Not too bad but very unorganized store. The lady who works in the computer section was very helpful and had great knowledge of all their products.

I wish this store was as popular as it used to be. It is a cool place to walk around. I can tell it isnt nearly as active as it used to be so there are quite a few empty shelfs. I still like being able to get stuff and search for stuff at Frys.

I wonder if the store is in its death throes! All the excellent products, service, and expertise has been lacking. It seems they distribute their stock all over the store to make it look full. No computers, TVs, Stereos, Appliances. Its pretty basic. I wont go back there again.

I am so sad to see this store on the decline. I used to come here for everything electronic I could ever need: video games, computer parts, TVs, routers. You name it, they had it. However, the last few times I have been in it has been more and more depressing. The store is empty, with almost no inventory anywhere. They do not even have the components to build one full PC, just a random array of some parts.I have attached photos to show just how empty this store is. I really hope that it turns around, as it was one of my favorite stores, but I dont have hope. RIP Frys Electronics. You will be missed.

I have been here several times and I will say that you are lucky if you are able to find what you need here, especially at low price. It seems to me that Frys electronics is going out of business with half of the store being empty, where they can give good deals when items are on sale. It is a great place to get masks and hand sanitizers as they have a plenty here at a decent price. At my last visit, I purchased the last USB Hub for $6.99 on the shelf that day along with 3 individually packed KN95 mask for 99 cents each, they also have 20 packs in stock in the store the day I visited.

Its very clear the store is not getting new shipments in and it looks like they are going to go out of business at some point. Looks like all the Frys in the country are in this same slow liquidation. There is no big sale or anything and the prices are okay at best.

Coppell and Arlington locations empty... Sadness. I loved this store. I hope an investor buys and restocks it. Sobering reminder what ordering from your couch instead of in person does to local stores. I will miss you frys.

Unorganized and messy. If you have a choice between this location and N Dallas location go to N Dallas. Any Frys is better than no Frys but this one is by far my least favorite and Ive been a regular at the Houston, Burbank and now this location.

Huge disappointment. The place is like a giant warehouse with very little merchandise. Lighting is very poor. Definitely not like the Frys in Dallas. This location didnt even have computer systems. Avoid at all cost.

Nobody here. Not. Customers, associates, roaches or ghosts. Kinda creepy that theyre even open. Hard to find pricing on big ticket items. Not as much electronics as they used to have. Its more like a swap meet with toys and cologne.

Pro-stars:The employees are very knowledgable and have not failed to help me with what Ive needed to at least the extent of finding someone else who can help.One of the few places you can walk in to buy thermal compound without having to order it online.Selection on most of the products Ive inspected were not only fair priced compared to the marketing massacre that is every other big market for electronics these days.Employees never try to sell you on big computer jargon and actually give you an honest opinion to make a good decision for your needs.Con-star:Random perfume selection and didnt even bother to have gadgets that integrate the perfumes into a sort of security system trap, or other fun thing. Went in looking to snag a 3080. I wasnt disappointed when they were out of stock, as I expected that. Still, I was able to get some quality hand sanitizer and a 100ft ethernet cord. Good to see a place that still has hardware in hand. Will definitely be coming back for relays and resistors at some point.

Always check online prices. Their price match is a great way to save extra on items you are buying. I always spend at least an hour here. Sometimes the inventory isnt up to date and items arent always available

Better than Walmart and the Mall combined for a place to look at stuff while you waste time for an hour or 4 hours.

Place is always like a ghost town and the shelves are always so barren. The store was a lot better about 20 years ago, but times have changed. I give it 4 stars because their staff, while not always easy to find, are always very helpful.

Frys has much less inventory than in years past when they had a great selection of electronics for your home and car. There are still some great deals left though. Im extremely happy with the car stereo and speakers I got, and extended service plans are still available for a lot of their items.

There is absolutely nothing left in the store worth looking at. There are no sales associates, no registers are open (since theres nothing to buy). There is hardly any merchandise, empty aisles, empty displays, just junk leftover that nobody wants. Dont waste your time.The guy at the door checking receipts said this was all due to covid so maybe check back in 6 months, they might be restocked. Dont go there expecting to find what you want.

