I got a pedicure and full set at the same time. Both technicians cut me to the point of bleeding. I will never patronize this nail bar again. Nothing more than Im sorry

I go here about once a month. They are always very attentive. Love the coconut pedi. And I always get dip done on my nails. Today I asked for black and got black done on my toes but my fingernails are navy blue. Actually am ok with it.

My sister wanted to get our nails done together.They started her and I sat there for 45 minutes alone, doing nothing.I finally just left and told my sister Id come pick her up later.They werent this busy when I walked in.They took customers business that came in after me before me and forgot about me even though I reminded them twice.Horrible customer service, was expecting to have a nice day with my sister and they completely ruined it.Dont come here go someplace reasonably staffed.

When I first left I was very happy with my nails and the experience but like a few other reviews, once I got home and really looked at them many of my nails were crooked and the shape was just not good. Its not a bad place just really look at your nails and make sure they are straight and even before leaving.

Got me in quickly at the end of the day but did not rush the process. The shaping of my nails couldve been way better though.

I was in there June 17th and I wanted to give 5 stars but as I got home I realized 2 nails had tiny bumps on them, pointer nails look crooked and looking at them some look thicker than others. So idk, May have to pay to have them fixed elsewhere. Not what I want to do considering I spent over 100 and I havent begun to check my step daughters.

Amy did my eyebrows yesterday& I dont think Ill ever go anywhere else, when I say my eyebrows are twins theyre TWINS! I got my toes done today by a gentleman & he did great too! The only reason its 4 instead of 5 is because I got a deluxe pedi (35) & white gel but the price was 55, leaving me to think the gel was 20$?? Idk, but I was definitely satisfied with the service! 🙏

Terrible! The girl at the front with the short bob and glasses is rude! The place may look clean but,The nail tech used dirty nail tools on me.Will never go again and you shouldnt either. They did a bad job on my nails and wont give you refund!

The entire place is very clean and doesnt smell like fumes, which is a HUGE plus.I got a full set of coffin shaped dip powder nails and theyre absolutely gorgeous! Best nails Ive had to date.

The Salon has a very calming and welcoming atmosphere. My Deluxe Pedicure was fantastic. There was no wait and my Gel Manicure was done at the same time. I WILL be back!

I tried this place out last week in a crunch for time to make it to the place by my home in Fort Worth. This place is right by my office and getting my nails done is the one “me time” that I do. Normally I have a rapport with my nail place, but here is quick, fast, efficient, and really no chit chat. At first I felt awkward without the chit chat, but surprisingly I enjoyed it here since I didn’t know them and the awkward went away quickly. Not knowing them, I think it would have been more awkward to try to force conversation. There was no wait and I was in and out with a full dipped set in an hour and 10 mins. The color I picked when she was done did not look like the sample; I’d say it was the only thing I would improve if I could. Overall it was a good experience and they were reasonably priced.

Jonathan is THE best nail tech and I have always enjoyed the professionalism at this nail salon. Ive been coming here since 2011.

I am not from Texas but i live down the street from this nailshop, it’s convenient but it is not worth the convenience. I go to them for pedicures and acrylic nails, have probably gone a total of 5times... i am consistent with my nail care. Recently my nail came off of my big toe with the paint (i use gel paint)- which they charge $15 more for gel polish instead of regular nail polish. My nail changed colors and grew fungus under my nail, vert unsanitary.... my acrylic nails were basic overlay with paint... but i made them work for the moment... my other visits were fine but they are very lazy when working. They don’t really put effort into making sure the service is good or that you’re satisfied and catch attitudes when they have to redo something.

First time coming here and had an awesome experience!!! Recommend this nail salon for your needs!!

