Lupe is so helpful at at a very trying time. Losing a pet is losing a family member and it is consoling to have a place to go to memorialize one’s dear friend. Their memorial wall gives a chance to express publicly your thoughts and feelings about your beloved. Peaceful Pets is a real comfort.

The ONLY reason Im giving 3 stars is because Im grateful Peaceful Pets is open 24/7 and when we were able to talk to someone they were pleasant.That being said... I feel like all I paid for was for them to be available 24/7. My pet rabbit of 8 yrs. passed on Sunday, 12/27. We were told 7-10 days and on Friday, 1/8 after not hearing from anyone I asked my husband to call and he had to leave a message because no one answered. On Tuesday, 1/12 we still had not received a call back so called again finally being told we could pick our Bunny up.To say I am upset with what was brought home is an understatement... I knew the urn would be generic but it is a white plastic box with a Peaceful Pets sticker slapped on it. Theres NOTHING to indicate that my pet is in there; not even his name.I paid the extra $15 for his paw print and was given it with his name written in pen on a piece of white paper.I am just very disappointed and sad. We have 5 other pets and will not be using this company in the future.

I called them the day after my cat passed away. They were so caring and thoughtful in regard to my situation, and very patient while I explained what I wanted. The turnaround time was even faster than I expected. I had her ashes back less than a week after her passing. I cant recommend them enough.

After tragically and unexpectedly losing my sweet kitten, i immediately called peaceful pets. everyone in the office are so helpful and kind and caring. they make sure to guide you through everything so there are no surprises toward the end of your services with them. i will definitely be using them again in the future. I was very satisfied with how attentive and kind both Lupe and Mike were in helping me and my family during this very trying time in our lives. Lyric was my first and only dog; I was not very sure of what the process was after a beloved furry family member passes, but Lupe explained everything to me and what their process of aquamation was and it made me feel like I could trust them with my little ones remains. Mike was very respectful and understanding of our grief when he came to pick up my little ones remains. I appreciate him for that. And last but not least, they had my little ones ashes back in my care in a timely manner. I really appreciate how smooth they made this whole process for us. I am a over the road truck driver away from home when my Sophie passed. Being devastated Peaceful pets really helped me out. They even provided a way to ship her to me. I am so thankful to them. When I was in Oklahoma I had nothing but bad news. They wouldn’t ship my puppy’s remains at all. So now you know why I am so thankful for peaceful pets. When my sweet, elderly pup passed during the freak snowstorm I immediately started looking for a place to take him that would treat him with the care and respect he deserved. I believe I found the exact place I was searching for! From phone calls to setting up drop off to the actual in-person arrangements to the pick up, the whole process was handled with kindness and professionalism. His wooden urn was lovely when I retrieved him today. This isnt a service you really want to have to think about with a beloved pet, but when that time comes... I needed to get my beloved corn snake cremated. The staff were so caring and respectful. It made this difficult process so much easier for me.

Losing my Xena was very devastatinghappened late at night. I called Peaceful Pets and they were able to help me within 2 hours. Their office is only open 9-5 but they keep the line open for 24 hours. We called around 8pm and they had Oscar at the office to meet us at 9:15pm. At that moment I only requested 1 paw mold but I called the very next day and asked for 2 more and Oscar made it happen. Thank you Oscar and Lupe for making the process less painful.

We knew Minnie was going to die, but we didnt know when. Tess found this company online and sent it to me so we were ready. Within thirty minutes of Minnies passing, the people from Peaceful Pets met me at their office, even though it was after 7 PM. Minnies ashes came home 7 days later. Everyone I spoke to was unbelievably empathetic, and considering the shape my daughter and I were in, it was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Peaceful Pets.

This place was so sincere and kind. The urn is beautiful and they threw in an extra wildflower card to grow flowers in our Banes memory and a rock with an engraved quote. They made the process so easy so we could focus on mourning our beloved pet. Great place

They were so pleasant and made the awful experience of losing a pet bearable. I could not recommend them more. My sweet cat, Lydia, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly last week. I was so distraught and inconsolable. The process of finding a cremation service seemed incredibly overwhelming until I called Peaceful Pets. They were beyond compassionate and considerate, and I was able to take her in the same day. They thoroughly explained their process of aquamation which I found reassuring in my moment of heartbreak. They were not my first call this time, but they definitely will be next time.

Wonderful service. Even though our dog passed away on a weekend in late August last year, we called Peaceful Pets that same day, and they still were able to respond to us immediately. We decided to go through with the aquamation and receive the ashes with a nice pet house urn. Overall, they were very kind and patient people to work with, so we recommend Peaceful Pets.

