I would definitely recommend Collin St. Dental!!. It was easy to get an appointment, I wasnt feeling well when it was time for my appointment, I called to reschedule and the receptionist showed empathy and worked with me. She rescheduled me to a later time the same day to come if I was feeling better. The check in process was quick, Dr. Patel was really nice and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain as well as answer any questions I had. I didnt feel rushed at all. The whole staff was great.. It was just an overall wonderful experience.

The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming, the facility was clean, and they also have a tv on the ceiling!! I thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

My daughter had a dental emergency on a Saturday, and our normal dentists office was closed. I found Collins Street Dental and they were able to see her almost immediately. The entire staff was wonderful! They were very kind and professional. Dr. Mendoza took excellent care of my daughter and took time to give explanations and answer questions. I highly recommend this practice.

I was looking for a new dentist after mine retired. I tried Collins St. Dental and was impressed by the staff and facility. It is a modern, clean facility. Procedures were explained in detail. Overall it is a fine clinic. I will return again

My first impression with the receptionist at the front desk at Collins St Dental location, was a very pleasant, welcoming and an impressive one. The dental assistant and the dental provider went into details in explaining everything concerning my tooth prior and post any procedure and i did really appreciated that.They were upfront of what the cost was going to be and i appreciated that as well. The receptionist at the front, the dental assistant and the dental provider were all very welcoming, cordial, accommodative, knowledgeable, and addressed all my concerns. The facility is very neat and safety precautions were in place, which is some of the qualities i look for. Overall i did receive an excellent service and I am glad i found them.

Dr. Bolus and his staff are all very kind and amazing. I definitely recommend this place if your looking to get any dental work done.

My experience with Collins St Dental has been very good. The dentist is taking time to do the job right. If that had been done the first time I would have had better success with the dentures that are now broken.

I received a flyer in the mail several months ago to have when I was ready to find a new dental office. I was thrilled when I called them to schedule an appointment and they had availability the very same day. I was expecting to be turned away but the staff is very courteous, the facility appears to be clean and very new and theyre right next to Starbucks if you want to treat yourself after your appointment. Ive found my new forever dental office.

Have been bouncing around dentists for the past few years with no luck finding one I really liked. This place changed my mind, and I will definitely be returning. Dr. Nikki and the whole staff were super accommodating and really in sync with one another. Even with the pandemic going on, they still found a way to make me feel at ease during my visit. Their communication is on point, and I could tell they actually had my best interests at heart which means a lot.

Very friendly and my hygienist was super gentle and knew what she was doing, which was important as I havent been to a dentist in years. I needed work and they sat down with me to get to a payment that worked for me. I had no intention to go so long without seeing a dentist, but Im glad I chose them to come back to.

It was a very enjoyable experience. The staff were welcoming and made you feel at ease right away. They were able to work me in during a time frame that worked well with my school schedule and they were even able to take care of my crown that same day! Dr. Kazi was very detailed and kept me well educated on the situation and the procedure. Tammie was very accommodating to my financial needs and worked with me on setting up a plan that was best suited for me, especially as a college student. I felt very comfortable here. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Dr. Misha Kazi is a very understanding and practical doctor. I so far love the dental work that has been provided to me and the staff is extremely attentive and polite. I havent had a dental doctor this good in a long time and definitely recommend her to anyone looking for quality work.

Sandra was so welcoming and her bubbly personality made it so fun because it was more than just a visit; she connected and was extremely personable. Alyssa was so friendly and great at getting me set up with my x-ray’s. Tammy is the clinic’s financial coordinator and she was so accommodating and broke everything down for me before we proceeded with anything else. I appreciated the clarity and how she was helpful in relaying the insurance information to me. Finally, the star of the show, Dr. Kazi, who is exceptional at her craft. I’m glad I found her as my dentist and appreciate her taking the time to explain to me step-by-step on what they are doing and why. Overall, the entire staff is kind, fun, and professional. My visit to Collins dental was thanks to a Groupon I found for this office and I’m so happy I chose to come here. The minute I walked in to the office, the welcome was amazing. The ladies that did my x-rays and cleaning were very nice and made me feel comfortable by asking what I’d like to watch on Netflix. Once I received my exam from the dentist and we went over the plan and finances I was so happy with my visit that I signed up for their in office insurance and will only be coming here for all my dental work. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of a dentist.

