KEVIN!!!! Employee of the Year!!!He is the BEST at taking blood! I was a nervous wreck. My Daughter was in better shape than I was. Kevin took such good care of her!! He has a loving, friendly voice that is soothing and comforting to 5 year olds and me but I the Mother is TERRIFIED of Needles. He had to take 9 viles and one big one.....from my Daughters Arms. She got stuck twice did not cry or move once. I swear when I get the courage up to get my blood work done. I will not let anyone touch Mine or my Daughters veins except KEVIN at LabCorp!!!!!!Thank you!!Thank you Kevin!!!!You are the best!!!!!

This is an excellent location to get your blood work done at. Checking in is made simple and easy if you do it online and their self kiosk is very easy to use.Plus the people who draw blood here are the best. I have hard to find veins and usually nurses have a hard time locating it to draw blood, but that was not the case here. They found it quickly and did not leave a bruise at all. Highly recommend 😁

Horrible service! The staff here has to be the rudest and most unprofessional staff that labcorp has. I went in for a employment drug screening only to find out that the time was sent out in GMT time (I live in the central time zone). The receptionist went OUT OF HER WAY to be rude and condescending. I said hello to her and her response was “you don’t have a mask on “ , (even though Abbot lifted the mask mandate). After telling her that I was willing to comply if she would provide me with a mask she rolled her eyes and gave me one. While sitting in the lobby I overheard them talking disparagingly about a guy that had just took his drug test (them being the guy that works in the room where they store the urine, the lady that administers the drug test and the receptionist.) after his wife came in and complained on his behalf about how incredibly rude he said they were to him. These people lack any sense of tact, professionalism, or respect for patience’s privacy. It is 8:49am on 6/18/21 in case labcorp cares enough to look at the schedule at this location to see who is on schedule.

This place is fast, efficient and well run. After having several bad experiences with Quest in Arlington not texting me during my scheduled checkin this is the only place I tell my doctor to run blood tests.

Never receives call except for one time when one guy received and hung up hastily without even properly answering my questions.

Went in today to get blood work done for upcoming plastic surgery. Alice was extremely sweet, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Excellent because Im always so busy

I wasn’t allowed to wait for my ride. The turn around was fast because there weren’t many people there then I was told by the bald black man that I couldn’t wait. Very unnecessary when the other worker let me wait. He appeared very unfriendly. And barely wanted to answer any questions. He should not be front facing with the public.

Came in signed up on the kiosk, and was seen in about 3 minutes. Got my blood work done pretty quick. No waiting or anything at about 1pm. Thought it be a wait considering the location , but no. Didn’t get the girls name but the lady that did the blood work did an awesome job!

If you make an appointment online your wait time will be significantly less. I made an appointment for a drug screen and everything went smoothly. I was honestly out in twenty minutes. However, the employee that was conducting the drug screen had very poor customer service. She never made eye contact with me, she would just tell me what to do. She told me to grab the cup from the drawer they were in, and she stuck her hand out so I could give it to her. I flushed the toilet after I peed in the cup, then I hear a hard knock on the door. She said she had told me not to flush it. To be honest I never heard her tell me that and I’m sure it would’ve helped if she looked at me while giving me instructions. And on top of all this her mask wasn’t covering her nose. At this point if you’re in any kind of medical setting there’s no excuse why not to wear your PPE properly. Everyone else was courteous and nice. This lady didn’t want to be there.

Super small waiting room. Theres a sign at the door that says No more than 10 people but there were far more than 10 people in that room. Some people had to stand because there wasnt enough seats. Other than that the experience was okay. The nurse was very professional and my bloodwork was done in less than 5 minutes (other than the 30 minutes spend in the waiting room).

The staff is very rude. Our first time here and now I see why I was so hesitant to come. I would never visit this location again unless they changed the staff.

I would give 0 if it was an option. Did my online profile and appt drove 25 miles for them to tell me to go home and try again....smdh

I register online, it simplifies check-in time. Ive been going to the W. Mayfield location, but Randoll Mill is so much closer, I am switching.

I called and left a voicemail and sent a message on their web site, and until now I have not received a call or an email from them. It is very frustrating that they do not call you back to confirm your appointment or check if they received the information provided by my doctor. I do not know what kind of employees work in there and get paid well for this kind of service. I do not think they know customers paid your wages.

I drove out of my way to come and get tested. I chose this location because it worked with my schedule opening so early, or so I thought. I arrived at 7:25 a.m. after calling to verify their hours the previous day. M-F 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. is what I was told. I arrived at 7:25 a.m. No employee arrived at the facility until 7:53 a.m. and the doors were not open until 8 a.m. Once checking in it was very apparent that the two employees there did not know what they were doing as far as setting up which caused even more time to lag. I stayed until about 8:20 a m. before I left due to risking being late to work. This really was a waste of a trip and gas as well as totally unacceptable on behalf of the employees.

Fast, friendly, professional services. Facility and equipment clean as well. I was able to book an appointment at the location of my choice within 2 minutes. I find it nice that I had an 11am appointment, showed up way too early(9:30am), and I was processed and out the door by 10:05am. Waiting area is clean and organized. The automatic check-in machines were not working, but it was clearly labeled that it was out of order and to go to the desk instead.

I will NEVER come back to this location. I made an appointment and waited an hour to get fingerprints. Then was told they did not see my appointment however I received a confirmation. I will be contacti g corporate office because customers shouldnt have to suffer due to their lack of staffing.

The staff is very accommodating and you are served in less than 15 minutes. There is no wait time if you have a scheduled appointment. It is a very convenient location,I definitely will recommend going here!

Went in as a walk-in to complete my required drug test for work. I wasnt able to get there until five minutes before closing as I got lost...their location isnt the easiest to find. They still treated me great, they had all of my information and knew exactly what I needed, and they were professional and friendly. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. The results were delivered in less than two days to my employer and myself...so very accurate and very fast in processing their test results.

Came here for a drug screen for my new job. Made an appointment online and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. You don’t sign in at the front desk anymore- you can check in for your appointment from your phone, or use one of the two kiosks to the right when you walk in the door. Bring your drivers license (they don’t accept pictures or copies). You don’t have to make an appointment though because they do walk ins. The staff was super friendly.

The staff are nice and fast if you have necessary labwork papers.

Had to go here for a drug screen for employment. The place was very clean, and I was called back in a very timely fashion! The lab techs as well as front desk were nice and very professional.

The wait was ridiculous.... and for what. They could do a better job to ensure drug screens especially are done faster.

Service was great. I made my appointment on line and avoided waiting. I must have lab work done every few months...always make appointment on line....never wait. Get in/get out!!!

Have been there, taking my Mom for testing, more than once. Staff is always nice and we get in and out in a timely manner.

Complete Disappointment. No receptionist, lack of attention to customers, lack of responsibility, lack of assistance. Very unorganized. 😣. They wasted an hour and half of my time, and I achieved nothing!

Took a week to get results at the location on Randall Mill Rd in Arlington the last two times. Prior to this the results were sent to the doctor the following day after blood was drawn. My meds often needs changing depending on blood test results.

Lady in the front acts like she doesnt want to do her job. Seems like this location has something against Hispanic people because all the 1star reviews are coming from people like me. Why do they make you scan your I.d if they are just going to ask for it again. The lady gave me attitude from the moment I came in. If you dont want to be bothered at work get a different job. She said I threw my I.d. I threw it on the counter not at her.
