My husband and I decided to get two different pieces of jewelry from this jewelry store and we loved our overall all experience working with them. The customer service is wonderful and they dont mind taking their time to answer any questions that as the customer may have for them. If youre looking for a trustworthy jewelry store to do business with, then this establishment is the perfect place to head on over to.

Two stars simply because my engagement ring is BEAUTIFUL, however they are so dishonest and the maintenance is absurd. I’ve only had this ring for three years and have had to go back for multiple repairs. I don’t wear it when I’m doing anything even moderately active. Each time they’ve charged an outrageous amount and then inevitably every time I got it back something else was wrong.For my most recent repair, they tried charging me over $1000 for a fairly simple repair and overall maintenance. I took it to two other places because I felt as though they were being dishonest. They both quoted it under $400 and the repair was done beautifully.I’m honestly pretty easy to please, but every time I’ve dealt with the owners they have been incredibly contentious when presented with any sort of question regarding my ring.Like I said, the craftsmanship is beautiful, but clearly not done well to have as many problems as I’ve had. I can get past that, but cheating customers out of money is wrong on so many levels. I hope they do better eventually so that their customers can truly enjoy the beauty of the jewelry they make.

This place is absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I went to many different jewelers trying to find a ring she liked and couldn’t find it anywhere. We came here and they made her the ring of her dreams from scratch at a very reasonable price. They are extremely knowledgeable about diamonds and precious metals along with their qualities you should consider when designing a ring. They kept us updated throughout the whole process and when we got her ring the quality was impeccable. The owners and their employee were a delight to work with. They stand behind their work and went above and beyond all expectations. You have to come here before you even consider buying jewelry somewhere else. You will not be disappointed.

We been going there since 2012 , and never had a problem with the service. Their workmanship is out standing. Price wise theyre comparable to any other fine jewelry store. I recommend them highly.

I was a regular and had bought many pieces of jewelry for my wife however one time my wife did not like what I bought and I tried to exchange it for something else more expensive willing to pay more they would not let me exchange it because it was 1 day past their exchange policy that was written in fine print. What kind of business owner does that to a regular customer. Never coming back

I needed a couple of watch batteries replaced. Found Arlington Jewelry Exchange - very glad I did. Very personal and helpful service. I was able to also replace a very worn leather watch band, and in addition to replacing the battery in my other watch, he cleaned up the wrist band, fixed some bad links in the wrist band, replaced the crystal and it looks magnificent. Truly looks new again and I have had it for 17 years.Very nice folks. They had a good selection of jewelry and sounds like they also can design pieces. I will definitely use them again. Excellent customer service.

This jewelry store is phenomenal. I have a ring I was gifted when I was 16 that I treasure greatly. My parents purchased it and the center opal came loose frequently; I had to send it to where they purchased it two times to get the stone tightened and it always took around a month to get back to me. After it came back, the stone would loosen again in a matter of weeks. Frustrated I sought out another solution and decided to go into this store to see if they could fix my ring. I was greeted by a young lady named Haylee who took a look at my ring and she was very understanding of my situation. She assured me that they could fix it and brought in the Jeweler to talk to me personally. Daniel, the jeweler let me know more about the ring than I could’ve imagined. He showed me under magnification how the prongs holding my opal weren’t cut correctly, the previous jeweler cut into the prongs with a square shape when they needed to be round to hold my round stone. They quoted me and gave me paperwork stating that they had possession of my piece including a thorough description which set me at ease. When I came to pick up my ring a week later, I was astounded. It had been cleaned, polished, and shone so much i couldn’t believe it. That repair was done almost over a year ago and my stone is as solid as can be. I want to thank Daniel and Haylee for such an amazing job. I continue to go back to them with other items and I recommend you take yours there as well!!

Their customer service ia exceptional! Ted spent almost 3 hours with us explaining ring and gem quality. I am completely in love with the ring I designed and he put together so beautifully for me.

I had a watch battery repair and the lady that helped me was very nice and she was very helpful it took a day to have the battery changed out and if I took it some other place it would have been more expensive and have taken longer I am very happy with the service that I had received

Originally, many years ago, I came to repair a pearl ring that the pearl had come off. They told me how to repair it myself so I did not have to pay anything. I never forgot that.When my mother moved up to this area, she stored several rings that had lost stones or were about to lose stones. I slowly brought them to the Arlington Jewrelry Exchange where they repaired the rings and built up the ring prongs again. Even necklaces that had been broken a long time, they were able to repair. My mother was very pleased with their work and so was I. I am so glad I found them in the first place. They are a family owned business and wonderful to work with!

I give them a glowing recommendation.During my visit, I learned that Arlington Jewelry Exchange is both locally and family owned. I stumbled upon Arlington Jewelry Exchange after doing a Google search for local jewelry appraisers. Ive never had a piece of jewelry appraised, and I had no idea what to expect. When I called to schedule an appointment, Jay was polite, courteous and professional. Then I ran late. When I called to explain, Jay said it was no problem for me to show up 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. And he didnt make me feel bad about my tardiness.The biggest treat was that Jay allowed me to observe the appraisal, and he went above and beyond by explaining to me all the things that he was looking at to determine value. He made a point to tell me the story of my ring. It was an incredibly personal experience that deepened my love for my ring and increased the confidence I felt about my purchase. Jays attentiveness and obvious expertise made me feel special -- it was a wonderful experience.Additionally, Jay recommended two services be performed: a new rhodium plating and to have my ring sized down. Jay went out of his way to get those services done the same day. The price was reasonable. Jay really earned my trust for Arlington Jewelry Exchange. I will definitely purchase jewelry there. And I wont ever use another jeweler for repairs again. Jay has made me a customer for life.

Rude over the phone and in person. I wanted to get my 14k ankle chain fixed and the lady gave me the hardest time.

Left my watch here for repair and they did a nice great job on repairing my watch and it come back to me looking new my watch was looked ok when i left it for repair but this place repair my watch and made it look all brand new i will come back to this place for all my top name brand watches