I’ve had a fear/phobia of dentist for the past 15 years which prevented dental care my entire adult life. As a single mother, I want to teach my son the best and oral hygiene should be at the top of the list right? I literally passed Collin Street Dental on my way home from an exhausting day of work and the building caught my eye. I called them while stuck in traffic. From the moment Sandra answered the phone, I knew I was home. I’d made a dental appointment with another dentist just a few days before for a check up for my son and possibly me (I planned to cancel out of fear) but I just didn’t feel comfortable with them. I explained to Sandra my fear and she let me vent my entire drive home. She told me they understand and assured I was in good hands. I had no idea how truthful this statement was. My initial exam and my sons exam were perfect! And Dr. Misha made me feel like.... a family member, a friend. She made sure I knew the treatment plan as I had a tooth that needed to be extracted. She planned to send me to a surgeon but I insisted she remove the tooth as I felt so much comfort with her and her assistant. With hesitation I’m sure lol, she booked my next appointment a few weeks out. Well, my tooth had a mind of it’s own and broke this past Friday, my appointment was a whole week away. I called Sandra immediately and she encouraged me that if I felt any pain to come in. I tried home remedies for the pain but vertigo set in Monday causing me to call Sandra yesterday. They scheduled me an emergency appointment right away. Today, I got an extraction and root canal with Misha. Let me explain why I’m typing this with tears in my eyes, the whole office made me feel like Beyoncé, they made me feel so special. The only thing I felt throughout the whole procedure was a small pinch from the numbing injection. I didn’t feel ANYTHING!!! we laughed throughout the procedure(s) and they made sure I was comfortable by offering to stop. My extraction gave Misha a run for her money but she got it!! I felt so relieved for her! I love those girls!!! And can’t wait to go back!! The energy in the office is so amazing, the girls work together as an amazing team and the treat their patients like royalty! I’d quit my job in a minute to just be around them everyday!

Dr.Kazi and staff is the BEST of the BEST! I stopped going to the dentist office years ago, because I always had the worst experiences. Created fear and as a result of that fear I lost many teeth at such a young age! I was always embarrassed to smile and if I did I would always cover my mouth so no one could see all of my missing teeth! Until I made a decision to do something about it, conquer that fear and get the help that I so desperately need. Everything changed the moment I made the call. The young lady I spoke with was very informative provided me with all the information I needed and immediately set me up an appointment to come in. The staff was very nice and professional and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was the best! Dr. Kazi reviewed all of my xrays, talked to me about my treatment plan and answered all of my questions. I have new teeth, I no longer hold my hand over my mouth to smile. I share my experience with everyone I come in contact with, I can not stop smiling! Dr. Kazi and staff changed my outlook on going to the dentist office! Fear is totally gone! I recommend everyone going to Dr. Kazi I can assure you will not regret it! Best experience Ever!

Me and my Two daughters went to this dentist in April 2019 because they open on the weekends,I’m very disappointed because they really didn’t clean my kids teeth as well as Mint dentistry, I didn’t get my teeth cleaned because they recommended other services and wanted me to come back .So after I saw the way they cleaned my daughters teeth I knew I wasn’t going back. So I tried to go back to Mint dentistry and they advised that I had my used my benefits and I didn’t. So I have to wait to after the New year to get my teeth clean because Collins St dental charged my insurance for service I didn’t get.I hate when Dentist have your come in and don’t do anything but recommend all this other stuff charge your insurance. I won’t ever go back and I wouldn’t recommend this dentist office.
