Such a wonderful experience!! From my first consultation all the way through my last visit, the staff in the office were always friendly, polite, and helpful. Easy and convenient to schedule/re-schedule appointments. Really appreciated that all of my appointments were on time. Dr. Fletcher was my primary doctor and she was awesome! Couldnt be more happy or impressed with how my teeth turned out!

I’ve had to go through different phases of having my braces. The orthodontist here are absolutely phenomenal and so is their staff! I haven’t had braces since I was 15 with them, I’m 22 now, and they still remember me! They have the best technology, play area for the kids, and are always organized and professional! I cannot stress how fantastic their staff is, they truly care and are kind. I’m so thankful that in my adult life they except my insurance! I wish I could leave 10 stars.

8 week braces app checkup... they made me fell in love with them all over again. Their office is homely and the nurses/doctors/assistants makes u feel welcome when you come in. Def recommended if u are trying to find a new dental place. Also, they offer a reward program for patients to redeem prizes, etc.

LOVE THIS OFFICE! Everyone is so kind and the work is very careful but efficient. They are very understanding about mistakes like brackets coming loose and will fix it as soon as they can. My dentist is also at this same office and shes wonderful. Just got my braces off today and I’m very pleased. Will definitely recommend!!

I was a patient over 20 years ago and Ive never forgotten the experience that I had then. So when I needed some maintenance to my already beautiful smile there was no one else who I trusted more. I was hoping Dr. Birth was still practicing so I kept my fingers crossed and began my search. To my surprise 20 yrs later Im able to get the same amazing experience with all of the technology and service bells and whistles. Ive never been one to like the doctors office. But they are fast, professional, and the best in the business! They keep everything and all your records so there is no mistake in your treatment. I was able to see my pre treatment photos from 20 years ago!!! How insane is that!!!! This goes to show that they care about all of their patients and your not just a dollar sign to them. They really want you to have the confidence and a brilliant smile to show the world. They truly change the world one smile at a time. Just something so simple that can change anyones day is a smile and they make sure your smile is the BEST it can be!! I will always remember my experience!!

I was very sceptical about where to take my daughter to get the best care for her braces and dental work that was very much needed but when I found this facility and went in for a consultation I felt that this was the right place for her. These orthodontics are the real deal!! They were able to fix my jaw problem and rearrange my teeth with braces. And it only took 1 year and 3 months which is really fast compared to other orthodontist places and friends that have braces as well.

UPDATE 09/23/18:I did start seeing drastic improvements immediately after my original review. Had a few more teeth filed and had more frequent visits, and now Ive had my braces off for several months.My smile is very nearly perfect. All of the spaces are closed. It was a long process, but I did get braces in my 30s and I also have a nickel allergy so had to have clear braces with steel wires.I have permanent metal retainers on top and bottom, and they also have the cheapest removable plastic retainers Ive found so far (4 sets for $600). Im still using the included retainer until I finish some other dental work, including replacing a filling.It was definitely worth it in the end.ORIGINAL:I had gaps between my front teeth so decided to get ceramic braces as an adult and have had them for ~5 years. Treatment was supposed to be ~3 years, but I have one stubborn space left that hasnt closed in ~2 years. They dont do anything different when I go, despite that what theyre doing (powerchains only) obviously has no real affect. Im afraid the space will not close. I wish theyd just admit it instead of dragging this out for years. They shouldve known from the beginning that it wouldnt close and planned accordingly. Ive already unexpectedly had some teeth filed trying to get this one space to close.Paid just over $4k with insurance. Staff are really nice and kind, but I havent gotten what I paid for so am disappointed.

We are a repeat family, next generation requiring orthodontic care and were returning to best professional orthodontist in the world. (OK, so Im a little biased). My son had his ortho care by Dr. Birth and Dr. Stewart over 15yrs ago and his teeth are still perfect at age 30(and he was not the most diligent with his after release care, his professional team did a magnificent job that has not wavered). We are now into ANOTHER Generation with my 8yr old grandson, and I suggested Dr. Birth&Dr. Stewart to my daughter in-law. After she researched other orthodontist in the Dallas/Ft Worth metroplex, she chose Dr. Birth&Dr. Stewart. We are looking forward to our time with the best orthodontist in the world.
