Walked in with a faulty lcd and they fixed it in 30 minutes. Amazing quality and very inviting welcoming environment. Also it was very cheap compared to other places I’ve been in the past. Highly recommend coming here!

Nice guys, not good technicians. It took two trips to get a screen replacement for my Galaxy S8. First time, the trim was the wrong color. Second time, the backing wasn’t properly sealed to the screen – I was told the backing would seal fully when the glue dried. Never happened. I went to a DIFFERENT shop to get the phone sealed and that technician made some disappointing discoveries: 1) an improper industrial glue was used that is damaging to the phone, 2) there were screws missing from the internal assembly and 3) the battery was punctured when Dr. Phone Repair replaced the screen, which caused it to swell and was the reason the backing wasn’t sealing. It took a lot of clean up, time, and a replacement battery to get my phone in working order after the poor job done at Dr. Phone Repair.

It might now have been the out come I wanted but everyone that helped me here was why I will keep coming back. I brought them a phone they probably do not work on a lot(Google pixel 4a) for a screen replacement and to have the camera lenses replaced. The camera part was on back order but they fixed my screen no problem and let me know they would fix the camera when the part comes in. Long story short they messed up but owed up to there mistakes, they fixed the camera on my fiances phone for free before we left for vacation because they could not fix the camera on my phone due to the part being on back order. If I ever have another problem with my phone I will come here because they were so helpful and understanding and honest, I would recommend anyone that was having phone problems to have them look at it.

They were so kind and helpful. Would highly recommend. I went in for a screen replacement, but they showed me it was actually the battery. They could have easily sold me on both a new screen and battery, but they were honest and told me I only needed to replace the battery. They also have a great phone case selection all for $20.

I am extremely thankful to have found this place! The person that helped me was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. They were able to repair two major issues on my phone quickly, and were far more reasonably priced than the 10 other places I called around town. Will be recommending them to everyone!

Repair tech rushed on my device forgetting the actual problem I was there for. Went to retrieve my phone after the repair was completed, it wasnt . I went in for a charger port and got a back glass cause they had one. Only the back glass was installed. Store owner promptly called his tech back into work after hours to get my device fixed properly.turns out they only had used replacements. Had to return the next day to get the repair completed. Overall great service just need to keep an eye on their techs to ensure ALL repairs needed and agreed to are performed on time not the next day.

Took my iPad mini to fix a broken screen. When I came to pick it up the resolution was not the same and the lock button did not work anymore. They wanted to charge me extra to fix it when it wasn’t even something I went in for. They didn’t even want to offer me a discount when I could’ve went somewhere else where they would’ve done it correctly!

They fixed my iWatch series 3 screen when it broke. After a couple weeks the screen went black. They replaced every part available, and it ended up being with the motherboard. I told them I did not have time for them to fix that, and the owner gave me a brand new iWatch series 4 with GPS for free!!! Great customer service, friendly, and I would highly recommend.

I have been here twice to fix my phone and they do amazing work, i was completely satisfied both times. both times my screen cracked from dropping it on the ground and the pixels were ruined causing my screen to turn black. they fixed my phone both times in under 20 minutes and also fixed my charger port (i had trouble charging my phone). i never have trouble changing it anymore. hopefully i don’t keep dropping my phone but if i do keep damaging it, i will stay loyal to this business 👍

Con artists!!! When you go there for work on your device, they change out your perfectly good working parts and replace it with faulty equipment, like batteries!! SEAN is very untrustworthy, always want to keep your phone for 2 hours before you can get an estimate. Replaced my iphone 7 screen really good and fast service

These guys went above and beyond for me trying to figure out what was wrong with my iPhone 11. They might be a little more expensive than the place around the corner but you can tell they use quality replacement parts. I used them a couple times to repair the screen on my phone and after the last time I broke it, it started acting all screwy with the battery always saying 100% but only stays on for a minute or so. They spent hours trying to track down the problem at no charge. But unfortunately I damaged it beyond repair. They are very knowledgeable, professional and always polite and helpful. Thanks for the help guys. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Dr. Phone Repair on Lamar. I’ve been in a couple of times and I have to say they are super professional and nice and courteous. They are knowledgeable and get the job done quickly for excellent value.

Service was swift and everyone was polite. Took my iPad in there completely shattered and dude had it fixed faster than the promised 48 hours. Def would recommend to anyone trying not to scar their fingers on the messed up screen!
