Love this place. Ive moved so I cant come as often to get nails and toes done but Ill still come here to get my eye brows waxed. Theyre the only ones who can shape them right and not take all my hair and skin off and I dont break out😊. Reasonably priced too.

I have been coming here since I was in high school so approximately 11yrs. I always make an appointment with Cindy anytime that I have ever had to go to another shop I have been disappointed. My nails are always fabulous I also get my eyebrows waxed here as well. If you do not make an appointment however there is usually a long wait time if you do not come in the mornings but is worth the wait. I have never been dissatisfied. Always a good price for what I get. Cindy does such a great job and knows my nail style so well that sometimes I don’t even tell her what I want! She knows what I like more than I do most of the time.

Ive been coming to classy nails for years to get my brows waxed. This time I decided I would get my nails done too. When they told me that they would charge $10 to remove my previous set of nails I decline the nail service. I got my eyebrows done by Vivian (who has always done an amazing job) but once I got home and remove the makeup off of my brows there were 2 holes in my eyebrow as if there was a problem with me saying something about them overcharging for the removal of the set. Never going back.My eyebrows are jacked up!

I went in yesterday around 2ish to get my feet done. I put my name on the list and asked how long is the wait time for a pedicure...I was told to look at the list and see who all is before me...umm I asked for a time not how many people ahead of me...then I saw there was literally only one person working on feet. I’m good, I left.

They work good, but the last 2 times I came here, 1st they dont do a design and now I wanted a French and they only do French with gel and I come here for years and why not regular nail polish if they used to. Is so bad that u ask for something and end leaving with a different option 😕

They messed up my pedicure badly, i didnt say anything at the time just paid and decided not to use their establishment again. The next day the tip came off of one nail so i went back and asked them to fix it was told they were to busy so i made an appt for 3pm. I went back and they wanted to charge me. I said absolutly not its your fault,. Never use this place they dont even gagaurantee their work for 1 day.

I love this nail salon. I have been coming here for about 8 years since I moved to Texas and I seriously love it. My favorite is Cindy! But, her sister Vivian is great also! They are the only ladies I let touch my brows. Their nails are always gorgeous! They are great with freestyling if youre not sure what you want. Although, Ive transitioned from a nail salon to a IG nail tech, I still HIGHLY recommend ClassyNails.

Crowed place but good service! Some of the people can be rude though, but my experience was good. Best people to go for service are Van (one of the owners; did my hands and eyebrows) and Lynn (feet). *Update 7.7.16 - my nails didnt last as long as I thought they would. I lost my index and pointing fingernails probably due to not enough glue. Overall service is B-, but quality is C+.

The one star is actually for the lady who did an amazing job on my eyebrows though I was asked to pay beforehand. RED FLAG! I’ve never been asked to do so, but I let it slide. Anyways, I got my nails done by the very rude, inconsiderate and money hungry owner. She didn’t greet me and never once asked me how I wanted MY nails. Which, by the way, I hate. She tried to up charge me for something I didn’t ask for and then got mad because I didn’t want to use the polish that makes your nails dry quicker. That was $10 more. For her establishment to be so run down and dirty you’d think she’d have a better attitude and be ecstatic that there are still people who come here and want to be serviced. Nope! I won’t even talk about the long wait. I rather just take my money elsewhere!

This is the only place I get my nails and toes done! Its worth my time and money for the quality of work I receive in return.

This place is small and it smells really bad might I add the owner (lady) is rude! If we can all stop supporting businesses that does not respect their customers then we will get some respect. Until then I’ll just take my money to a place where I am respected.

The nail techs here are good with trendy nail designs however the location is entirely too small. Always over crowded with no room to sit. I prefer to get my nails & pedicure done in a relaxing environment and this place is the exact opposite of that.

Had 3 different employees go back in forth with me about how i wanted my toes painted. Told me it would be 15$ extra for a white French tip with glitter bc they could not do that in regular polish. That it could only be done with gel polish. Ive never had that problem any where else. Just additional 5$ for french tip is normal, but an extra 15$? I already purchased the most expensive pedicure and it wasnt not even worth the price. They did not use not rocks or give a massage. No complimentary drinks. Im just going to stick with La Bella nail spa off cooper. They have the best service with no surprising upcharges!on the southside of Arlington

I drive 45 minutes to get my nails done here. Absolutely amazing. My nails never break, stones never fall off and they have done every crazy nail art picture I’ve brought in to perfection!

I have been going here for 3-4 years and I’ve always been pleased with my nails... Although, My first time was a horrible wait time... After that I started making appointments with Van... I haven’t had any issues since... Van always gets my nails as close as possible to the photo I show her...

Classy’s has been around for so long! They were known as the best of the best in Arlington. However throughout the years I’ve stopped going. Its always very crowded, and due to the pressure they have i stopped feeling that “spa” sensation. The last couple of times i went i felt rushed, my nails had a bad shape to them and they hesitate to fix small imperfections.