I really hate complaining but this place sucks! My first time was okay was trying to convince myself my nails looked good (I got a new set ,gel) but I came again and they messed up my nails not once but 3 times, kept telling me to go back in the chair to the point where I gave up and paid and left. My nails look bubbly and my diamonds are glued in weird I just dont wanna look at my hands. Dont recommend this place and I paid $40 (I usually pay 50-70 at Evas in the Highlands and they come out bomb asf)

Just recently found out Biannis is under new management and I won’t be returning. I got a basic pedicure and the tech didn’t take the time to clean my feet or remove my dead cuticles. The aftermath of the paint started to chip and my toes weren’t polished correctly. I’m not happy at all with my service

Pretty nice place. Got the wife dolled up here. She did nails and toes. They had a couple TVs on, but had classic music playing. Mozart, Schubert, Tchaikovsky and more... Wife does the gel nails and got pricing on eyelashes - they have a gal that does new set of eyelashes by appointment only for $45. Which as I understand, is a pretty good deal. We were treated well and I go to sit in the massage chair next to the wife - yes I fell asleep. Good job folks.

Lets just say I never went back! The place looks very clean. I didnt get the same treatment on each foot. She actually skipped over a step on one of them and also made me bleed. I have nice feet. I just like to get my toes painted and I like the massaging and the pampering part. When she clipped and filed my toenails she actually did that uneven as well. This was not a hit this was a miss.

I have mixed feelings, they are extremely clean and give amazing pedicures, however the nail technicians do a poor job, and do not give you what you ask for. one night around 11pm my nails began glowing in the dark for no reason😒😒😒 definitely not what I wanted.

I couldn’t even leave a tip. Very lazy and still paid 60+ dollars for something that needed to be fix at another nail salon. Never again!! Stay away unless everyone else is busy. Then still don’t come here. Bring your hard earned money elsewhere. If you find someone worth it please let me know. All I want is a good nail salon I can rely on.

I regularly go to Star nails around the corner from this shop. But my favorite nail tech was out so I tried Bianni . My pedicure felt good but looks just ok.. MY NAILS ARE HORRIBLE. I sat at the front tech on the left .. she seemed to be some sort of manager .. she rushed my nails and it was very sloppy. 1 week later my nails are lifting and I cannot wait to go back to my regular nail tech . Do not waste your time or money at this shop. I want to give no stars. I’ll never make that mistake again

Went there on a Thursday afternoon. Was promptly seated practically as soon as I walked in the door. Service was good and the pedicurist was friendly and did her job well. Would go there again.

I have been coming to this nail salon since I was in High School. Really enjoy this place. A few years back they had the place expanded and renovated. Prices are reasonable and the pedicures are the BEST; I prefer the Peppermint one. Jonathan is my nail tech and HE IS VERY TALENTED. He genuinely cares about the health of your nails and goes above and beyond to make sure that you are pleased with your service. If Arlington isnt too close to you, I know the owners have another location in GP as well. ENJOY

They don’t take their time when doing your nails. Cuticles weren’t cut and nail polish was still around my nails when I left. I think you can find a better place.

I would give zero stars if I could. I went in on a Friday morning and had a pedicure and they also did my dip nails at the same time. She blew through my dip nails extremely quickly I noticed he color was not at all what I picked and it was spotted with light and dark in it. I kept telling her over and over it looked wrong and not good at all and she acted as if she didn’t understand me..then proceeded to take to let my nails dry. I told her she needed to fix them. She eventually let me pick a different color and re did them. Once I went to check out I was told that I would receive no discount or coupon for their error. The proceeded to tell me it was he manufacturers fault. I have gotten my nails done probably 600 times I’m my life and never been treated as horribly as they treated me they told me I was forced to pay the full amount even though it was something as nail professionals they should of noticed. I would not recommend the nail salon to anyone.

I have been going to this place for two years now. I have never had a bad experience until now.I got my eyelashes done and by the next day they were falling off. The lash tech immediately got rude and defensive and she refuse to give me my money back. I will never go back to the salon and I think you all should stay away as well.

I really love this nail salon. My favorite part is they have stamp card honoring your loyalty and when you fill it with stamps you receive 15 dollars off. This salon is larger than most so it always seems calmer to me than most nail salons.

I Get my toenails polish there all the time because they know how to do nail art. Would not get pedicure there dont like the fact that they dont clean foot tubs between clients. Only USR PLASTIC LINERS and they think this is all needed. A scrubbed tub would remove residue

Poor quality and if I pay $50 for a pedi please actually do what it says u will do this lady literally ignored my entire right foot and then just threw some paint on it no file cuticle trim nothing . Ive had good and bad experiences. A month ago Jonathan did my nails. He does a perfect job! I have found my nail tech and will never go to anyone else. I gave the salon 3 stars because I have had bad customer service in the past.

