I have routinely avoided going to the dentist due to some bad experiences. I have been to Great Oak Dental twice in the past week and they have been excellent. I will not go to another dentist besides Dr. Kim given a choice. Great experiences. Thank you

Rough cleaning. I requested fluoride free polish before the apt. They didn’t have any available at the time of my visit. Won’t return and don’t recommend.

No one likes or wants to go to the dentist. But I high recommend Dr. Dang who has has been my dentist for 5 years. I have had a root canal and 2 crowns done by her. She is thorough and has never been too busy to answers all of the questions I have had.

I (and my family) have been going to this dental office for several years now. The staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Dang is wonderful and accommodating. I have had several cleanings performed/ dental check-ups, wisdom teeth removed, and a crown replaced.

I enjoyed meeting the dental hygienist and meeting the dentist. They were both kind. They did two of my kids and myself in under 2 hours. Very efficient, the rest of my family has appts soon. Thank you!

Our family likes coming to this friendly-staffed office. They are so accommodating to our scheduling needs by keeping us together on the same day with back-to-back appointment times. With their latest equipments (compared to our last dentist), six-month cleaning and oral exam is surprisingly quick!

I take my five children here and they really love going to the dentist. We look forward to appointments here because Dr. Dang and her entire staff are so friendly and sweet. They always make sure we have all our appointments scheduled and contact us when its time for one {This is super helpful with five little ones}. The office has a very welcoming atmosphere and is very nice. My children love watching cartoons while we wait to be seen and look forward to the toys after they are all done. Our visits never take too long, even though they have seen as many as four of my children in one visit, and the office is also very close to our home. It was very hot for our last visit and they were so nice to bring all of us a very cold water, so we always look forward to going to the dentist. Thank you all for all you do!

I came to this dentist after my dentist closed up shop. So far I have had two wisdom teeth pulled and several cleanings done. They are very professional and friendly. I hope they dont close up, because I plan on using them as my dentist for as long as I can!

I really liked it here. The staff is really sweet and nice and theyre quick and effifficent. I was really surprised it also didnt hurt when they cleaned my teeth. A previous dental I went was really tough around my gums, but I didnt have a problem with that here. Its a good place!

Very close to where we live. Their appointment hours are perfect. Very clean and tidy office. Everyone here are all very professional and nice. They are good at communicating their patients ahead of time. Their prices for procedures are at a great price! Definitely will recommend Great Oak Dental to my family and friends!

This was by far the best dental office Ive ever been to! Everyone was super professional and polite the dentist Dr. Jakilyn Dang was the best dentist I have ever had. She went out of her way to explain things and was very personable. I cant wait to go back! And I will definitely be recommending this dentist office to everybody I know!

I LOVE this place! The staff here is AWESOME! They truly care. Not only that but they educate you on how things work. I have high anxiety due to past experiences at other places, and they worked with me, helped me get over that. They make it easy. I feel right at home here. I went to Great Oak Dental yesterday for the free braces consult and I have to say I was pretty impressed. The staff verified and explained to me how much insurance covered and how much I would have to pay. Dr. Dang also did a great job on explaining the procedures and amount of time it would take. They answered all my questions and concerns. They carry a product called fast braces which costs less and works faster. Now im looking forward to having a confident smile soon.

Weve been going here since last summer, our teenage boy is really picky when it comes to his teeth. We had a great experience, Dr. Dangs staff was very accommodating, they offered us cold bottled water (great in the summer months) and made us feel very comfortable. The office has a very nice warm feel to it, but most important was the care our family received from Dr. Dang. She was very thorough and took the time to explain the x-rays and treatment plan. We have moved away from the area, yet still come back to Dr. Dang every summer!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our visit at Great Oak Dental last week. Usually my daughters fear and anxiety of the dentist keeps them from being able to work on her teeth. Jacki and her assistants did a great job and was actually even able to do a filling for her.

Loved the experience. Very clean office. I had great service here and they made my experience at the dentist office much better than Ive had before. They showed me xrays and pictures of my teeth on the screen. Everything was digital. The doctor also explained to me all the procedures that I needed to go through to get braces.

First review readers, I rarely write reviews. However with such a GREAT place my inner me implored me to do so. When I come to the office it is a great experience. I have a general, unhealthy fear of dentist/dental work. On my last visit 25Apr19, I had a molar extraction. To make a long story short I went into the office already in panic mode, and left feeling a bit amused, embarassed, and relieved. Although I overreacted, I was still comforted, and accepted. Before I knew it, the procedure was over. Service is excellent from all staff. The staff really care that you have a great experience. Also they are accepting new patients, and scheduling is easy/accomodating!!!!!! Side note: while at the facility a gentleman I had not seen before even knew my name. Thank you for reading. AlPs: I was able to return to work 26Apr19, for a full thirteen hour day shift, with three patients, and very very minimal (what pain) pain.

I absolutely love this dentist. I initially came for a second opinion because I was told I needed a root canal. I came here and staff is extremely friendly and when I left I got a awesome cleaning and guess what no root canal

Some of these practices are money hungry and will put a human life at risk I hope that lady gets a second opinion on the work they did on her because not probably numbing her means they didnt do a good job. What kind of dentist work of a patient when theyre not numb?

Edit.My daughter and I have been coming to this dental practice since 2017, I have mainly just gotten my routine cleaning and checkup. Today I went in for a filling for the top and bottom on my right mouth, the dentist give me the numbing shot on my bottom right and while I was waiting for the numbing shot to take effect I remember thinking why I wasn’t given a numbing shot on my top gum since I was getting both done but I assumed the dentist knew what she was doing so I didn’t say anything. When they starting doing the filling on the bottom of my tooth it starting hurting really bad so I raised my hand to indicate I was experiencing pain so she left the bottom and starting working on the top of my mouth, now I mentioned earlier that the dentist did not give me any numbing shot for my top gum so when she starting working on the top I starting moving my whole body at the same time saying ‘it hurts’ the dentist said and I quote “I thought we could get away with not numbing the top since the bottom is numb” at this point I was really scare and concern but I didn’t want to stop the procedure mid-way and leave because I had already paid 200 dollars out of pocket for the appointment. So I decided to suck it up, The dentist than give me another numbing shot on the top gum, after the top gum was numb, they starting doing the filling again and it still hurts and all through I kept telling her it hurts and nothing was done to ease my pain and discomfort. I was in so much pain It felt torturous, when a patient says they’re in pain believe them and I don’t believe it is good practice to perform such painful procedure without making sure the patient is comfortable and really numb. This was all a waste of time and money because they didnt cover my silver (Mercury) fillings and my teeth sensitive got worse after this apptHere’s why I cried on my way home: I have sensitive teeth and the sound of the dentist tools hurt my teeth and ear so I usually take a headphone to play music while they work and I will closed my eyes (they don’t provide the dental glasses) but today I kept my eyes open and while they were working on my teeth they were distracted by the TV, while they had tools in my mouth, they will pause and turn to the TV. It was THE scariest experience I have had at a dentist. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to upset them but I remember praying for it to be over so I could leave.I will call my insurance and ask if they cover laughing gas and other anesthesia that would have ease my pain in addition to the numbing shot that was given, because I fail to see why more wasn’t done to ease my pain and I will also be looking for another dentist. You guys are nice people but today you were careless with me and I have no choice but to write this review to say my peace.