I have been going to this place for almost 3 years and if I could give this place 0 stars I wouldve. And the reason I said that is because their customer service is horrible I have never seen a place where you get so much business but your customer service skills are horrible when you walk in the door they dont even say hello the lady that sitting in front of the bathroom is so rude that if you tell her to fix your nail because you dont like it she will get mad and act as if she doesnt want to finish your nails the lady with the short hair who does eyebrows and eyelashes she is the rudest person I have ever seen in the nail business she talk to you crazy and then turn around and gets an attitude with you and attempt to talk crazy as if shes doing you a favor as if youre not paying for service I have never been to a place where you have to pull a number but I guess thats what you get when you go to places out here in Texas if it wasnt because I wasnt from out here I will never go back to them now I can say they do have some good people I guess thats why they have the one star David the only guy thats working there is good in Van the tall lady that does eyebrows shes really the only reason why I go there other than that please when you go in there have your crazy person with you because their services will make you see yourself in the back of a police car especially when youre paying your money for service I just tell you this because again Ive been going to that place for a while but Im at a point where Im just over spending my money with rude people and their culture you can not say anything to people that is older than you well Im in America you talk crazy you get crazy back respect works both ways

I hadn’t been here in a long time and decided to go. Not happy with the results. I asked if she could do a curve and not leave the nail too straight and she made them thick and wide and the shape was crooked even after I told her. And the picture I showed them for the color, WAY off. I told them it wasn’t the color and they said for me to get the color of the picture I had to do gel nails. How is neutral only in gel nails. No pleased at all. The nails are annoying me so I’ll probably have to pay someone else to fix them or for a new set. Waste of money.

I love classy. I have been going to them since I was a teenager. They have great quality work and employees. There is a wait but its worth it.

I have been here on a couple of occasions within the past 3 months and I can definitely say they do not pride themselves in quality service. From the loud constant talking to each other to the nail service I was and am very disappointed. I went today for the last time, my feet look horrible and my hands....lets just say I could have just done them myself. Then when I tried to explain it to Jennifer she was not trying to correct the situation. No one was helpful and I was continously ignored and brushed off. Therefore a place like this can not have my business.

I found this place on google and decided to check them out prices are reasonable but always have to wait 2 hours to be seen! Its always crowded and nail techs are somewhat rude it was my time to be seen and they started yelling my number in a rude way I got my nails with gel and my nails turned black the first time they fixed them second time I went somewhere else i decided to go back and this time I didnt get gel but my nails got a lot of bubbles so I requested for them to fix them which I thought they did but to my surprise they got bubbles again after thirty minutes of trying to dry them I got annoyed and left... to say the least instead of classy nails they need to change their name to trashy nails I guess its true what they say you get what you pay for...

Chick just lied to me about eyebrow tint! Like I dont know what it is. If she didnt feel like doing it, just say that. I came to this shop 7 years straight faithfully. But no more. They too cocky and disrespectful. Then after I asked for tint, she made a joke talking about they closing early. Im too pissed!!

They have terrible service. The owner is rude and disreptful. She does not care about her customers. If she sees you and for some reason she does not like you she does everything to let you know she does not like you. She yells and is not professional.I dont even want to go back there anymore. I have been having problems there for a while now. I was trying to give them a chance but its not working. Im done with them. Besides when they want to they take theyre good time with you. But when theu are in a bad mood they rush and do not do a good job.

I went this past Saturday to get a full set and pedicure. First, I felt so rushed, I wasn’t even sure what kind of set or color I wanted but as soon as you walk in they want to know and you may or may not have to grab a number. Second, the place is so so tiny and you have to squeeze through people with your wet nails to get to the back to get your pedicure and the pedicure chairs are so close to each other you basically put all your business in the next persons face to sit down. Third, there’s a few walls that look so disgusting with stains that look like food or spit. There’s a really nasty wall behind the door where the nail polish is and where there’s two chairs so if you sit there people have to reach through/over you to get to the nail polish. Seating is limited. Fourth, there were about 10 customers crammed in there with the 8-10 employees and the employees don’t speak to you unless asking what you want but they laugh and talk to each other. Fifth, the man that did my nails did not want to fix the paint that I messed up on my nails while they were drying, even if I offered to pay, he just painted another layer of clear on it and his wife then sternly told me to be careful and not carry anything with me (I had my phone and that is not why I messed up my nail). People come to nail salons to feel pampered and relax. This place is demanding, rude, disrespectful, and dirty.

Nice mani/ pedi just very little space in the shop,needs to find a bigger location. For the amount of business they get you would think they would seek out a bigger location its all customer service and making and keeping customers happy. At times there so nonchalant about doing that very important task,when there are so many other nail shops you could go to.

Used to love this place but ever since I got my eyebrows done by Cindy ... no no thank you, not coming back. I know ya’ll want customers in & out but TAKE your time when doing somebodys’ eyebrows. I came out with half of my eyebrow gone on the right side. UPSET!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The male, possibly the owner ALWAYS changes and raises his prices. I have never paid the same price and i always get the same thing. And he tends to cut me almost everytime. Cindy, linda, and the other younger female are the best. Classy nails is not a place i recommend to anyone unless you know what youre getting yourself into. Book an appointment and do not do walk ins they are too slow. Ive never sat and waited less than a hour. Not cool. Even with an appointment you tend to wait but not as long. The building is small and not enough available parking.

