Rude Staff. Unprofessional. I’ve been a Customer for last 6 months weekly. This places Double charged me for alterations and cleaning twice without me noticing. Spent almost 200$ to him and taper about 6 pairs of pants. First time in. They Didn’t have them done when projected (5 days) Took a week longer. Got my pants back 2 pairs were not even altered and another pair had only one pant leg altered. One leg was over an inch longer. They charged me 20$ again just to him the same pants. The the drive through attendant admitted they messed up the first alteration. But had no choice to charge me to fix their mistake. Out of 20 drop offs and hundreds and hundreds spent here. I’ve never once got my clothes back in the projected time 3+ days. 8 shirts and 4 pants takes over a week to clean here. Beware they will charge extra if they can get away with it. And they get ghetto if you bring it up.

I had bad experience with other cleaners. Clothes always come out with wrinkles and stain on it. Until I found best cleaners, my clothes always come out just how I want it.

Absolutely The Best! I dropped my husbands work shirts off with little hope that they could get it cleaned. The shirts had been in crawl spaces, attics and all other dirty dusty places. Somehow they brought the shirt back to life! I highly recommend you bring your toughest stained and dirty garments to The Best Cleaners in Arlington and put them to the test!

I don’t normally write reviews but I wanted to write one for my experience here. I had some alteration done here and it always turns out great. My cleaning of my clothes is on point. I had some items that were missing buttons and the girls replaced them at no charge. Will continue to come here.

My regular cleaners closed down and a friend told me of this place. I left my clothes asking them to remove, what looked like grease stains, when I picked up my clothes the next day they looked GREAT. I will keep using this cleaners. Thanks Best Cleaners!

Friendly and fast service

I have been going to this cleaners for almost 2 years they ruined two of my (RL) polo shirts and (Adrian) told me that Raul was the person who ruined it and since he got fired for whatever reason not my business that they could only give me no more than 30.00 for a 100.00 shirt that I have only had for 6 months then she said that if I wanted more money for my shirt I would have contact Raul. The problem is I did not walk in to Raul’s Cleaners! I walk into Best Cleaners it’s Best Cleaners job to replace my shirt not his I paid best cleaners not Raul! Me as a customer shouldn’t have anything to do with the wrong dealing of their employees all my payments where made with credit card.Stay away from this place they have no clue about taking responsibility for their actions as a company!

After having a different cleaner ruin a shirt by destroying almost all the buttons, I decided to give Best Cleaners a chance. The garment cleaning was good and the shirt with the buttons replaced lasted only a couple of hours before one of the buttons came off and lost and two others were noticeably loose. Thats why only 3 stars

Ive been going to this cleaners since the last owners ran it. Noticed it was going through transition to have new owners and management. I was curious to see how the new owners change the business. I have been pleasantly pleased to see how nice they have transformed the business from the new landscaping, window dressing, clean interior and friendly staff that greets you with a smile every time you visit. Im a business owner in the area and I am impressed and happy to see entrepreneurs taking their business to a professional level. They also gave me a good deal on my drop off. Everything turned out great when I received it. This truly is the Best Cleaners.

When my daughters costume hadnt been picked up yet. The manager came all the way from fort worth Texas to get her the costume in time for her competition the next day. I recommend this to anybody an everybody. They are so understanding and I greatly appreciate there service. 5 star in my book!

Highly recommended!! I havent taken my articles of clothing to this place in years because of the declining quality and customer service but one day I met the new owner and he told me about all the improvements hes made since he has taken over. Changes such as new equipment, existing equipment upgrades, new computer system, new process and procedures, and his overall vision for the future of his new business. I decided to give them a chance again and I can honestly say he has completely turned things around. My clothes turned out flawless and looked brand new when I got them back. Glad to see them back on top of things! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I found the women in there to be condescending and lacking professionalism. They did a decent job on the clothes. No advertised rates per clothing item. I had to all about it.

