I’ve been seeing Dr. Lee for a few years now and she is so wonderful. I had a bad toothache over the weekend and called and left a message at the office, expecting someone to call me back on Monday. Dr. Lee called me back less than an hour later, saw me at 7:30 the next morning, and by 8:30 I was in a specialist’s chair (Dr. Lee had called him) with my insurance information already sent over. The whole office is so kind and accommodating. I feel very well taken care of and can’t say enough good things about this practice.

To the extent a trip to the dentist can be a pleasant experience mine today was. I was met at the front door by a friendly receptionist who screened me for covid exposure and symptoms and had me sanitize my hands. This is my favorite dental practice so far! Dr Oh is superb at what he does and always put patients’ need ahead. I had sharp unbearable tooth pain and called the office and was able to come in for a quick check in 3 hours. Despite a busy schedule, Dr Oh squeezed time to treat me immediately to relieve the pain which was caused by a nerve infection . He cleaned the nerve to get rid of the pain for the moment and I will have a root canal procedure done in the future. The office is well organized and everyone behaves friendly and professionally. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience at this office! I went in for a cosmetic consultation regarding my uneven smile due to an uneven gum line. The dentist was super patient with me and listened to my concerns and validated them! He offered laser gum removal as a procedure that could help me achieve my goal of a more even smile. In the past other dentists would downplay my concern and it kept me feeling insecure about my smile. We talked about pricing for the procedure and I was able to book an appointment the following week. The procedure took 35 minutes and it was painless! I highly recommend this office. Everyone was patient, friendly and exemplified a high degree of professionalism.

I have been a patient here for several years and I wouldnt go anywhere else. The care I have received during a recent dental issue by Dr. Kirsten Lee at Arlington Dental Aesthetics has been really remarkable. I was in a lot of pain and Dr. Lee made arrangements to see me immediately. She took clear steps to diagnose the issue and set a clear plan that I could understand for the way forward. I feel that she really cared about me and helping me feel better -- this is a characteristic that is very difficult to find in people and it is the reason why I write this review today and recommend Arlington Dental Aesthetics without hesitation. I will add that this is not the first time, I have had a notable experience here. This is also the first Dentist I have been to that has helped me fix ongoing hereditary gum health issues. Every other dentist I have visited in the past just measured my deep pockets and scared me about gum disease - never actually fixing the problem. Not so with Arlington Dental Aesthetics. Their dental hygienist treated me and provided guidance, special toothpaste and followup that made my gums healthier than theyve been in a long time. Before I wrap this up, I just want to note that I have also had a wonderful experience with their front desk staff - they are always courteous and helpful and treat me like part of the family. They even work hard to fix my often complicated military insurance coverage issues. All in all, I trust these people, they keep my teeth healthy and make me better when I am in pain and I never feel like theyre trying to take advantage of me financially. This is absolutely a 5 star dental practice! Excellent patient care, exceptional Covid precautions, and amazing doctors and staff. Dr. Oh is such a patient and kind doctor. I am a new ortho patient of Dr. Ohs after having completed TMJ treatment with his partner Dr. Lee. I have a long history of TMJ disorder (25 years) of searching for someone to help with my TMJ problem until FINALLY finding Dr. Lee. So, now as I enter this second phase of treatment I am completely confident that I am in the very best hands with Dr. Oh, otherwise, why would I drive 4 hours each way to receive care with this practice!