I have been going here for my nails, pedis, & eyebrows and I absolutely love them! They know me by face, know who I usually want & thats Nikki (because no one else is allowed to touch my brows), and Ive experienced nothing but great customer service. First, it was out of convenience because they were located so close to my apts, but now Im in a house making a 20 min drive for the experience. Experience them for yourself, I promise.

I will never go here again just because of the old lady with glasses is always so rude. She looks me up and down and makes it clear she’s is talking down on me EVERYTIME! I literally had to stop going before I got very disrespectful. The only language I need to know is body language DUH!

Intimate shop, very serene and relaxing. The service was fantastic and the results were perfect.

First time going here as Im very picky. Very fast no wait time. Got the peppermint spa pedicure feet are smooth and the hot stone massage felt great. Also got a fill in that another tech did as I got my pedi. Many places even when not busy will only do one thing at a time, by time we was done with my feet my nails was done only needed to be polished. Also loved that many of their polishs could be matched to the gel or dipping powder too so I was able to easily match my toes and nails as I put regular polish on my toes and gel on my nails. After polish got my eyebrows done which I love. Was in and out in about an hour and thirty min not bad for an hour pedi spa, fill in, and eyebrow wax. I will definitely be going back.

My nails looked horrible! They were lumpy and very thick. I ended up going to a different nail place to get them fixed. If i could give this place 0 stars i would.

Went there today and I have been going there for 10 years plus..... Walked in and the tech that did my pedicure was very rude and rushed the job just because he was ready to go home... Of course I paid for the service but this has just about ended my relationship with bianni. I mean the way he handled my feet and grant it I get a pedicure quite frequently so there was no reason for him to treat my feet the way he did. He rushed through the job and when I attempted to slow him down he huffed and puffed and got upset!!! And handled me even rougher... Who does that!!! Sorry bianni I wont be coming there anymore. He should have paid more attention to the customer service at hand versus the obvious fact that he was ready to go home!!!! Forgot the fact that he was in such a hurry the water for me to put my feet in was ice cold when I sat down at the chair.. And when I first got there they were apparently arguing over who was going to do my pedicure!!! Such great customer service!!! Then I end up with him. ...

I loved how they did my nails but they completely RUINED my hair its so embarrassing ! So embarrassing i dont want to be seen in public. i want to cry I WILL be calling and asking for my money back. now i have to pay to get it fixed by someone else. Totally not worth the 150$ i paid

The staff is rude and unorganized and has no talent. 2 of my friends with there 5 yr old daughters visited this place 1 hour after they opened. We have been waiting for almost 2 hours for a manicure. They finally saw my daughter and my friends with her daughter after this 2 hour wait. My friend was a little apprehensive about getting her nails done cuz of the long wait time and because other ppl were being seen before us that just walked in the door and the nail technician had the audacity to tell my friend she needed to make up her mind since other ppl were waiting. B**** plz we are those ppl waiting. Needless to say Im still waiting. Dont come here.

Absolutely awful! I told the nail lady I wanted french tips, NOT SOLAR, with a heart design for engagement pictures, since the photographer told me he wanted pictures of my ring on my finger. She asked if I wanted pink, I said no. Well, she did pink anyway. She did solar, even tho I told her not to. Then, she did the heart design. Under the light, it looked fine. When I got home, it looked as tho a 3 year old had done it! You couldnt even tell they were hearts. Just red blobs!!! I went back and told them to just take the hearts off and refund my money. The woman argued with me saying thats what I wanted, when it was not. They then took the hearts off, leaving plenty red spots on my nails. So I now get to have close-up pictures taken of this horrible nail job. I am VERY dissatisfied and do NOT recommend anyone going here.

If I could give zero stars I would they charge extra for everything but don’t tell you upfront....they charge to shape your nails and they did a horrible job on my new set and left lumps and when I complained they said they couldn’t fix it but still charged me. Never again.