This place is SO packed ALL the time. I have never heard of a nail salon where you have to take a number. Of course this affects the quality of the work. I went there to get gel nails with tips and unfortunately I was not satisfied.They have no receptionist as far as I can tell so the lady who did my nails was not concentrated on my nails and kept getting interrupted to do transactions and answer the phone and tend to other people. They are in such a rush to get through everyone and it shows. For my nail work I requested gel nails with tips. I have been to other salons where they do REAL gel nails and do not use any forms of powder. Well I get here and the first thing the lady does is buff my nail with a drill and then applies the tip,then she gets out this powder and hastily applies uneven layers of that powder stuff with the biggest brush Ive ever seen. ( not even a cuticle trim or cleaning none of that ) She does such a quick job that it gets all over the sides of my nails that she kept having to separate my skin from the bond and it hurt. For the color i chose a simple glitter polish with no designs. As she applied the clear coat she did it standing and did such a quick job when i put my hand in the lamp i feel burning on my skin. Guess what, there was gel all over my finger and leaked too the sides and it was BONDING. I told her and she told me to put it back in to let it cure. Once it cured she removed the mess on my skin and continued the process i put my fingers back in, SAME PROBLEM. To top it off, she didnt have a timer for the UV she sort of guesstimated when they would be done while standing and taking care of other customers to get them through. Once done with the UV process i told her to clean up the edges because it leaked. She got out the drill and cleaned up one finger that she could tell. She didnt put the lights on and examined them filed some bits and pieces and I left. Classy nails is a very popular place because they are the ONLY nail salon to do 3d designs in the area ( similar to gyaru nails but less extreme) and add diamonds and all that jazz for a very good price that you would pay another nail salon over $100 to do. As a result EVERYONE goes there. Even if you have an appointment, they take you in first but they rush you out just as fast. Since they have that much popularity they should take in people by appointment only or open up another salon because the situation is beyond ridiculous. Im contemplating going to nail concepts instead to get gel tips done there and do the rest myself ( it can be pricey ) because personally its not worth it getting cheap service at the expense of nail damage and being rushed. After all, you go there to get yourself pampered right?

This is Arlington TX, go to place to get your nails done, mani/pedi, and for the best eyebrow and lip wax ask for Cindy. They do almost everything, and are always jam packed, literally, standing room, take a number type service, and they are still kind and friendly. If you ask someone in Arlington where did you get your nails done? 9 times out 10, the answer will be classy nails.*The only thing issue, that I find with Classy Nails, is that they need a bigger place 😐🤔.As long as they have been in business, and as busy as they are 😒, surely, thats has to be in the works. If not, then it definitely should be.They are located directly across the street from Arlington High School, Great Prices, Great Services, I myself, wait, and travel, over an hour and half until I can get in and be seen there. YES, THAT MEANS I WALK AROUND LOOKING LIJE I LOOK, UNTIL I DO 😨.

Ive went today to try and get my refill, when I arrived they werent even busy! No one was ahead of me! I waited for almost an hour and had to leave eventually because they were slow! The customer service was HORRIBLE! They do great on nails but that customer service needs HELP!!!

I love Classy Nails, this place is the only place I go for eyebrow waxing.. For those whom havent gotten the schematics of Classy Nails down let me inform you. This is a place where you have to make an appointment.. if you dont, you will wait, unless you get there when they first open or close to closing.. please also, go during the middle of the week. EVERYBODY and their momma always gets their nails and everything done on the weekend anyway, this place is no different.. Yes, its small and you have to take a number. What do you expect? For a full set that is maybe 20 dollars and you can actually get designs and styles that you seen on Pintrest, or Youtube.. You can cancel your wait time and frustrations by making an appointment.. Try it

I dont recommend. read! 😠😡 first off it was my birthday I wanted something specific, ombre. Which he said 55 thats how much it cost last time I got it done the right way. which I have gotten there before, the only dude that works there said he couldnt.to pick a color.and he put the nails on crooked. I had to tell him other wise he wouldnt have tooken it off. The nails were barely hanging on by a thread. I was like maybe there suppose to be like that.... Heck nos!! He fkd them up didnt give me ombre and still charged the same. I took my daughter there with me that was her first time it was supposed to be special,no! two days later a few of her fingernail polish on her hands already came off and they were not fake nails. Its been less than a week all of the fingernail polish came off on her hands mine its only been a week and two of my nails popped off he didnt push back my cuticles and theyre crooked never going there again! time to find a new place. If he was serious about his work, I wouldnt have to be writing this review

They rushed me. And in the MIDDLE of my mani/pedi I had to pay. It was NOT relaxing at all. And after I paid, I had to sit in the WAITING CHAIRS to get the rest of my nails done. And they didnt even do the cuticle cream or clean the nail! Never going back.
