Dean came the SAME day I called for an indoor air quality test. He was so nice even arrived early and waited for us to get home. So patient with my toddler who followed him and pretended to be a cat lol. Such great customer service didn’t try to push other sales and gave us such peace of mind over our air quality. Cannot recommend enough thanks so much you guys!

I let a family member borrow my car for a few weeks while I was out of town and when I got it back it reeked of cigarette smoke. I tried having my car detailed, using car fresheners, and even fabric sprays, but the smell kept coming back. It was like the smell had penetrated into the seats and carpet. I contacted The Odor Pros to see if they could help and let me just say that was the best decision I could have ever made. Not only was the customer service excellent, but they were fast and efficient. When I called to request service I was given a step by step plan on how they would eliminate the odor, how long the process takes, and given an estimate on how much it would cost. Benn came right to me and in less than an hour my car was good as new!! I couldnt believe it! The smell was completely gone! After weeks of trying to get it out it always came back. Its been four weeks since my service and the odor is still gone.
