Spacious area to vacuum and dryoff vehicle. I havent visited in years and noticed no more machine to clean carpeted mats. Otherwise, wash does a very good job.

First time here and last But I payed 25 dollars for a carwash and had to vaccuum it out and dry it off the water residue myself usually here in Texas thatll get you washed and vacuumed out but I guess thats what I get for not asking but hey my bad!

Vacuums do not work. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.Edit: I guess theyre going to renovate, but Im still out the $6 that I had to pay to go somewhere else, just to vacuum. At a minimum, it seems disingenuous, at best, to remain open and offer vacuuming as a free service , while knowing (according to the attendant) that the vacuums are broken.

Went tuesday paid for the $12 “deluxe” wash vacuumed out my car and by the time i was home my entire car was covered in water spots.

The guys were so professional and helpful. I never knew they had a monthly subscription and what it all entailed. Friendly and professional

I’ve been using this car wash for about a year now and it’s awesome. Not far from my house. I pay once a month and it comes out automatically for the deluxe wash. Everyone is always polite and they remember me too!

I used to love this place but I guess they had a change in management. They did away with almost all of the wash options so not its just the cheapest and the most expensive option and they dont pre wash your car anymore and it doesnt get clean in just their machine.

The vacuums are really inconvenient, they are really bulky and is hard to vacuum in tight spaces. The car wash does not clean the car well compared to other car washes around the area.

Big wash with free vaccums. 6$ wash is cheaper than where my hometown is, and the length of the wash gives me more bang for the buck as well. Unfortunately to get a quick brush over before going in, its an extra 8 dollars minimum. Will go but only for the $6 wash.

Outstanding wash after towing our jeep behind a Class A RV. Wasnt far from our KOA campground. The attendant will ✋ hand brush your vehicle before it enters the wash. It did a great job knocking out the dirt and grime. The free vacuum is an additional plus.

Are you guys biased towards the car that comes in! Felt really bad due to such behavior by your employee. The two carwash attended working today on Thursday 4/1 didn’t pre soak, clean the front and back of our car before we enter the actual wash. I am a regular here and they used to always pre clean but this time they just skipped our car. I waited and watched while we were in free vacuum and surprisingly they did that for every single car that came it. And it’s not that the wash was busy and they missed. They were just standing there and skipped our car. Sorry you lost one customer here.

I’ve been coming here since I was in college at UTA. It’s changed it’s name! Well, it got bought out by a new company. Now it’s called Car Wash USA express and it looks like a 4th of July car wash lol everyone that works here is nice and keeps the place clean. I would give them 5 stars except that the employees don’t enforce the “no radio” policy. Maybe they should add to it a “no base” policy either. Come on now! You don’t live alone in this world! If they were better at doing that then I would change my score. But I’m already sweating and working hard vacuuming my car lol stop being annoying and turn your car radio/bass off.Aside from that, great place. 6 bucks for the cheapest deal (I remember when it was 3 bucks hahaha) it’s not bad at all.

Busy! Everyone still trying to get the ice melt off our cars, courtesy of the the Big Freeze of 21. It was clear the staff was keeping things moving and staying on top of the public areas. The Wash System seemed to be working perfectly, as nasty as my car was it was clean in one pass!

Pretty decent place. $6 bucks regular wash not bad! The vacuums are great! Just didnt clean my windshield very good but hey not bad over all.Update May 2021; I feel like this place going down hill little by little. A lot of purchases are discontinued, the back of my car didnt get washed at all, the vacuum was broken the handle just pops right off.

They are a little pushy about monthly pass sales and no longer offer $7 car washes. So I will find a cheaper place now.

This Car Wash USA on Cooper Street has a $6 Express wash, which I get each time. Today a worker met me at the payment terminal and helped me. That was a nice touch, better than stretching to operate it. There is some cleaning by hand before entering the automated wash. The wash is generally good. I do nothing before to prepare. It cleans of general dirt, pollen, tree sap. But it doesnt clean all the pine sap. I think its good for the price.Remember: car in Neutral, feet off pedals, wipers off, antenna down. :-)

I have gone to this car wash for years. Its convenient, affordable, and fast. On this particular day I had an exceptional experience due to an unfortunate circumstance. Per usual, I washed and vacuumed my car but once I was done I quickly realized my battery had died. Not knowing anything about changing a battery the manager on duty, Daniel, helped me out. He was incredible! He took my battery out and installed the new one, after I had left to go buy a replacement all while explaining to me how to do it. That way for the future I would know how. Completely above and beyond! Thanks Daniel!

This place has gone downhill since the new owners took over. They went up $4 on the full wash, it did my front wheels but not the back. Both floor mat machines said Out Of Order. I will be finding a new car wash!

Fast and I like that I can vacuum my own car

There was a guy there. I was pulling into the thing he gave me no direction. Thus my hubcap bent into my tire and he never told me. He just told me to keep going. Meanwhile my car isn’t even pulling up because the hubcap is stuck in. He just proceeded to not tell me and yelled at me to take my foot off the brake. When that wasn’t even the issue. My boyfriend then had to get out and pop my hubcap out. Then The guy still proceeded to yell at me. I talked to the manager and he just said he would have a long talk with the guy and gave me a free car wash. This is unacceptable behavior from the guy and more should be done about this. I already told corporate about this.

