My apartment complex has contracted their services & I have been dealing with a roach problem for 3 whole months ever since I moved in!! They say they come, yet I can tell they never showed up. Then when they do come, the roaches never die or disappear after 4 treatments!! I ended up using combat gel which actually WORKED! Never use them! I’m going to have to break my lease because of their choice in pest control.

Guys do a great job and do exactly what they say theyll do. They ask questions and take suggestions. The job however is not time consuming and equally labor intensive, the price is a little high for the labor, but its worth it if you pay attention and takes notes. Teach a man to fish and all that.

They didnt come when they said they would and one they arrived they were only here for like 10 minutes to do 4 buildings worth of Apartments.

Time frame from 9-5pm is absolutely ridiculous

They are the lowest bidder for the complex we live in and you get what you pay for. I was working from home today so I could get their follow up treatment.The first treatment they did on Tuesday, but you wouldnt know they did a treatment because the roaches were still all over the place. Fast forward today, they told the complex that they tried coming in but the deadbolt was latched so they left.... I purposely left the door unlocked so they could come in. They are just lazy and dont want to do their jobs. So I am fighting with the management company to contract an actual pest control service that does their job to clean up the problem.They are not worth evening allowing to bid on a complex because as far as I am concerned, they only spray water and lie about their services. GARBAGE.

As a Real Estate Agent, Ive come across many pest control companies. Amy Webb with Webb Pest Control is the only company I will use & refer to my clients! Webb Pest Control is very accommodating, honest, and provides the best service. Their prices are also very fair. Highly recommend Webb Pest Control - 2 thumbs up!

I have only dealt indirectly with this company through my mothers Senior apartment complex. They do not communicate with anyone other than the apartments office staff and only via email! Then they do not return email responses in a timely fashion. One was sent last Friday morning and still waiting for a response! Have taken the holiday into consideration! WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS DOES THAT? Customer Service should be your main priority!Mom has had bedbugs for months now and trying to get competent exterminators with working equipment or any equipment for that matter, as well as knowledgeable staff is not something this company has.Other companies have been able to move furniture, not this one. Other companies give you an arrival time, not this one.Unfortunately for mom, because the apartments have a contract with Webb, we cannot bring in an outsider!You would think that a company that has a contract ESPECIALLY with a Senior complex, would move a little more expeditiously and care about the people they serve!I would love to give them a 5 star rating but not in this case!

I was very concerned about the bad reviews at first... My apartments use them. I called and spoke to Damien and he gave me some excellent advice on ways to defeat bed bugs. Austin came and inspected and sprayed. He also reinforced what I had been told by Damien. Austin was very professionamative. He didnt spot any bed bugs. I still wanted the treatment because I have neighbors that have dealt with the nasty little bugs. I would not hesitate to use them again. Im glad to have had my apartment treated.

They’ve come out 3 times and sprayed in a small area. Said it will take a few days for them to die so you may see a few, a couple days after.3 weeks later and I’m still playing wack-a-roach.Moved in to the place only a month ago and we’ve had nothing but troubles with their services and these guys won’t do a full treatment. If I had to pay money for it, I’d be more upset.

This is the pest control business my apartment complex uses. To save time, they are not good. We had issues with mice and they came to our apartment and did not lay one trap down not even sure what they did. Do not use this company

Stole a phone from the apartment they serviced. Their employee Pete is a thief. Serviced the apartment and stole a phone. Front desk lady would not help. Do NOT let these people into your apartment. They will steal your items. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Stole from a 70 year olds apartment. Sorry a****!!!!! Low down and dirty!!!

The only issue I had was dealing with there lack of communication and time frame they said they were going to come and they didnt two times. last time they came I was coming home from work at 5 and they asked for me to leave, I said no! you all had all day from 8-5 to come do this, they need to communicate better on the clients behalf on there schedule, we all work too and we would not like to leave our house when we had been gone all day at work not a good idea. they finally treated my home and everything seems to be ok. you all need to start talking to the clients more and asking more questions.

