Dr. Wardlaw and his staff are the best. I have been coming to him for over 10 years. Every person in my family comes to this office. Some even pay out of network to see him, because he is the only dentist we trust.

Dr. Wardlaw is the best dentist I know and although I sometimes feel it’s expensive, I don’t really trust anyone else. I had some big issues and he was there to fix it without breaking my bank account. I’m very thankful to his staff they are very courteous and I really felt like I wasn’t being judged. I have a plan set out and although I’m kinda scared about what all needs to be done, I feel like I’m in good hands.

This is the most fantastic and skilled dentist I have ever been too. The office staff is wonderful. Donna has cleaned my teeth for nearly 20 years and doesnt skip a beat or cut a corner. Kayla is always extremely helpful...even when I am extremely forgetful...or miss a date or something..ugh. They are great!!I get so many compliments on my teeth and I love them! These are the real teeth of a 52 yr old man! Not too mention the awesome shape my cleanings keep my gums in.I am a bit of a teeth grinder and had a few edges replaced which are barely detectable. I also got my mouth guards there and they fit like a glove. I take them everywhere. I mountain bike and wear a snap on hard guard when riding. I have had a few falls and never a problem.Man..I love my teeth and MY dental team that keeps them great!!!!

Went in to have two implant screws replaced. The doctor said he was confident he could get the broken screws out and replace them. I paid upfront for this procedure. The doctor could not get it done. He over stated his ability and was unable to complete the job. When I asked for a refund I was told no by the girls in the office. I have read some of the other reviews and when they get a negative review they pretend like they don’t know the patient so let me make it very clear it was I-20 Family Dental, Interstate 20 West, Arlington, TX. Dr Wardlaw, and staff that ripped me off. You know who I am. since then I have gone to a competent Dentist they got the job done the same day.

This place is a breath of fresh air ! The level of service and kindness you get here is very uncommon in this day and age. My 5 yr old wants to come here and just hang out with everyone!🤣 Had some fillings done and didnt feel a thing. Hygienist is very kind and gentle! Couldnt recommend a place more. 👍👍

Love this dentist office! My family has been going here for over 15 years! Their receptionist Kayla is charming and friendly and has been my best friend for over 10 years! Dr. Wardlaw and the rest of the staff are fun, friendly answering personable and make coming to the dentist SO much fun!And they have cookies.

They are so friendly that you forget the dreaded fear of going. They make you feel comfortable from start to finish. I hate the dentist! But here they really make you feel comfortable. Everyone is very kind, genuinely so. You do not find that everywhere. Also I would like to agree with another reviewer on how hard they work to fit you in their schedule! Amazing, I recommend this office 100%

I have been a clinical specialist for over 24 years and not only practice but also teach to this day. I can honestly say DR. Wardlaw is a top clinician in his field . He is very attentive and DETAILED in his diagnosis with perfect delivery. Recently he performed my veneer placement and I could not be happier. I receive so many compliments beyond my expectations. He is my dentist for life.

Ive been going to I-20 Family Dental for years and have had nothing but a good experience. Dr. Wardlaw is a fantastic dentist, he and his hygienists always have your best interests in mind. They never try to up-sell you anything. Theyre always ready for me at my scheduled appointment time, Ive never had to wait longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room. Everyone there is pleasant and friendly.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Wardlaw and his staff. They have set the bar high for their profession. Dr. Wardlaw is an excellent dentist. He is gentle and patient. His easygoing manner makes me forget that I am getting dental work done. I have tried to see another dentist that is closer to my home, but that was a horrible ex[erience. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Now I drive over 200 miles one way for my dental work, but its worth it!

From 2007 to 2010 I went to a dental office that changed their DDS 3X and it made me feel uncomfortable. They also revised my plan every time this happened and I felt like they were trying to plan treatments I didnt deem necessary so I left.After visiting several dental offices, I was referred to Dr. Wardlaw. From day 1 Dr. Wardlaw and his staff made me feel comfortable. They did a great job of explaining the treatment plan I needed along with answers to all of my questions and concerns. The end result of the treatment plan was Fantastic! Best of all they stuck to the plan and the same DDS performed all of the procedures. Ive been going there for 7 years now have to say Ill continue going there because of the experience.