Ive been a member of this car wash for almost a year now and I LOVE it. I pay 35 bucks a month and I get the premium wash everytime I go there and theres no limit to how many times I use it. The drive through gets my car spotless and then they have free STRONG vaccums!

Super quick easy car wash. I got the cheapest one for only 6$ and may car still looked amazing after. I typically wash my car myself but just moving to Arlington into an apartment makes it a little difficult. I was just going to go to the self service car wash but I read a lot of bad reviews so I gave this place a try and the quality of a car wash you get for the price is amazing and it will take maybe 5 min of your time. 100% recommend if you need a cheap quick wash.

Simple wash and vacuum with nice staff.

My $21 car Wash turned out to be a $5 car wash. it did not do all the 12 or 16 things it advertised. I shared with the attendance that it didnt put any tire shine. And he said well I can add more. And I said again it didnt put any in the first place. I was very disappointed. I just waste my $21.

They removed most of the bugs amassed to the car during a 13 hour trip.

We paid for the highest wash. There were soap spots and it was still pretty dirty. Definitely not worth near what we paid for it.

I have taken the Vip Pass for a month but the brushes tend to leave swirls on my boot. It is kind of not cool to have such harsh rubbing on the paint.

I used to go to a car wash and have them hand wash my Mercedes for $30 but the wheels were always dirty. Then one day I drove through car wash USA to get the $6 wash and my car and wheels were spotless. Since then I only go to car wash USA. I now have a $35 monthly pass which gives me a $21 car wash every time. The workers are friendly and polite and the vacuums are great.

Hours show they open at 7 AM, we were there at 7:15, entrance blocked, 1 truck in parking lot and no one answers the phone. Looked decent but they lack service.

I was a regular at this car wash. I went there on Saturday after cashing my paycheck, I had my cashed paycheck in an envelope in my center consul hidden under a few things. When I went to go get the cash envelope out of my center console on Tuesday IT WAS GONE!Their employee was the only other person besides me in my car for those 3 days!I have a brand new mustang. It locks automatically when the car doors shut and my car alarm would sound if someone broke into my car to steal. My car was completely empty except for my center consul so know one would be prompted to break in.It was just me and that guy... process of elimination where did my paycheck go?I thought it was strange after getting in my car the guy who cleaned it with gold teeth was wiping the windshield smiling at me even though it was already clean....He was watching me to see if I was going to open my center consul. I had to wave him off so I could pull away.I called talked to the manager he said the camera dont point to where they can see them clearly. So he cant say if he took it or not! The manager was supposed to call me back yesterday and never did. I will never be back! Be warned if you have anything of value in your car... the owner and manager will do NOTHING!! Horrible!!! This is NOT doing good business.

Great place for a quick and cheap car wash. $6 and my outside looks great plus the free vacuums and Im fully cleaned! The suction on the shared vacs are amazing. I have been to a couple of other locations and the suction was sub par but not at this one!

The car wash did a good job at cleaning my car. However, I bought the unlimited package and no one on the staff knew what to do. A manager had to be called, so what should have been a 15 minute process, took 45 minutes. That made me miss an event because it put me in horrible traffic. I think with better training, this would be a great place.

I tried to clean my car once a week, so its no surprise that I find myself reviewing a carwash. I like this place because of its decent prices and the short amount of time it takes to get in and out. It makes keeping my car clean very convenient.

Payment kiosks are placed so far from the curb that a normal person cant reach them without risking ruining a $600 factory wheel on the torn up curb around it. I ruined one of mine.The dryers dont do a good job of drying the vehicle, and theres no fully shaded place for you to finish the job. The entire facility need an update and overhaul.

Its new and a good car wash. But if you have a Japanese car the paint can get swirls as the bristles on their cleaning machine are a bit harsh. Plus side are the free vaccums.

Easy car wash, they do quick scrubbing before you get on the ramp. Their free vacuum and carpet cleaner is awesome.

I like going to this place to clean my car. Vacuums are powerful, the car wash got my car very clean & dryed it well. Also, the staff was friendly & price was very reasonable. The only concern I had is they dont furnish paper towels to wipe your car down & clean windows.

I showed up at 6:40 an hour and 20 minutes before closing time and before I was through vacuuming my car they turned off the vacuums almost an hour before closing and wouldnt let me finish. Im a Uber driver and I wanted to get it done so I could have a nice clean car for my customers and I would appreciate them leaving it on 5 more minutes. I dont care if they close early but I mean it was rude!!

I have been getting my car washed here for around a decade now. Its reasonably priced and includes free vaccuum and car mat cleaner. The car wash completes in 2 minutes and 38 seconds. The restrooms are very clean and staff is friendly. I have never experienced high traffic at this location. You are in and out in no time.

The best car wash they offer is really mediocre and does not clean up the car good. They just blame us for the stains.. same complaint by other visitors.Even after having the costliest car wash; still had stains on the roof and front portions of my car. While the on-site person manually tried to clean my rooftop scratched my car with his belt buckle. Trying to understand it as a human error, I tried to work it out with them. Asked him to get me a free car wash the next time with them agreeing to get something to fix it up the next time I visit.With my next visit, the so called Manager - Daniel pretended helping me at first by assuring about his Body shop friend would address the scratches and later tried to escape with just the free car wash.Very poor customer service.Avoid going there..Not worth your money.