This business took 8 of my pair of dress pants, which were quite expensive and altered them shorter, when they were clearly told to let them out. When trying on the pants, I pointed out that they went the wrong way, they made them shorter instead of longer. Before the final fit, the manager had cut off all the extra cloth rendering these pants totally useless because the alterations could not be reversed. I told them where I purchased the pants (which is about 2 miles from there store) and left them the pants so they could go purchase the same brand, name per brand name, original size per size. After weeks of needing dress pants for my work, I purchase the pants myself and presented them with a bill for six pair, trying to be fair and reasonable. The cost of the six pair which are not off the rack pants was $870.00 . Again, I told them where I purchased my pants, left them my old pants to compare brand name per brand name, and I gave them the store managers name where I purchased them so they could go in the store themselves, compare the brand names and also look up my previous order so they could see I purchased my 8 pair of pants they ruined from this very same store. I also gave them a copy of the receipt printed by the store cash register showing that my debit card had been used to paid for my replacement pants.I paid $80 dollars to have these pants altered by a business that has now ruined 8 very expensive pair of my pants. If this business would have practiced good alteration techniques, they would have not cut the extra cloth off from the legs of the pants until the final fitting. In this way, if they did make a mistake, it could be corrected. Their lack of competent knowledge in good alteration techniques ultimately has caused me extensive financial damage of almost $1,000.ooTheir insurance deductible is over a thousand so this company decided not to cover even 6 of my pair of pants and/or even reimburse me for charging me to ruin my pants. The owner of the shop called me personally and told me he would reimburse me for the pants and the cost of alteration but has not made any creditable efforts to do so.************ STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS ************I am now entering a phase in which I am having to sue this company in small claims court for damages they cost me personally. Their business practices seriously lack the professional approach to alteration techniques that do not harm their customers, and the management and owner never answer their phone, thus making it impossible to communicate.

Took in a dress with a wine stain on it. ask them if they can remove it. I got it back and they said they couldnt remove all of it but still charge me for dry cleaning it

BAD! Mother been coming here 4 a while bc in & out fast. I started bringing my child NEWMAN uniforms, something as simple as toothpaste would still be on a red shirt. Yesterday, I dropped 3 white shirts, they had some dirt & few food stains, I told the lady that took them. Mother picked them up & it was as though they ironed them and handed them back to us. They said, well do them again, HELL YEAH youll do them again if you think were going to pay $11 for 3 shirts & keep coming here. So what if their fast, their service is not good & the language barrier has nothing to do with your sight & the fact you can still see dirt on a supposedly clean WHITE shirt. THEY do not deserve ONE star.

Ive been using this cleaner for the last 6 months because they are convenient for me as i alway drive pass them on the way to and from work. I notice all the bad reviews on google. I just want to give my opinion because i believe the new owners deserve alot more credit. I been using this cleaner before the new management team took over and i personally got the pleasure of getting to know the new owner. Thai has turned this cleaner around completely in the 4 weeks that he been there. Ive notice the quality of work and customer service improved dramatically. He retrained his employees and installed new and updated machines just so that his customers will be satisfied. I love the fast in and out service and the fact that everthing is washed there instead of being sent to another location. The new team has been very friendly and helpful to me, also to other customers as well. As long ive living in the area they will be my go to dry cleaners.

Be ware when you left cloth for dry cleaning. At least once they miss place my clothes and took them at least three weeks to find it. I gave them another opportunity to get their act together but they disappointed once again.This time they destroy a ralph lauren dress shirt that cost me $85.00 plus tax. I address the issue to one employee who i know works there for at least 5 years. She responded by laughing at my face and when i presed her she acted like she didnt understand English. To me that was even more insulting now she is insulting my intelligence.When I discuss the issue with store owner it ended even worst. She claimed she raised my concern with employee who happens to be related to owner. Owner state that employee remember seeing shirt already damaged before he iron it. When I confront her and ask her why will someone iron a shirt that as alleged was already damaged and dont tell anything to ownwer. She stared at me and came with another bs excuse.Before you make a decision please compare my rating with the rest of them and make your own conclusions.Thanks

They laughed when I walked a bit passed 9am and asked I could pick up at 5pm......

I told the person who attended to me, that my pants were new, and that I did not want to be marked lines on the sides of the legs, when the pickups were badly ironed and with lines on the sides, very bad work, I also asked for them soft and delivered to me all hard BAD SERVICE ....
