A manager from another company asked me to follow them here as the other company was closing. At first things appeared to be going well but when they had trouble staffing my company, the manager that I followed, kept recommending people from the previous company-oddly enough. I havent recieved any status updates or follow-up to troubleshoot any staffing issues. Im pretty sure Ive been ghosted. Edit to add: after posting this review, the owner finally reached out to me. We discussed the changes that they will make and another opportunity to make a better impression. I was told I would hear back from them later that day with a plan to move forward. Its been several weeks since that chat and Ive yet to hear from them.
