It seems like every time I a go for testing or instrument repair/upgrade they have added equipment or techniques that have greatly improved their ability to analyze and improve my hearing. My overall experience today at the Arlington location was awesome. Dr Maddie was above and beyond wonderful. She took the time to answer every question that I had with total professionalism. It was an excellent experience getting my hearing aids from Marylyn Koble and Audiology Associates of DFW. All my concerns were addressed, all my questions were answered, and I came away feeling great about the experience. I then got my hearing aids and Ms Koble was so careful to see that they fitted me well, that I understood how to use them, and she addressed all my (many) questions. Had a great visit today. I havent seen an audiologist in about 20 years. The doctor there was very nice and spoke up for me and explained everything that we did before we did it. She is also helping me find the best program to find hearing aids since I dont have insurance. 10/10 would go again and refer my friends or family that needs help to hear.

My first experience with Dr. Maddie was excellent! First, the office COVID precautions were very thorough. The hearing test was explained in detail and Dr. Maddie made sure I understood what she was looking for and why the different parts of the test were important. I had the opportunity to sample the type of hearing aid she thought would best suit my hearing challenges. She answered all my questions about different choices in hearing aids, as well as discussing the financial concerns I had. I am looking forward to working with Dr. Maddie to improve my hearing.My follow up appointment with Dr. Maddie was comfortable and efficient. She took care of cleaning my hearing aids and reminded me of what I was entitled to in the way of additional appointments at no charge. It was easy to purchase additional supplies for my hearing aids to set me up for the next six months of good hearing. A pleasant experience!

I always feel safe when going to get my hearing aids adjusted during this time of Covid. When u get there and call them, they come out with mask on take ur temp and then we go in. They r always friendly and professional and caring. I really like this place.

Dr. Archer is great, friendly bedside manner, takes take with you and doesn’t rush. Very thorough examination. Doesn’t push anything on you like selling tactics. Receptionist was great too.

I needed new molds for in ear monitors and I was shocked at how easy the process was. This was my fourth time getting molds and I’ve always had issues with some doctors being rather aggressive with putting the silicone in the ear. Not the case here; engaging, very careful around the second bend, and fully understanding. If I’m still in the area when I need new molds I’ll definitely come back!

My 3 year old daughter needed her hearing tested for speech reasons. Kelly Archer was phenomenal! She was so incredibly kind and patient with my little girl. My daughter had fun and behaved so well for Kelly. Since I know this could have been a traumatic experience for a 3 year old, I’m so satisfied with the care we received.
