Loosing a loved one is extremely difficult. We are thankful to have met with Ninfa to ease our minds and really make the process bearable. We met with her several times as this was a first loss for our family and new territory. She made us feel comfortable, never rushed and always followed up by phone as she promised she would. Her professionalism was top notch every step of the way.The staff for the visitation and celebration of life service for my grandmother was well mannered, professional, organized and overall attentive to our family needs and requests. Not once were we told we could not- to a request.My grandmother looked beautiful! She was well respected and cared for.The selection of flowers we chose were beautiful, the picture frame we selected was stunning!Every detail of what we wanted was well done. We truly could not have asked more during a time such as this.Our family thanks all the staff, for their time, support and attention to detail.

As this was my first experience with a funeral home, I was very apprehensive. My need was not for a large funeral with all of the trappings; and because of that, I did not know how I would be received. Rob, LaFreda, and Tim were able to get me through the most difficult time of my life easier than I thought possible. They listened to my stories. They helped me select a casket and flower arrangement that matched my wifes personality. They coordinated with the cemetery in Austin. The service was graveside. Ten people. Intimate.It was beautiful. Just like I wanted.

I called and spoke with LaFreda Smith she was wonderful..she came to my home and went through all the information needed to help me pick out the best program for my mother.I must say everything from the casket, the program, to the flowers, and in-between was beautiful. The photo design lets you add up to 250 photos of your love one to share with family and friends.The web page design was great. So easy to manage and all of the obituary information is right their. We had a slight challenge and Rob, Funeral Director took care of everything and made the experience easier. I owe you a big Thank you.I owe a big thank you too Crystal Poppell as well; as she handled all the paperwork and guided us thru the remaining process. She gave me her mobile # and told me to contact her even on her day off if we had any problems.All in all I couldnt be more happy with the entire service.