I didnt have problems getting a hold of them, but they were pretty lackluster at following up and calling back. Had a guy come and he put rat poison packs up in my attic but didnt patch up holes in my roof, called them and had another guy come but he didnt patch up all of them, then had them come again and they patched up the big hole with foam, which the rats ate through the next day. Once again, they came and put steel bars on it duct tape which the rats pushed through, they came again and put a steel spiked plate on the hole, and what do you know, the rats ate through more of the roof on the side of the steel plate. Called them and they said it would be an extra charge to fix that new hole. 3 months later, there are still rats in my attic.

They have great crew of technicians, they go out of their way to make sure the all their customers are taken care.

I waited all day for these people to come spray. I called to get a rough estimate of a time frame, and they said they would call me back, and they didnt. A guy finally showed up at 5, the very end of the day. He asked if I was ready to be gone for the next few hours, and I said I had been ready all day. He would not start the treatment until I was gone, which made me nervous after the fact because I realized my door would be unlocked for the next few hours, not to mention the fact that a stranger would be in my apartment without me there.

I see yall took my old review down. Thats ok, Ill post another one and keep posting and posting and posting..This place cant kill bugs and THEY STEAL!Do not use this terrible company!!YALL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND YOUR THIEVING EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE ARRESTED!!

They were paid twice to do a bed bug thermal treatment. They told me I had to throw out all my beds and furniture. I have an empty apartment three bedroom apartment now and we still have bed bugs. I wouldnt even give them a star if it wasnt required by the review.

Not only did no one show up for our appointment, no one called me back after multiple voicemails and calls. Once I finally got someone to answer she informed me that I was given wrong information about pricing and still didn’t try to make up for a missed appointment which I had to take off work for. Bad customer service and bad business- would not use or recommend.

Absolutely Horrible and unprofessional service! The first time they came to my appointment, they hardly looked around and did nothing to remedy why they were called. The second time they had to come back they were very vindictive. They sprayed ALL over my counters and ALL over my floors. There were PUDDLES of bug spray all over the middle of my floors and countertops. That’s how much they sprayed. When they sparayed my laundry room there was bug spray covering my laundry dertergent and the top of my washer. When they sprayed my windows they didn’t even bother to lift the blinds. There is bug spray on everything!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My apartment complex will discontinue using this company. Spend your hard earned money with a company that cares about the level of service they provide so that they can help you and not just show up and scam you.

Hands down Webb Pest Control is truly always there for our community. We appreciate them and can depend on their great quality of service to us and for our residents.

They never pick up the phone and they never call back when you leave a message. I have a bed bug problem and they are supposed to come out on Monday. I was given a list of thing to do before the treatment and if all things were not completed, they would not do the treatment as well as charge a $75.00 trip fee. I have many questions over the prep work for the treatment. The list is very vague and does not go into much detail. I need my questions answered! If I do one of the steps wrong, and they decide they wont do the treatment and charge me $75, I will be one unhappy lady!!!!! If MR. WEBB is reading this, I hope you correct your office staff and make more effort into contacting your customers, especially the ones that have called 3 DAYS IN A ROW, AND HAVE NOT HEARD BACK!!!!!!!!!!

This is a sham company. Not only have they been unable to get rid of the pests in the apartment after 10 separate treatments, but I have also caught one of their employees stealing from my apartment. I have called them many times and have never once received a call back or had someone pick up the phone. This company is a complete rip off and now they are making excuses as to why they cannot treat any more, giving complete contradictions to previous statements.

They took a banana from my friends apartment.No matter how small or petty a material object is, you should never touch or take what is not yours.

I have the hardest time getting a hold to someone in the office every time I call. I am not sure if only one person works in the office and if thats the case I think Webb needs to hire more receptionist. I have tried calling several times and always get a voicemail.

They are the worst! Save your money! They were late getting there, stole from the apartment and the darn pests are still there! What the heck!
