Dr Nelson and his awesome staff are beyond great! Im horribly stressed when I have my teeth worked on. But they all put me at ease and Im able to have my teeth, and my familys, worked on pain free! I recommend them and I guarantee you wont regret it. Top notch!

We have experienced pulled teeth, fillings, crowns, chipped teeth and implants in that time. Dr. Nelson worked with our orthodontist on four sets of braces. Hands down the BEST dental experience ever! Our whole family (4) have been clients for the past 14 years. This includes abscessed tooth in youngest son and replacement of front permanent tooth in our oldest autistic son. The staff answers our calls even when we are on vacation needing assistance finding a dentist in another city. All of the staff are very professional, caring, and wonderful peopleWould not trust anyone else for our dental care!

Like most people, Ive always dreaded having to go to the dentist. But I have to say that this place is great. Ive been going here for the last 4 or 5 years now and Ive never had a bad experience. Dr. Nelson and his staff are awesome. He always takes great care to make his patients feel comfortable and at ease, and he’s great about explaining the details of the procedures and what to expect afterwards. I highly recommend them.

For the past 5 years I’ve gone to Dr. Nelson’s office for my dental care. I always enjoy going to see him and his staff as they are pleasant and very professional. Dr. Nelson has a Great Staff, so friendly and very welcoming. He explains everything he is going to do, multiple times before he completes the procedure. Great Dentist and I would highly recommend him and his office.

He acts nice, along with staff. They seem wonderful. But, he misled me about what the procedure would entail. A friend had shown me the excellent job he did with her front teeth, so I trusted him to repair my two chipped teeth. I preferred veneers or lummineers but he convinced me he could fix my two teeth by crowning my THREE front teeth and would grind down just enough to give the...(crown)...something to hold onto. My teeth were still good, just chipped, and I didnt want to lose them, but he convinced me that he could salvage most of the teeth. As he was grinding, I touched the teeth with my tongue and they were being ground down into nubs. I couldnt speak while he was in my mouth, so I couldnt stop him. I immediately had trouble with one of the crowns falling off twice, and he reattached them. Less than two years later, I was biting into a soft piece of fruit, not even an apple, and the same one just popped right off along with the remaining part of the tooth. Less than two years later, he tells me sorry but his work is only guaranteed for one year.

The staff is truly amazing and Dr. Nelson is a great dentist. Everyone is so friendly and they know their stuff. This is the only dentist I have had since moving to Arlington and it will be my last. I would recommend Dr. Nelson to all my friends and family.