For my first time going to a frys I can say that I won’t be returning. No product on the shelves, no staff, just terrible. If you are looking for any electronics don’t waste your time coming here. Unless you need perfume or a cheap Chinese tv, Im not sure why youd come here. There were zero desktop or laptop.computers. A total of maybe 12 video games, all overpriced. The building is massive but everything in it could fit in a store a quarter of the size. And since there doesnt seem to be any pattern to how its laid out, prepare to wander aimlessly and do plenty of walking to find what you need. Spend that time driving to MicroCenter instead.

Im rating it a four only because of their limited supply of laptop sleeves, cases, keyboard covers. Couldnt find any for a 15.6inch Hp unfortunately. Otherwise it was a fun experience

I got color cartridge refilled at a good price.However, the unenthused employees were in no hurry to provide service customers. Apparently, theres also no urgency or pride in keeping the shelves stocked as the ink I went for was unavailable both in the original and the stores brand.If you dont have to come here, pass.

This place sure has lost its luster. Not only is half the store closed every aisle is only half stocked. This may be a small issue but its one of the few electronic stores Ive been to that doesnt even have a Wi-Fi system in play for its customers not to mention they dont have a touchless pay machine on a single register during these crazy times. Although they do have the plexiglass... It seems like the prices have also went up. I used to be able to go in there and find good deals now I find overpriced obvious Chinese products that Ive never seen before. I sure wish Incredible Universe would come back from the grave. This is one of the few electronic stores I could go to in the area that would undoubtedly have the obscure piece that I was looking for, if anyone else has found something of that nature in the area please feel free to reach out or respond to my post in a comment.

This used to be a great location, but not so much anymore. Very little stock and only a few employees. Did not have the patch cables I needed. Will not be coming back.

Place looks like it was getting ready to shut down permanently. Over half the store is empty, what few items they had are scattered across shelving and pig hooks to make it look like they have more than they really do. The only employee I saw on the entire store was the person standing by the exit and one cashier. I used to love coming to this place but I guess the pandemic has really hurt their business

Looks like this place is about to close I went to look at computers they had zero yes absolutely no computers and very little of anything looks like a inventory of traders village this place used to be to go to place for electronics and now they dont really have any I bet theyre going out of business sad to see another business going down in this huge location that theyre in I walked through the whole thing and I dont think I saw a single salesperson all the displays are broken down I didnt say it was going out of business but its very obvious that this business will soon be gone we saw one thing on the shelf that we were kind of interested in didnt have a price so we thought maybe theyll make a deal on this then when we took it to the register something that should have cost about ten or twelve dollars they wanted 49 so we left it there probably wont be back

Went into this location, found some monitors I’ve been wanting for a while. After putting them in our cart, a lady who worked their kept telling us to come check out at her desk. We were still shopping and walking around the store. She proceeded to grab our cart and take it to her checkout. After I went and grabbed it back, she stated, “I’m on commission, ya’ll need to check out here”. This was not something we received any help with. I know a lot more about these products than they do. However, she kept pressing us to check out right then and there. I told her, “You didn’t help us pick these out, your didn’t help within this entire process” because I didn’t need it. She kept trying to take credit for something she had nothing to do with. Dropped everything right there and walked out. Will not be back.

They barely have things in there store. Pandemic looks like it gutted them. It felt like I was shopping at Ross.

Place is a empty shell. Been that way for a year now. Not sure why the doors are still being unlocked at this point honestly. There isnt anything to buy. They only need about a 1/10th of the floor space if that to sell what off brand junk that still remains

It lose a sale to Best Buy. 👎I was at this Frys Location An hr Before I bought this TV at BB yesterday around 6pm.The associate at the TV area was helping me selecting a Samsung TV, however, He suddenly ignored me and abandoned me standing there with his computer and turned to help another person buying a $20 speaker cable and checked him out without saying a word to me. So, I felt like ok... kakakak 🤣, no wonder the store has no customer...👎Note: I would give it a -5 customer service rating if theres minus range is available.

I remember when this place was chock full of awesome electronic devices, parts and novelties. Its a shadow of its former glory with empty aisles and limited selection. Hope it makes a comeback.

I always liked Frys and from past experience would give 5 stars, but the store isnt what it used to be. Selections are few and sale prices arent as competitive. If you want to do a project on a dinosaur slowly phasing out just vist this weekly and write your paper.

