Great medical office with wonderful service from all the employees. Dr. Wood was fantastic! She took her time explaining to my dad (Peter) the testing procedures so he would be at ease. She showed him the proper way to take care of his hearing aids. She was patient when I was interpreting for my dad. Dr. Wood also answered all of our questions and concerns. Celeste and Stephanie at the front office were always friendly and worked with our schedules. Dr. Logi did not rush us through when we arrived 30 minutes before closing time to test for my dad’s hearing aides. I highly recommend this practice for your loved one’s hearing needs!

Went in for vestibular testing with little idea what to expect. I felt understood and heard. The experience was surprisingly enjoyable and I came away from this experience with a very positive impression. I dont often write five star reviews, this was above and beyond expectations.

Although I was 30 minutes late for my appointment, I was seen almost immediately. I had inadvertently looked at the wrong appointment, and thought my appointment was 30 minutes later than it actually was scheduled. I took a vacation day for my appointment. When I got there I was told it was rescheduled. I never reschedule it and they didnt show where it was rescheduled. The lady at the front desk did not show any concern on their part. I told her I would never come back. I handled myself very polite. She still did not show any concern. I wasted a vacation day and time and money driving there. Be very careful scheduling an appointment here.

I went in for a six month check up, and ,as usual, I received 5 star treatment. I had to wait only a couple of minutes to see the hearing professional. When I entered the treatment room, the tech took my hearing aids, and laid them aside for cleaning and checking out and offered to check my hearing to see if there have been any changes in my hearing. After the test, she took my hearing aids back and had them cleaned and new batteries, ear buds, and no wax filters replaced. They were like new when she brought them back!! The staff here are very professional and very friendly. I recommend Kos/Danchak Audiology & Hearing Aids to anyone needing this service. It makes a big difference when you can hear your family and friends talking to you.

The doctor and staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and I never felt rushed. I am very pleased with my new hearing aids. For a person that has never used hearing aids have not had a problem getting used to them so far. Still learning all the inns and outs about hearing aids but I do feel confident with the staff at Kos/Danchak Audiology to help me learn.

Suggest that your appointments in the afternoon start at 2:15. The last two times on my visit, patients were waiting outside past 2:00 because your staff was late getting back from lunch.Also suggest you get a plastic mat for your first office chair. Your carpet is wearing thin under and around the desk. You would have to replace your entire office because of one small area...get a pad!As always, your staff was charming, friendly, professional, and goes that extra mile to make one feel at home!

The staff is always so very helpful! They get me in quickly if I have a problem and I never have to wait for service. And any issue I’ve had has always been resolved quickly. A speaker broke in one of my aids and I was thrilled when they had a new set of aids to wear while waiting for my speaker to arrive. Wonderful!

It’s coming up on Ten years since I purchased my hearing aids from Melissa Danchek after she had taken the time to test me so they would know what I needed and then show me a variety of hearing aids as well as other products to help me with my phone and even ways to listen to the television through them..Even though my hearing aids are over ten years old I’m still able to get a warranty on them that not only covers repairs but a loss as well. She also gave me not only free hearing aid filters for life but batteries as well. Wow for life adds up to a lot of savings because the filters aren’t cheap and anyone who has hearing aids knows how expensive the batteries are and I’ve been getting them for free for ten years now. My mother met with several staff Audiologists as well as Dr. Danchak and all of them have been well informed, professional and pleasant to deal with. Mom is 102 years old, slow to move and profoundly deaf so their patience and careful communication were very valuable. There has been no product push at all. We are now well into our second year of working with them and the follow up service and ongoing support are as good as the initial intake.

I am so glad I set the appointment with Dr. Danchak to have my hearing checked. Melissa’s assistant was very knowledgeable and professional. She had been with me the day I received my hearing aids. She answered my questions pleasantly and with confidence. I wished her well when I learned this was her last day.I was disappointed to learn that the time of my appointment was not honored. Since an abundance of heavy traffic was expected in the area, I honored my appointment time by actually allowing more time than I ended up needing to be sure and not be late. My courtesy was not returned. When my wait was approaching 30 minutes past my 3:30 appointment time, I told the receptionist I was going to need to cancel if I was not seen by 4 p.m. Then the assistant appeared. She was very apologetic for the lateness of the appointment.I am very pleased with my new hearing experience and feel that I am adjusting well. I will return when I have additional needs. I also want to share, that after receiving my hearing aids, I broke my case. One of the girls in the office was kind enough to give me a replacement case with out any charge. I appreciated that.

Sasha, new lady, upon returning from cleaning my aids, I had already asked to increase the decibels by two, she talked about the age of my aids and went into the advancements of the newer units. My units are over 9 years old. She offered new units to allow me to test the newer units. I declined and asked my units increased.My units are old and most likely, I will buy new units.

The staff there are very courtious and helpful. The Doctor checked me out thoroughly and answered all of my questions. For someone with a hearing deficit, the audiologist visit can be very scary. Kos Danchek made the whole issue of getting hearing aids a matter of fact, stream lined process. As is always the case, my experience at Kos Danchak was absolutely positive.My husband and I both decided to upgrade our hearing aids to newer technology. I had begun asking that our TV set be turned up to almost full volume, which allowed me to hear, but Im sure he was just tolerating it. Even at a high volume, I still needed closed captions on to understand what characters were saying. If they spoke with a foreign accent or turned their backs while they were speaking, it was over for me!Our appointment was with Melissa Danchek.
