is the worst service provider ever.

Terrible!! Terrible!! Terrible!!!This company was contracted by encore out to clear some tree branches on our block due to an electric outage from a blown transformer. After they finished trimming they told me they were leaving and coming back tomorrow to remove the trimmings. I asked them what time and they said in the morning but like most people I work in the morning and wouldnt be home. I asked them why they couldnt finish it today and one worker said because it was after 5 and they wont pay them overtime. I asked to speak with their supervisor and he was onsite so I approached him. This supervisor (Jose Rodriguez) gave me a different story and told me they couldnt finish because they had another job to do so one of them was obviously lying to me! How could they have another job if it was already after 5 and they dont pay them overtime? He then said they would be back in the morning and I told him no one would be here and the gate is locked at all times. He said they would be back the next day and if no one was here they would simply leave the trimmings in my back yard!! Not only do they lie but they hire supervisors that are sarcastic and rude!!! I asked him for his supervisors name and also their main phone number to the office. The supervisor looked at me with the deer in a headlight expression and said we dont have a main office number. I then had to explain it to him as if I were a customer needing trimming service what number would I call. He still would not provide the number to me which I found very odd. So I plan to write the company and also contact some important people with the City of Fort Worth and let them know the kind of idiots Encore hires for their contract work!! Im contacting the City because they regulate the electric companies. Im contacting Wright Trimming to let their owner know about the incompetent and rude employees they have working for them. I found the other comments on here very disturbing and surprised that this company is still in business!!!

These guys showed up this morning to clear the power lines. Absolutely no problem with that. However, I went out to peek at their progress and the guy up in the bucket let a log come down and it almost hit my car! When I asked them to stop so I could put my car in the garage the groundman said “No, don’t do that, it’s okay”. It’s not okay when y’all are being careless. 😡

Hired by Oncor for utility clean up. These people destroyed half of our decorative landscaping in my wife’s garden at the back of our property. We contacted them about this and they sent someone to the house to inspect the work. This person tells us we will be back at 9-10am tomorrow to settle up on this matter. And now it’s noon and nobody has been here or called. Secondly as the work was taking place we had to inform the workers they were to work so that our power could be restored and to stop lounging on our patio furniture. I don’t care what trade you are in you are responsible for damages to a clients property when you are performing any task on that property.

What a sham this company is. We had a storm in June and were out of power for about 2 days. A crew that contracts with Oncor came and cut back a huge tree in our backyard. I have been waiting for the maintenance crew to come and remove the big limbs. Finally, today, August 1st, 2019, the crew from Wright Tree Service came to pick up the limbs. They refused to pick them up and told me that we had cut them down ourselves before the storm. They said that they could tell because there were vines growing on the limbs. The crew basically called me a scammer or a liar. They refused to give me the supervisors name and phone number 3 times and drove off. Talk about a scam company...I think Oncor needs to know what kind of slip-shod company they are contracting with.....I am furious.

Very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend then . they do not clean up after a job they left branches and trash all in my drive way. When i called the office a very rude lady told me they would can back in a week and clean up.

They absolutely destroyed our 100+ year old oak tree. Shouldnt be allowed near trees, or people for that matter.

They cant speak English, and they backed into my wifes car. The company dosent carry insurance that will pay for the damage, so we had to pay to have it fixed out of pocket. The company still have not paid, and now they are in collections, and we are still out our money. Use someone else. Anyone else.

Hired by Oncor to butcher trees with no regard of the hazards they leave behind or the property owner. Trees along the streets are left in a deep V shape and are a hazard to fall on whatever goes under them, or they leave unsightly stalks sticking out of the ground. Last year we had to pay $2,000. to get our trees fixed after they abruptly came through. The Arborist Joshua from ACRT lies to your face about having permission to be on your property and enters the property any way they can. Also states they are not there to aesthetically trim the trees just remove growth around power lines. Why cant both be done at the same time? No one cares to talk to you about working together only there to invade your privacy whether you like it or not. No Ethics! Wonder why they are threatened on a daily basis?

Cleared limbs for Oncor but just left them & wont remove them. Made promises to show up & do it but they never did

Broke two of my bricks along my walkway left limbs and pinecones on my lawn between my house and my neighbors house the limbs and pinecones came from my neighbors tree

This company has no clue and no business trimming trees. They trim trees during the worst time of the year - when they are most susceptible to disease and infestation with no regard for proper cuts. They practice tree topping and will leave you with trees that will most certainly die, no shade and reduce your property value. Their workers even told us they receive no training.

This so called tree trimming service is more like a toddler with a chainsaw. They BUTCHERED my trees. Do not allow these people near your trees!!!!!

Decided to sell a Richardson property and before putting it on the market paid a professional tree trimming company $1200 to shape 6 mature trees that were overgrown. They did a beautiful job. A month later Wright Tree services comes by (Hired by Oncor) and scalps one side of the tree claiming interference with power lines, they took a very aggressive approach and the finished product now looks awful. My guys trimmed back any branches close to the power lines and Wright should have left my property alone. I now need to bring back my tree guy and reshape the one sided butcher job by Wright.

Oncor’s contractor Wright Tree Service just massacred our neighborhood’s trees with great glee. Arborists who intentionally cut trees such that they’ll die arent arborists. We had two of them supervsing over a dozen workers bent on the destruction of our trees and both intentionally ignored gentler protective means of trimming for the desired end, instead cutting such that the trees will die and they won’t have to deal with them again. Cedars over 25 years old which are truly slow growing and won’t pose a threat to the lines for another 10 years hacked beyond belief, and intentionally so. Those cedars protected the priceless Japanese maples below which now will suffer as well. We still believe in caring for our environment and God’s creation, while those #Oncor hired are content with ruining it’s life and beauty for the sake of a quick buck. I don’t know how they sleep at night.

I had a huge tree that needed to come down. This tree was right up against my house, very little wiggle room. They arrived at 9 a.m. and were finished by 2:30. They took every inch of the tree with them when they left and used the mulch from the stump (which was ground down) to fill in the area where the tree once stood. They were very professional and took the time to put any and all of my concerns to rest. I am unsure why they have any bad reviews at all, in my humble opinion if you need a tree removed, these are your Guys! One more thing, yes they are Hispanic, and yes they do speak english....

This is the tree hacking service Oncor uses because Oncor doesnt care what it looks like. If youre looking to hire someone to trim or care for trees, this is not the one. They couldnt care less if they kill your 40-year-old oak by recklessly cutting it up during the wrong time of year.

I waited 6 hours for them to finish my alley. I have a $45k Basscat on the back of my truck and after 6 hours of having my boat parked in front of my house I asked if they were done and they said yes they would move after they finish their taco dinner in the cleared and clean ally. 90 more minutes went by and they still hadnt moved. I went to the bathroom for 2 minutes and when I came out someone had stolen my $700 stainless steel turbo prop off my boat. I hope this company goes out of business!!!!

Zero stars!!! Oncor sent them to trim trees to be 10 feet from raised power lines. They butchered a 20 year old live oak. No arborist onsite...typical oncor to use an out of state company to do their work with NO ONE overseeing them. Please request an arborist before letting them do work or better yet, send them away!!! My tree is already butchered but you may be lucky to avoid letting them butcher your trees!

Very disappointed in the way they handled my trees and killed them. Then they refused to take the trunk down. This will cost me money now because of their lack of customer service.