Usually frys is the spot for great deals. However they were very low stocked and nobody there to help you. I was thinking about buying a camera and nobody was around to help unlock the case. I even called by phone and no one picked up. Walked around half the store and nobody to be found. I left.

Dont bother. Over priced and employees are not helpful at all. Asked for a network switch Nd the guy rolled his eyes and pointed towards an Isle. It was the incorrect isle. I left and just ordered the switch on Amazon. No wonder this place os goin out of business.

I really used to love coming to this place. Sometimes Id come and just check out computer cases and compare them in person before buying one. Now its just like everyone else is saying. Its completely empty. The shelves are barren and you cant find anything in store. Its obvious this company is on a quick decline, and it wont be long until it goes out of business. Regardless, if youre looking for electronics or computer parts... or actually anything just dont come here. Theyre pretty empty and its a huge waste of time.

This store is depressing. There is very little inventory and the employees are staring at their cell phones and offer very little help. We asked an employee where printer ink was and they just pointed to the other side of the store instead of showing us. Very poor customer service. We walked out.

Frys is obviously going out of business. They have no computers, tablets, phones, a select few televisions, basically everytime I have gone in over the past 6months I have been unable to find anything I have been looking for. It now looks like a giant depressingly empty post apocalyptic Walmart.

My wife hates when we go here... I spend too much time looking at all the neat stuff, from electronics to appliances... anything you want you will find here, and a few things you didn’t know you wanted!

These guys work hard but when they dont know something they dont always try to find someone else who does. Not all of the salespeople are like this but they do have a few. The ones that are willing to find out for you are great. So,I believe that theyre good people and a good company

Wow. Just wow. I’ve bought my last two laptops from this location and would much rather by my electronics from this store, rather than online. The main reason is due to the fact that I love to support brick and mortar businesses.Today however, I went in looking for decently priced blue tooth ear buds, a blue tooth car adapter, a (non gaming) mouse, and a lighting adapter. They didn’t have any of those items. Never mind that I had to approach two employees to request assistance. They seemed very reluctant to help even though the store was empty. One of them even saw me walking through each isle looking for my items. Instead of asking if I needed anything he proceeded to stay on his phone.No selection, and little customer service, sadly I won’t be returning.On a positive note, I will say, they MAY have the laptop you’re looking for as I found mine here twice; in 2014 and in 2019.

Let me tell you a story of a young man and his uncle. Not your typical uncle nephew story, no. This one is about building a PC. We go in, money in hand, and buy some cheap high end parts and build a PC I use 4 years later. The best place for PC parts, so sad to see it on its last legs. Brick and mortar shops like this are my favorite electronics shops. Thanks for the memories.

Dishonest, Deceitful business practices here. Watch out customers and CHECK EVERYTHING!I dont even know where to start. With all of the red flags going up, I knew we should not have spent our money with Frys. We came in to buy a Samsung Frame TV. The first one we looked at was an open box but we were assured everything was in the box. But I felt like we needed to check first. Lo and behold, almost nothing was actually in the box. The salesperson then says he will open the brand new 65 tvs box and take all of the parts from it, and put it with the 55 box. Im standing there thinking why would you open, devalue, and take parts from a more expensive and unopened TV to put in a less expensive opened box. Makes no sense. So we decided we will just spend the extra money and get the unopened 65 TV. We thought we were buying the security of having all of the components in the box we were told was unopened. We asked the salesperson to make sure everything was with the unopened TV since we were concerned about the fact that he already tried to take parts from this TV. He opens the box, looks in, says everything is there. Of course, we get home, open the box and realize the bag with all of the cords in it has been ripped open and we are missing items in our unopened TV.We then drive back 40 minutes to get the component, only to find out, not only were parts taken from this TV, it was used and returned. The TV, that was sold to us as a brand new unopened item, had been opened, set up with mweinsteins information, reboxed, returned, and sold again as a New Item. If your customers can not trust you, you will have no customers.Absolutely despicable business practices, and a horrible experience. This seems to be either a store, or company with no integrity.

Like a barren desert. I’ve always loved going to Frys but it seems like this location is going out of business. I went in to pick up my online order and remembered another item I wanted when I went inside to get it before getting my order I was shocked at how much is missing off the shelves. No Tv’s on display, only 2 cashiers and no one on the floor. It’s a shame another business going under.

Pretty cool place, but there always remodeling for one reason or another. There shelf’s are empty and they look like there getting ready to close the store down. But all in all a good place to shop.

