Despite all these horrible reviews Ive been going to this place for 3 years, have always kept my receipt to keep track of what Ive dry cleaned and have never had an issue OR have them try and rip me off. Seems more like the other reviews have never used a dry cleaner before

Great people excellent service

Absolutely horrible service and work quality! The owner ruined a perfectly brand new dress for my daughter’s wedding! The seams were sown crooked! The lining stitched to outside of the dress making it fall incorrectly! All this and she demanded payment and told me to never come back!The dress is so bad, another seamstress refused to fixed it!There aren’t enough negative stars I could give!

While they have a convenient location in the village, my clothes were not ready for pickup until after the day that they promised. Also, ignore the 20% off Wednesdays sign in the window as they seem to change the policy every week ... if they honor it at all.

Horrible! Horrible! I spent $78.00 on 14 pieces. My clothes still have wrinkles in them and little pieces of dog hair.... I decided to look at the reviews after the fact, and the reviews are right.

I think this place is great. The clothes are always ready on time and they do a good job for me. The only problem is their lack of heat in the winter and the lack of air conditioning in the summer.

Despite the negative reviews, I thought I would give this place a try. Huge mistake. I decided to try their 20% off Wednesday deal, and they told me that everything would be ready in 2 days. Three days later, they told me it would be ready by 5 pm that night. When I arrived at 5 PM they were unloading clothes from a van, and told me their machine had been broken since last week, so they had to clean the clothes somewhere else. Then, they told me that none of the pants I had dropped off were ready, and I needed to come back Monday. I told them that this was unacceptable, and they promised me a big discount. When I came back, they offered me only 10% off, and showed me a receipt that was higher than the one they originally gave me. When I told them that the amount was different, they told me that they had needed to correct the first receipt. I demanded at least 30% off the discounted price. They told me that I was hurting the community because they would go out of business. I get the feeling that I wont be the reason that happens.TL;DR: Despite knowing that they had a broken machine, they promised everything to be ready in two days. They didnt communicate that there was a delay. They told me to come back 3 times because not everything was ready. And, when I finally did get my clothes, they upped the price.

I have used them before to tailoring . The garments come out correct, but unfortunately they are late, I have 2 garments that were supposed to be done by Saturday and they still are not ready. I ask have called several times and they do not answer the phone at all, which makesIt very hard to conduct business

This place is a joke, they couldnt find my comforter, and once they did (which didnt happen when I was nice about it weeks before, it took me getting mouthy for them to actually look for it) had the audacity to still charge me, but take off a lovely discount of 20%, thanks!The woman has 0 customer service skills, at least the man in charge tried somewhat to reassure me they would keep looking for it, but whoever that woman is at the front needs to go.As a member of the Shirlington community I wanted to give this place a chance but I learned my lesson, they dont care about their customers, avoid this business at all costs.

BUYER BEWARE: The owner will intentionally try and rip off people dropping clothes off. I dropped my dress shirts off. When I went to pick up they kept making excuses that it wasnt ready. When I finally went back, the owners wife said one of my shirts was a special kind of shirt and so that one would be triple the cost. When I told her that I showed it to her husband when I dropped it off and he didnt say anything, she just ignored it and responded, pay me my money. Customer Service and time commitment is something that does not exist at this place.

Ive had no issues getting my dry cleaning done here. Pretty typical place with typical prices. On the plus side, they do offer 20% off on Wednesdays.

I brought in several new pair of slacks, all of them came back with the same pattern of punch holes throughout the legs as if theyd been caught in a machine. I brought them back in to ask for a repair or replacement of them and the woman running the place at the time (not the owner/operator, just an employee) told me she could get the owner for me but that it would probably be a waste of time because that sort of thing happens regularly and they accept no responsibility.I dropped the slacks back off and they sewed the holes up rather than trying to reweave them. The repair they did does not look very good.

I wish I wouldve checked these reviews first before ever wasting my time here. They will be out of business soon, and they should be! I brought my shirts for routine wash/press - they were spendier than other places but the location was easy for me.First time they took their time when I walked in the door even though there was 3 workers standing around. But this wasnt the worst of it.I get my shirts back and one of my new shirts buttons were melted or broken. I immediately point this out to them and they said it was my fault because I should have the shirts (these are off-the-rack Nordstroms dress shirts) dry-cleaned instead of wash/press!!! What a joke, so I said you should not charge me for the cleaning and should fix the buttons (3 of them). The owner came out and said - it would cost $1 a button and still insisted on charging me for cleaning the shirt (twice).I said no way, and never went back. Told them that I would let others know the kind of business they run - they said ok. There are much better places that are close by. Avoid this place at any cost!

Always on time, always with great advice.

Charged $10.5 for the little kids dress and returned it with obvious stains (even with more stains than before). Ridiculous business.

Very disappointed with service.
