I was bitten by something in the midnight for a week. Although never find one, I suspect there are bedbugs. I used this spray and close the door for 4 hours. Then ventilate bedroom and it is over. I had a nice sleep now. You need to spray bed frame, carpet and closet at same time. Great product! this is Eco friendly and worked well. Killed off the bugs. They provides us 6 months grantee also. Both Charlie and Steve spent lots of time on the phone with me to understand my situation before even coming out for the $200 inspection. They really care about the customers and put them first. Charlie came out the same day I spoke with him and conducted my inspection. He was extremely professional, thorough, and detailed. He explained everything he was doing every step of the way and the science behind the heat and silica powder treatment. We are very sanitary people but I called the Bed Bug Beyond company after going to a dermatologist. My arms and neck were speckled red. That same night our technicians were there. Friendly but clearly on a mission because in seconds they lifted our bed and ripped off the bottom cloth part.The technician looked around inside the bed and then his flashlight stopped. I looked but couldnt watch. There they were. I left the room but 3 hours later the BBB guys are taking their equipment out, bed was totally reassembled, and then they were gone. I never got bit again, I sleep and my arms and neck healed. It has been almost a month. The lead guy followed up with us a few days ago! The very first company told us it was allergy season when he came. BBB simply eliminated these nightmares from our home without pomp or fanfare.

We looked at several options and this service was by far the most affordable and effective.For anyone who suspects bedbug issues, we found going with bed bug and beyond was well worth the cost, as theres lots of incorrect information online and from large extermination companies. Thank goodness we were able to work with Charlie. We have since learned that if we had tried to get spray and supplies from the hardware store to do the work ourselves, we likely wouldve only made the situation worse. He treated the problem quickly and safely.

One late Friday night, my son noticed small bugs in his room that had been biting him. I went in to inspect and low-and behold it was bedbugs. I immediately threw away his mattress and box spring; sprayed a pesticide; and then called the rental office the next day. He is very knowledgeable, calm and funny because he pulled a joke on me the very first time we contacted Bed Bugs & Beyond.On our recent 5th anniversary cruise, our cabin came infested with bedbugs! No cell signal. Our Ship hits port, I started dialing Bed Bug & Beyond Hotline and then a guy(Charlie) answered and said, ok, there should be a life preserver out in the galley. Put it around your neck and write a large BB on the front. Keep it on except in the shower until you get back to your final port. Ok? I almost fell for it thinking it would repel them but my husband burst out laughing on speaker as I tried to tie it around my neck. Charlie told us how to wipe out the cabin bedbugs, picture and preserve them.Talking about response time, it was as quick as a flash. He went on to tell us how hed have his guys meet us at the house to heat our luggage and clothes when we got back. I had a wonderful experience with them and this is my testimony.