Two stars; one for the location and the 2nd one I found something relative to what I need to work on last min project. It was my first time there. Walked in for a computer case. Bought one that wasn’t cheap at all. Eventually I got home and it should come with a remote to control the fans LD and was no one in there. Your employee was helpful to checkout the price and helped us to see different ones. However, please advise them to be professional and not to ask questions that has nothing to do with my transaction. And my advise to that provide more training on company policy/ handbook and customer service training. That will lift your place up. In addition to, shelves were not price tagged except one of them and 2 open boxes were tagged. As well as filling up your shelves with products, don’t leave it empty or shrink the size of your shelves to look appealing to your customer. The least I’ll do I will not return to your location.

The store is definitely showing signs of each age now. Its been there for a while and has not been up kept like it should. It certainly is not like their other newer stores. For instance are Flagship stores in Plano and North Dallas are very nice. Their selection is often limited and their accuracy between whats available online and whats actually in the store is Almost Never on check with one another. The people are fairly helpful for the most part. If you find the right ones oh, they can be a great service. Overall just an average experience for me and I go there at least twice a week. If youre in the Plano and Dallas area go to one of those locations, do not waste your time here. Youll be very disappointed

Strange place. Its like a Circuit City meets Radio Shack. I dont know how its still in business. Not much inventory on the shelves, BUT they do have electronics suppliers (solder, heat shrink, etc.) that is more expedient than ordering from Amazon or Ebay. The neighborhood may leave something to be desired.

Terrible customer service. The cashier knew I was in line. Ignored me. Was disappointed didnt have what I needed.

I was hoping to pick up some sensors, wire, etc for my Arduino projects and there was very little to find. Most of the shelves were empty.about the only thing in good supply was resistors

You know, when I walk into a store, even Frys, I expect them to have product on the shelves. Its so barren and bleak in there, and if they have what you want, theyll have 1 or 2, so it better not have any problems. The employees were helpful and friendly, which is impressive considering how much it looks like a dungeon.Oh, and if you actually find the thing you need, check the price against their own online listing. Had a product in my hand that was priced at 34.99, rang up at 38.99, but listed online at 32.99. (Brought it home, found out it was missing a vital part, took it back, found out they only had one and had to get a substitute 😂)

This place is a ghost of qhat retail used to be. First visit to Frys in 15 years, and disappointed is all I can say. Nasty looking tile floors, mostly empty shelves. No way to look up a product on a store computer for order, or at least that is what the girl at register 15 said. Sad day for Frys.

An almost empty store for well over two years. If Covid-19 is the reason, then the Arlington Frys was infected in early 2019. Dont bother visiting a store that shouldnt be open.

Wow. This place has gone downhill. Shelves used to be full of interesting electronic items, parts, gadgets, etc. Used to have vast amounts of TVs and A/V equipment. Todays visit revealed only about 75% of the shelves with anything on them...and in many cases it was only a handful of random items per shelf. The previously huge TV/AV area was a virtual ghost town. Not sure if theyre going out of business or not, but given the skeleton staff and skeleton products, it sure looks that way!

Man this place has everything. Unbelievable amount of electronics and some other cool stuff. Worth going just to look around. Staff somewhat helpful. Quick checkout. Plenty of parking. ☆

Horrible! This place is so sad! My 7 year old son said , Dad, it looks like something like the Walking Dead in here! I said your right son it does look a little desolate in here doesnt it. The place is like a ghost town. We went there to pick up a cell phone car holder for my fathers birthday present. The entire store looks like an apocalypse hit. When we went to check out i asked the young lady , are you all closing. She shook her head no. Never uttered a word. I asked well where are all your products , she said their there. I said where. She said there. I said ok and left.

I took my son in expecting to purchase parts to build him a new gaming computer. What we experienced was shocking. The computer area only had in stock a TOTAL of two motherboards and an array of cheap computer cases with NO prices listed on ANY of them. The salesman there stated that the company was not allowing them to order any new stock. After years of going to this store I am quite shocked at what is going on.

It was like visiting an old friend dying and on life support. You never want to see it like that. The employees are confused and sad because they dont know what is going on but all the inventory is gone expect for current stock. No clearance sales, no store closing sales. It was just sad.It used to be my favorite store... Worth traveling a good distance to get to.
