Mike was highly professional and asked questions to really help define the ring I was looking for. Not only were they able to beat out other prices, they also completed the job sooner than expected!!

Good location near to my place, i had my gold chain broken, went see if he can fix it for me personally i dont have any experience of how its done this chain is really valuable to me and asked if he can measure or weight just in case i dont miss anything he smirks and told me its just a hollow then took my chain and told me to get back next Wednesday (7days), i paid in advance, then scheduled day i took my chain and wore it for 5 days straight it broke again on same spot i asked him to solder

I took a gold chain to Mike to be shortened and cleaned, and a watch face fixed/battery replaced last week. I wanted to write this review mostly because the service was excellent, and partly in direct response to the less than perfect review I see below... I just wanted to say that we (The reviewer below and myself) both apparently got gold chains fixed here, but my experience was NOTHING like the review below. Mike was friendly and knowledgeable, and he repaired and cleaned my gold chain necklace to perfection. The watch was also expertly cared for.I’ve found my “go-to” jeweler here in Arlington. Thank you, Mike, for such great service. We’ll definitely be back.

Michael is now the only place I will go for custom jewelry (rings, diamonds etc.). I shopped around DC and Arlington for a custom ring for my wife after having a kid. Michael was able to build a great custom diamond ring (same dimensions, diamonds etc.) in half the time for a very competitive price compared to other jewelers in the area. I rang the door bell and before I could ask what I needed the individual stated that it is by appointment only. I was astonished that this was the case because I was not given an opportunity to express my desires. I have been in jewelry stores in New York City by appointment only but at least they listened to what I wanted. This entity truly lost a sale as I was going to inquire about a watch that I had seen in the store window.I will not be back in there simply because I cannot even ask a question before I am told it’s appointment only.

My fiance and I went here looking for someone to either fix or replace the setting for my engagement ring. The people at Top Jewelers were very nice. Unfortunately, we either need to do something right away (our wedding is in two weeks) or wait to just redo my ring after the wedding. The people here were honest with us about the difficulty of repairing the ring. The jeweler offered to remake the ring, but this is something that would probably take longer than we have and isnt really what we want. We were shown some options for different settings. The selection was limited just because of our time frame. When we redo the ring, we want it to be just right, so we didnt go ahead with the options they had. However, we will definitely keep Top Jewelers in mind when we go to redo the ring later because they seemed to really be interested in helping us and willing to accommodate us even with our time crunch (the only problem is ordering a setting in time, and its not their fault that we couldnt be sure that most of them would come in on time).

I wanted to take a minute and write a quick review for Michael, as he certainly deserves one.A little more than a year ago I was in the process of looking for an engagement ring. Ill also mention Im extremely picky and can never make an easy decision. I ended up visiting close to 15 stores through out the DMV and even purchased 3 different rings...Regardless, most stores I visited were pushy and wanted me to buy something that day before I left the store. Some of these stores didnt even offer to give me an education or the opportunity to look at the ring under a magnify glass...they just said look at it under the natural light...it looks so beautiful - thats the oneMichael was completely different. Not only does he give you an education on what to look for, he also wants you to make your own decision and not PUSH you one way or the other. He truly wants YOU to make the decision.His work is like no one else and ultimately why I choose to work with Michael. The level of detail and pride he puts in his work is phenomenal. His reputation means everything and for that reason he finds only the best diamonds to work with! He also ensures every piece of the ring is exactly as you envisioned (he does a wax ring beforehand). The experience was perfect and I couldnt have asked for anything more.I mentioned I decided to work with Michael because of his work. In addition to that, he is the person who makes your ring! You do not have to worry about lost translation when other shops send everything over to China and have it made overseas.