When our cat unexpectedly died we took him here for cremation. It was a late afternoon when he passed away from being ill and we needed to take him somewhere. I chose Peaceful Pets because their website says 24/7; they are not. We had to store his body on ice until the next morning. This was upsetting but understandable. Which is why I still rate them 5 stars. But please consider changing your website regarding your hours of operation.Yuki was returned to us in about a week’s time. We brought our own urn & they assisted us in placing his ashes inside for us. That was very thoughtful.Maybe I’m still saddened over our loss but it seemed inappropriate to text us hours after receiving his ashes and request a rating, maybe give us a few days. Also after talking to me about my deceased pet telling me to “Have a blessed day” was hurtful & it hit me wrong. I get and appreciate the gesture but maybe instead say “We are sorry for your loss” Still all in all we are pleased we chose them.

I took my bearded dragon in some time last week. Lupe, who I spoke with over the phone, was very professional and kind. I was able to get in the next day to drop off my pet and it was a very pleasant experience given the circumstances. They told me to expect an almost 2 week wait, which I was totally fine with but I ended up getting her back in just over a week! Im very happy with peaceful pets and when the time comes I will be using them again.

We lost our precious Lola who was our fluffy bed head guinea pig. We called, set an appointment and all details were smooth and we received her as they said we would. We highly recommend this place as one being eco friendly and they gave the emotional support needed to say goodbye. We will bringing our other animals here when their time comes. My dog passed away on a Saturday afternoon. Peaceful Pets made an arrangement for a special pick up next day morning even though its office was closed on Sunday. Their service is greatly appreciated and recommended.

Very professional and caring. They treated my Shellien like one of their own & allowed us to spend a little time together before she went on her small journey before returning home. We were allowed to provide our own urn and they transferred her into it. I recommend Peaceful Pets & I would use their services again. Hopefully not soon but in the far future.

They answer 24hrs a day, and I really needed that. I called around 7:30am on a Saturday, and was able to bring my baby to them at 10am the same morning. They are kind, caring, and very patient.

Recently lost my loved one, Ping, about a week ago, and when I came in contact with this place, they got me in right away. Loved the fact that they’re 24/7 because you really can’t predict what day your loved one will pass. They’re very quick and made things go so smoothly and easily. We had an unexpected death on a Sunday. I contacted several facilities but they were all closed until Monday. Then I came across Peaceful Pets. They were at my house in no time. They were sympathetic, accommodating and did everything they could at that difficult time. They had to cut brush and pull a 70 lb dog out. I’m glad I found them, I couldn’t have asked for more. They really are the best.

This place was definitely the best! Very professional and made sure I was comfortable with my decision and they really went above and beyond for me and very super respectful. It was very hard to let go of my baby kitty but they gave me a minute to say goodbye and were very comforting. The urns and urn jewelry are all very beautiful. Definitely recommend peaceful pets for anyone thats going through the loss of there pets.

Overall, I was very happy with the aquamation process. Lupe the office mgr was wonderfuly compassionate and very professional in handling my beautiful 15 yr old golden retriever Suzis aquamation The only reason I am not giving a 5 star rating is because of the disappointing job that was done on her paw print. It was cheaply smeared on a thin piece of paper which I could have done better and saved money.

Peaceful pets is a very welcoming place for grieving pet owners , they had my oso ready within 5 days. The team that was present was very kind and understanding. Theyre open 24 hours which is great because the time we needed them was later than 11 p.m.. Great place to take your loss pet.

My sons first and dearest pet was a bearded dragon lizard named Barclay. After Barclay died, my son asked if we could get the lizards ashes sent to him at college out of state. Barclay died on Friday night. I contacted Peaceful Pets on Saturday and they responded the same day. I dropped Barclay off and the ashes were ready by Tuesday as promised. Now I can send them to my son and he can get closure. Peaceful Pets is kind, responsive and Eco-friendly. I highly recommend them.

We could not recommend Peaceful Pets more. They were with us through the whole process, I texted them late at night when I didnt think our sweet girl would make it to the morning, and they were so encouraging. They met us at the vet the next day, then kept us updated on the process the whole way. So caring, so professional and actually made the process slightly easier, if there is such a thing in this situation. We got our baby home in a gorgeous urn and would recommend to anyone facing this sad situation.

Pets don’t always pass away during business hours and Christi with Peaceful Pets went out of her way to meet us and make sure our sweet baby was taken care of. Peaceful pets, Christie and Michael, have been very compassionate and when Michael came to pick my Chihuahua, Lulu, up he was very gentle. Christie has been very kind on the phone. I cried a lot and she has been patient and i would highly recommend them. And it felt good to know i was doing something good for the planet and i would have my beloved pups ashes.

Appreciate the service they provide. We had a heart breaking final three months with our furry baby. And even knowing that her last days with us were near we were still very unprepared with what to do with our dog when she passed at home in my arms. The process at Peaceful Pets DFW was very straight forward and uncomplicated, which was very much appreciated after a long day of grieving for our baby. I loved the idea of the water cremation and we were very pleased at the final presentation of the dog’s remains. We will eventually do a burial but it is nice to know that we can wait until we are ready to do that. Thanks for helping our family.
