Recently started using them and so far they are doing a great job on my cleaning and they are friendly.

My husband takes his clothes for his cleaners and he always has to tell them not to put a crease in his jeans, but every time he picks his jeans up they have a damn crease. Other than them not listening to the customer request I’m guessing they decent if you have no other option!

This is probably the worst cleaners service I’ve ever used. I typically don’t use them unless it’s last minute because they are nearest my home. In comparison to my preferred cleaners. I dropped off a 200 dollar pair of jeans to be cleaned and not only did they fade the black they also ruined the design on the pants. I took them back and spoke with the owner about it. He immediately place the blame on me by saying I should have pointed out that particular part of the jeans. I said to him sir I never said I didn’t. He then said well you shouldn’t dry clean this pant and I said I never gave a preference I allowed them to make the expert determination. He was extremely combative and unwilling to reach a resolve from the beginning. He then claimed they have a 10x the cost of clean policy for any damage, that he could then not find any proof of. He offered me 30 dollars for the damage. I’ve always felt there service was subpar but for the cost I never complained. This Incident was the final straw. I’ll never use this cleaners again.

I will never be back. This place is poorly ran and never on time with orders for pickup. Take your business somewhere else, save yourself the hassle and from getting ripped off. Also, more than a few occasions, some of my clothing articles were missing and never found. Poorly ran and owner/management is the worst. Just leaving an honest comment. No hard feelings, but I’m not returning here ever again under any circumstances.Stuart McCallum

Overcharges on bills and does not give a clear explanation. Has shirts advertised for $1.19 but they are for only Small size ( makes no sense). False advertising. Beware of your charges... Today was my last time at this cleaners.

Very good cleaners. Rarely break buttons and will reiron if needed with no questions asked.

Signs on door state they open at 630 AM. This morning was the 5th time I have been there at 630 AM and not open. Monday, 1-20, I was there and nobody opened up until almost 645 AM. This morning I left at 635 AM due to nobody being there. I use this cleaners because of their hours and closeness to my work so I can be on time to work at 7 AM. If they want to open later, that is their choice, but do not put 630 AM as the opening hours on the door then.

I have been going to this cleaners for years and never had an issue. I get the same 4 items dry clean for my kids karate uniform. I spent the same amount 12.61 every time until today. Today an older lady I never seen in here before tried to charge me 21.00 I informed her I have never paid that all the years I been going there and she looked it up in the history and said they have been charging me wrong. I stated for 8 years I been charged wrong. Then she asked do you want it done are not. I told her I dont and there are dry cleaners all over and choose this one but no longer will I do that. There is usually a younger girl there that is nicer and customer service is better. I will never go back there again and give them my money. I would suggest you dont either.

My go to dry cleaners. I live 40 minutes away and pass 2 dozen other cleaners but I still use this cleansers. Discount priced but the cleaning and service is worth the trip

4 star cleaners very good prices

I really hate leaving bad reviews but this last experience made me change my mind. I have never had so many issues with a cleaning service! They are continuously losing my clothes. The last time I was there I ended up arguing with the older lady because she was telling then yelling at me that I had no clothes there! Finally another young lady looked through the clothes that had lost the ticket and found my dresses. A few months later I tried the service again thinking that it was a one time issue.....nope, it happened again. I really hate looking for another cleaners because this one was right up the street, but its either that or running out of clothes because they dont know how to document customer information.

Terrible Service... 1st time ever using them and will be the last. Dropped off clothes Sat. Went to pick up monday and my clothes still had stains on them. They smelled just like they did when i took them off as if they never cleaned them. When i said something about it they got an attitude. Stated that i wasnt trying to be picky but you could clearly see the stains that I was able to scratch off with my fingernail. The young lady still had an attitude. I asked to speak with a manager and they told me that the manager doesnt come in during the week... I asked am i supposed to pay (already pre-paid sat)for something they didnt do and she said were gonna do the same thing we did the first time and i said not clean them? She said yes.....Terrible service Do not use them. Just because its cheaper doesnt mean its better

My main issue with Y Pay More is inconsistency in pricing. When the lady manager/owner checks me out I always get up charged for having “extra large shirts” which is strange because my shirts are regular medium size. She will do this 30-40% upcharge without telling me and then make an adjustment only after I bring it to her attention. The regular workers always charge me the normal pricing. Last time she refused to adjust the false upcharge so I took my business elsewhere where they dont play games on pricing.

They didnt clean well my clothes and I had to return it to them again. After the second time dirt and dark spots were still there. When I asked them to remove it they refused to make it. The lady instead of giving apologies for the bed service and coused unconvince started screaming on me and blaming me on my choice of the clothes. Really? Yes, I came from Europe but it doesnt mean that I cannot recognize good and bad service. I regret that I went there. They took my time and money and spoiled my day :( Very sad

STAY AWAY!! I only gave one star because I cant give zero. I went here for 6 years without an issue. Great people, friendly, and knew me by name. I never had to tell them anything. I just walked in and they knew my order. Even though I had moved from Arlington, I was driving from FW to Arlington just for my laundry because this place was awesome. Then starting in Nov. 2016, it was all new faces. They put holes in three of my shirts on back to back drop offs. When the first one happened, I thought maybe it was a coincidence or even an accident. I had never had any issues before so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Then I picked up my 2nd dropoff of the month and more shirts with holes. Now I knew something was wrong. After six years of loyalty, all they would say is there is nothing here that can cause holes. They didnt offer to repair or replace the shirts. 6 years I gave them all my business! Clearly, its something in the cleaners they are using and it doesnt sound like they even know what it is or are turning a blind eye to it. I dont know if its new management or new staff, but I will NEVER go near this place again. Who wants to go to a cleaners that refuses to admit any kind of fault?! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

I rarely give reviews but after my experience I had to say something. I dropped off my clothes Monday afternoon and picked them up Tuesday evening. I didnt think about looking at the clothes until this morning when I was getting ready for work. The clothes smelled like they were never cleaned. If I didnt want them cleaned why in the world would I pay for them just to iron dirty clothes. I will be calling them today but will never go back.

I have been in there twice now and both times I have had to have them redo my stuff! I pay extra for creases and starch and when its not done they get rude and tell me that I need to tell them when I drop it off...which I did. They are extremely rude everytime not to mention my stuff still had stains ALL over it and new ones that look like are there from a dirty iron. I will NEVER go there again. Please just stay away especially if your stuff is getting dry cleaned and pressed for work!
