*Long post alert*4.5 years ago I was tired of being sick and tired. I moved from my hometown to Dallas,TX with no job, place to call home, and less than $200 in my account. I searched Craigslist and indeed for job opportunities- I had great experience in car sales. I kept seeing apartment leasing opportunities, but I didn’t know what kind of job it was. I called Certified Apartment Staffing and spoke with Crystal and she explained to me what it was, and invited me to come in. I walked into certified with no leasing experience, and no money- they waived their training program fee- allowing me to go through it free and learn everything I needed too. I was placed at a brand new community within days, and hired permanently after 30. I went from making $10 to $15 with great benefits. Certified not only invested in me, but they believed in me when I didn’t believe in my self. That was June 2016 in Dallas... later that year I was promoted to leasing manager making $20 an hour and with bonuses and commission closed the 6 month period at $42,000-then I was asked to travel to problem communities all across the United States. In 2017, I was asked to be on the Steve Harvey show for being a workaholic while still being where Certified placed me- later that year I was asked to relocate to Virgina, Chicago, Seattle, Houston, and then ultimately back to Dallas all paid for by the companies and promoting every year. Currently, I am now a Community Director at the age of 26- prior to walking into certified the most I had made annually was $35,000...after walking in certified I haven’t made less than $75,000- oh and this month will be the first time I pay rent/mortgage since 2017 (bought a house)- always was given 100% off on-site living. Today, I only use certified apartment staffing to fill any openings I have in Texas! I call, and they deliver EVERY TIME! Now, certified provided the opportunity and foundation BUT it took my dedication and determination to build on it! Rather you are needing a fresh start, new industry, or help at your community Certified is the ONLY way to go... if you want a dedicated staffing agency!

Crystal is an amazing staffing agent she gets you placed in no time. If you’re out of work and need money certified staffing is most definitely the place to go. The experience I’ve had at properties are amazing as well loving people who want to see you prosper without a doubt . Crystal will take the work out of the process for you. The location I am currently working with has the BEST group of people I have worked with yet. Its nice to enjoy the people you are working for and with.You will not be disappointed and if you are for any reason they are quick to fix any issues you may have and will do it with a smile.If I could give them a 10 star I would.

This company really cares about the employees. They take their time to match you with the right company. They treat you like family and make you feel proud of the work you do. You do not get that with the other companies. If you need an apartment job I recommend you go here.
