Harrison, Andy and Rocky were all professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Got a call a couple of weeks later that the ring was sized and ready and it looks even better on her finger.

The price to value ratio just always seemed too high.After visiting Benchmark, and working with someone as knowledgeable, patient, and considerate as Samuel, I have to alter my opinion (at least for this one shop).We purchased two quality pieces and will return any time we are looking for higher end jewelry.Give this place a look. I think you will be impressed. Everyone is super friendly, but ask for Samuel. I can vouch for that gentleman.
